I love this place. The staff and doctors are all very polite and professional. I have been here on multiple occasions and have never waited more that 15 or 20 minutes. Thanks to the Doc here, we now have my blood pressure under control and he helped me with pain and infection when I was passing kidney stones.

There is not much else to say other than this is the only place you need to go! If I could, I would rate with 100 stars. They have taken care of me and my husband in a way that our regular family practice doctor has been unable to do for the last 10 years. We are so thankful that we decided to try Doctors Care in Greenwood. We have heard that the wait in other urgent care offices like this one has been over 4 hours most of the time. In our experiences, we have not waited over 20 minutes to get into the patient room. And our wait in the patient room has also been under 30 minutes. The staff and physician at Doctors Care are caring, empathetic and professional. I could go on for days to recommend them. If you are considering an urgent care office, I highly recommend Doctors Care in Greenwood over anyone else.

Incompetent staff charged for test that NP said was performed wrong but billed me and my insurance anyway. Test was done before I was even seen by NP. Then was given prescription for medication that was a derivative of a medication I told her I had a reaction to, she said it was completely different medication, she was completely wrong. Multiple phone calls just to get the "we are sorry there is nothing I can do".

Dr Sylvester and the staff were wonderful! They were unable to get a BP and requested we have an ambulance take my husband to the ER. This may have saved his life as he was admitted to the ICU with his kidney function extremely low. Thank you!

The wait is ridiculous.I was there waiting to see a doctor for 2 1/2 hours. The actual appointment with the doctor was 5minutes. Also,their sign out front states he incorrect hours of operation. Dr. Sylvester was a great doctor but the wait will deter me from going back.

Took my 4 year old daughter here with virus like symptoms. Fever, nausea, diarrhea..very simple. Waited over an hour for some iincompetent doctor to walk in the room and take one glance at my child and say she was "too sick" for there. Too sick for a doctors office? Excuse me! Without even checking her out, mind you. She turned us away after 2 hours of having my sick child in this so called doctors facility. Took my child to medical express as soon as I left there where we were in and out in under 1.5hrs with a diagnosis and medicine for my sick baby. The doctor was terrible, not to mention the rude ass front desk help that gives you attitude everytime you call or go in that place. Today, my 6yr old needs a simple checkup for a fever, medical express was packed so I figured maybe we would luck up with another doctor, at 5:50 I arrived at this establishment that is "open till 8" to have a nurse yell at me from inside the place that they were closed. This place is very unprofessional, they are very rude, and operate with their own rules. Something needs to be done about the doctors and staff here at this so called "doctors care."

Just sat there an hour and a half to be told they couldn't see me. Checked in online told them I needed a DOT physical , got a text 30.minutes later, went to office, told them I needed a DOT physical, filled out paper work, wrote down that I needed a DOT physical, waited an hour plus, called up to counter to be told they can't do a DOT physical. Waste of my time.

I took my 8 year son to have his arm checked. It was xrayed and discovered that it was broke clean through. Well the nurse was wonderful, she put a wrap on it and was very nice. When the doctor on duty said my son was okay to go back to school. Knowing he wasnt able to get a cast on his arm until two days late. She didnt prescribe him anything for pain. I just dont understand how they call that doctors care, when the doctor doesnt care they should not not be in the healthcare area. I strongly advise to not go to Doctors Care for any ailments you may have.

Everyone working there was very very rude except for the lady at the front desk. When you're feeling sick the last thing you want to deal with is people that are rude, especially when they are the people who are supposed to be the people providing you with care.

I took my ten month old daughter in with a 103 degree temperature because my pediatricians office was closed. We checked in using the new online check in process. After arriving for our appt we were told that our online check in didn't work. So we waited two hours with a fussy, sick baby. When we finally got to the examine room, I thought our doctor (Sylvester) was going to FALL into the room and began to question his sobriety. He then proceeded to repeatedly call my daughter a little boy and lecture me on why we shouldn't alternate Tylenol and Motrin, as directed by our pediatrician. After stumbling around the room for a bit he finally looked at her ears and said he THINKS her ear drums are a little pink and he can call in amoxicillin. I then questioned him because she was shaking and began screaming with sudden pain. His reply was "I'll call her medication in and we recommend that she go to the -er, you know ER, if she spikes a fever much over 103". HELLO!!! I brought her to you with that temp. I seriously had to refrain from telling everyone else in the waiting room that they needed to go ahead and leave. I will NEVER resort to Doctors Care again. I'd rather pay a fortune and wait for hours in the ER with drug addicts. I hope that you will consider this a formal complaint and look into this doctors medical liscence.

Don't use them. Too high on service prices. Buyer beware of what they charge. The insurance companies know that they are overcharging for services that's exactly why our premiums are so high. I was never told that the visit was going to be submitted of $160.00 and might be repriced to a lower amount. $160.00 for 10 minutes with a doctor to advise us to eat better, more fruits and veggies. Expensive lesson and I less customer in the Greenwood Area. Don't waste your time at Doctors Care just ask a pharmacist.

We were there for an hour and 45 minutes with our sick 15 month old before we were finally seen. He was miserable and this kind of wait for an urgent care practice is ridiculous. No apologies were made for how long we waited.

I can't say enough about the wonderful care my daughter received at this facility. The staff was very professional, courteous, and caring. It was so refreshing to find a group of people who were so kind to my daughter. The doctor on call was extremely helpful. He listened to my daughter! Then, he took the time to explain my daughter’s injury, the treatment needed, and what to expect during the treatment. My daughter had gone to Self Urgent Care a few days before and had a horrible experience. I am so glad that Doctor’s Care has opened in Greenwood, SC. If you want to be treated with compassion, this is the best place to go!
