For years my wife has encouraged me to get my hearing checked. I have resisted but my experience with Nancy at the Doctors Care Hearing Center was a positive one. Nancy took the time to review the results of the test with both my wife and I. She was also successful in explaining to me that reduced hearing loss, while hard on the patient, can be equally difficult for other family members too. Nancy was diligent in asking questions that described my hearing loss and took the time to adjust my new hearing aids to fit my needs. After wearing the devices for over a month, I hardly even know they are in my ears. Nancy is extremely professional and helped me greatly in this process. I could not be more pleased with the level of professionalism and the amount of experience Nancy was able to offer when consulting with me.

I would recommend her services to others as well, because the care is with the followup visits as well as the initial fitting. This has not been the case with other clinics in my experience.
