You will see the feddbacks of real people who used the products and services of Doctors Care - Beaufort (Doctor) near to the state of South Carolina.
As of day the business receives a score of 4.2 stars over 5 and that rating is based on 85 reviews.
As you can read, the average score it has is quite high, and it is based on a very large number of feddbacks, so we can be quite sure that the rating is very credible. If there are many people who bothered to leave their feddback when they've done well with the service, it works.
You know that we don't usually stop to put tatings when these are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Doctor is included in the category of Urgent care center.
They are very slow, a lady had been sitting here before us and went back 30 minutes after we arrived. About 5 minutes later she was out and they hadn't taken anyone else back in about 20 minutes. The wait is too long for such a simple appointment.
Wonderful staff, easy to get in and be seen. Knowledgeable staff. Definitely recommend!!
Great staff and was seen in a timely manner!
I experienced a very unpleasant experience at this location. I called a day before my visit to confirm that the location offered the testing that I needed. On the day of my visit, I waited over an hour to be seen. After paying for the service and being sent to the back, I was told that the test I needed could not be performed. They did offer an alternate test, which would have cost me nearly double what I had already paid. I also wasn't sure that the test they offered would suffice the requirements that needed to be met. I explained my displeasure with the course of events and was laughed at by the CMS, Tabitha. When I explained my displeasure with the PCR at the front desk, Tabitha followed me and told the PCR that I had yelled at her, which I did not. In summary, I wasted over an hour of my time, was insulted by the staff, and given incorrect information. Instead of apologizing, the staff at this location blamed the Doctor's Care all center staff and myself for the situation. In the future, I will never go to this location again and perhaps will never go to any location again. Do yourself a favor and visit another urgent care in the area. There is one in Beaufort that provides better service.
I was so pleased about my two recent experiences at this location. The front desk staff, the personnel who took vitals, and the two different PAs who saw me were very nice and kind. I appreciate the care and compassion!
HOW DO YOU LOSE A URINE SAMPLE?
I greatly appreciate the service and treatment that I receive from Doctors Care and the Doctors like Dr. Peter Munson, DO.
My favorite doctors office. Clean and every staff member are always so nice. I love it! Highly recommend
These people are so condescending. I get treated, talked to, and looked at like I am nothing but a junkie wanting drugs just because I am 22 with tattoos and piercings. Let me tell you something. I work full time and I am going to school to someday own my own food business. I am working hard in my life. When I came here the first time for my back pain I was working 85+ hours a week. And got treated like all I wanted was drugs. EVERY TIME I COME HERE. It sucks because this is the only place I can afford right now. So I have no choice. But whats the point if I just get treated this way?
Fast and friendly
Dr Green was amazing. She understood exactly what I was feeling and my concernes regarding medications. She is professional and compassionate, and I believe she is doing a great service at Doctors Care, Beaufort. If you are lucky enough to see her you will agree. The front desk assistant is also very helpful and efficient. As were my second go round of X Ray technician..
I love the check-in online feature. I have always been very happy with my visits in terms of the quality of care and attention the doctor's give. The process of checking in and out is a breeze as well. 5 stars all around.

I was pleased with my visit. I struck a hidden stump playing golf injuring my wrist. I was able to get in quickly and get X-rays . The doctor reviewed my X-rays with me, provided a brace and helped me get a referral to an Orthopedic specialist. Very professional and helpful.
Horrible customer service! They would'nt see me because I have a small balance(I have insurance that does pay 90%)I hadn't even received a bill but wanted me to pay the amount today! I could have payed tomorrow she did not try to talk to me about or anything like there was no option. You don't treat people the way I was treated when I walked in there today especially being sick and I was in scrubs to working. Guess she didn't like me ! I will get seen tomorrow and my insurance will pay 100% because my deductible is now met where it wasn't in January but I promise it will not be at Doctors Care!! And maybe if a bill was sent it would be paid.. ugh but not only about the money they need training on how to talk and treat people! Just wanted to clarify after reading other comments about sane person it was the older lady and I do believe there are a few people that won't be back because of her attitude
I was not feeling well and it was a weekend. Impossible to see my family doctor and I wanted to find a provider that could see me that day, diagnose, prescribe medication, if needed, and get me in and out without my spending an entire Saturday sitting in a waiting room with a lot of other sick people. Doctor's Care in Port Royal did just that. I had to fill out paper work because it was my first visit so that took up maybe 15 minutes of the hour and 30 minutes I was at the location. Not bad for a no appointment visit. The front office staff and medical professionals were very friendly and competent. During my time in the waiting room I observed that other patients were treated in a very professional manner. The public restroom was very clean and the waiting room was also. I will go there again if I need treatment and I recommend their facility.
My mom brought me once at this same location when I was a little girl and they were so nice, so now that I'm eighteen I thought I would make doctors care my primary care. Went today and the ladies up front SUPER NICE understanding and most importantly they listened on the other hand was called to the back and the nurse was so rude eating somethings pushing me into the restroom cut me short every time I said somethings the gentlemen doctor was rude didn't even come in but I can hear him talking in the hallway with the nurse about somethings I said. The only reason I gave it a three was because the ladies up front and i was seen fast I feel like if you have an opinion about something keep it to yourself and do your job I'm on birth control because I used to play sports in high school just graduatedand June 6 And I did not want an accident to happen while I'm in spandex or white basketball shorts That why I got on birth control but for some staff to around the office talking inappropriately to where I'm able to hear is so unprofessional
These ladies are amazing they went above and beyond to help me answer questions and help solve a problem. They were kind and patient with me. Never rushing me. Even teaming up to help come up with a solution for me to help me get on the way. Thank you so much ladies for bestowing such kindness on me today! It was very much appreciated!
Friendly, professional staff. No long wait time. Plenty of parking. Very clean facility.
Location is good. The blonde receptionist in her 50s is really rude. She told me they didn't take insurance. I told her I called and they said they did. She asked her co worker. Her Co worker told her we do. As I was filling out the paperwork she gave me more wrong info that she had to clarify with her worker then correct. I handed her my paperwork and as she was putting it in she kept asking questions that I had filled out on the paper. She ruined the visit for me until I met the nurse who took my weight and blood pressure. Her personality, understanding and knowledge improved the visit. Lady who attended me was a PA? I guess not a DR. She was dressed really casually with no scrubs or professional attire. She was quick and thorough. We'll see if her treatment was right.
They were fast, efficient and thorough for my baby’s hives.
Love this doctors office! I have been here a few times for both work and personal related reasons. All times I have been seen by Dr. O'Quinn.. he is very professional and understanding. Office appears to be very clean, organized, and the wait time is not very long! Love that you can check-in online so you don't have to wait even longer at the office. Will definitely be using Doctors Care as my primary care in the future. Only reason I gave 4 star (wish I could give a 4.5) is because I feel like some of the reception staff (not my recent visit) doesn't seem like they want to be there. I understand it can be a stressful job.. but they are the first thing people see when they come into the office, so this is something extremely important to me and I'm sure to many others. Overall a fantastic facility and i would highly recommend this place to others!
My husband and I are traveling with our travel trailer and camping at Parris Island. He went to Doctor’s Care on 5/24/18 with a sinus infection. I highly recommend this facility. It is very clean, has a professional atmosphere and all the people were super nice. He saw Suzanne, a nurse practitioner who was wonderful!
The staff and Dr. Munson were, and are always, friendly, caring, competent, and just overall wonderful. I trust them, which is huge in this day and time with mediocre healthcare facilities popping up all over the place. I have had the occasion to go to Doctor's Care twice in the last 6 to 8 months. Both times I was more than satisfied with the compassion and care I received. Great people.
Overall experience was good. The only thing that I didn't like at the time is that I had to wait for a period of time because they were short staffed. When I was finally seen I had wonderful service. And the physician that I saw was nice and caring and took her time to see me and explain what needed to be explained to me. The doctor told me that I would have to come back the next day for fasting blood work done. Now at the end of service the thing that I didn't care for was the fact that I was charge a deductible when I had only a co-pay and was told that I had to pay that before my co-pay, which was not true. I then called my insurance and they told me the same thing that I should not have to pay the deductible. Having to go back the next day for blood work they told me that I had a co-pay then. I told them that I did have to pay that because this was a continuing visit from the day before and just doing blood work and was told that I would not be charge...let alone I paid a portion of the deductible. This receptionist looked at what was done and then said that I didn't have to pay that co-pay since I paid a portion of the deductible and should not have done that and they would credit that towards 2 co-pays. Liked the service of the doctors but the person that is in charge of billing needs to be sure she has her information correct. I left this review over a couple of months ago. Once again I go to this office. I had a much better experience at this location. I didn't have to wait a long period of time to be seen and once I was seen for my vitals the doctor came in my room to tell me what was going on in my situation. I am more please with the staff. Thanks Doctors Care of Beaufort.
Went for a couple reasons, was treated very well, staff was great and really liked Dr.O'Quinn.Will go back Rhonda Smith
I took my 1 1/2 year old daughter here. They told me she had a cold. No big deal. They completely dismissed her symptoms, later that night she was at the hospital with pneumonia. DO NOT visit this facility, they always always say, and I quote, "it's viral, it'll pass" they are not fit to be caring for patients in my opinion.
Amazing!!!! Dr. Ketura Isidor was amazing!!! I recommend this place highly
I greatly appreciate the care I receive from Doctors Care, Dr. William E. O'Quinn, Jr., and the entire staff of the Beaufort center. "Thank You!" Christopher L Culp
Super irritated I was told to be to the port royal office by 8:30am on a Sunday morning I get here by 7:50am only to see the office doesn’t open until 9am so this was pretty much wasted gas because I love to far away to go back home will not recommend anyone to come to this location!!!!!!!

It was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was friendly and very courteous. The wait was very short.

When a practice advertises itself as a primary care provider you would think they would willingly make referrals to specialists or order tests to be done on an outpatient basis and then follow-up. Instead their recommendation is to tell you to go to the ER for non-acute issues instead of doing the appropriate referrals or testing. This is not primary care. Also, when someone presents for abdominal pain, without nausea and vomiting, having normal daily bowel movements, how can you make a diagnosis of constipation without any other exams, all to be told if your pain becomes worse go the ER. Why bother to utilize you facility to begin with. USELESS.
Was treated for strep throat and test came back negative but was told they was going to treat me for it anyways. From the time I walked into the back I was outside within 10 minutes and been giving me the run around all day trying to get meds..
We have had really grear experiences here. Once when my 3 year old had a very deep cut on his stomach, the ER was making us wait to even be triaged with blood gushing out of his belly. I left and took him to this facility and they stitched him right up. My husband and I also have to have biometric screenings for health insurance. I was in and out in less than an hour today and everyone from the front desk staff, nurse, doctor were all so kind and accommodating for me and my 2 kids who I had to bring along.
I’ve been here many times — though not for a while — I’m going tomorrow because I’m super-sick and they’re open! I read other reviews and have to agree that the office staff isn’t always great, but I’ve found that to be the case in virtually all the dr’s offices I’ve ever been to! The wait can be long, depending on the time of day and whether there’s something going around. I waited an hour and a half to see my orthopedist this week and his is definitely not a walk-in clinic. The docs — especially Munson — and PAs have always been great, and that’s what matters most to me.
I’m giving 5 stars because I received very good medical treatment from Dr. O’quinn and I had 2 more follow up visits that was included in the price. The staff, well some of them are very friendly and some of them are not, but I’m not there for socializing so that doesn’t bother me. I did not have an interminable wait, it was fair and reasonable. I didn’t love having to fill out the paperwork every single time I went for visits, nor did I need to get weighed each time
Avoid this place! I went there last week with a bladder infection. The attending doctor looked at a specimen under a microscope, and told me "There is no doubt in my mind that you have a RAGING bladder infection". After he listened to my heart and lungs ( during which he burped and never even acknowledged that he had done so! ), he gave me a prescription for antibiotics. Four days later, when I was no better and called the office back, I was told he "didn't have time to call me in another antibiotic", but "if I was in a lot of pain, I could come back into the office and he would see me again".....I immediately went back to the office, and was never able to even see the doctor again, because the rude receptionist began to tell me that they had sent the specimen to the lab, and that it came back negative and there was nothing wrong with me....to stop taking the antibiotic! She never could answer my repeated questioning as to how the doctor said I had a "RAGING bladder infection; how he said he could see white blood cells and bacteria in the urine sample", and now, even though I am still in pain, have NOTHING wrong with me????? She handed me a prescription for "dye tablets"...the same thing as AZO, which was what I was taking when I first went there. I went to fill the prescription at the pharmacy, and told the pharmacist what had just happened, and even she said something was not right, and to call them back, and even have them call her if need be. I got home and called Doctor's Care back, and got the same rude receptionist, who proceeded to get an attitude with me on the phone. She said, " I ALREADY TOLD YOU, ma'am, to take the dye tablets we gave you." I will NEVER go back to this so called doctor's office. They need to remember who pays their salaries! I honestly hope this place goes out of business, and I hope that every person who works there gets a "raging bladder infection", and receives the same shoddy medical service that I was given at their office!
My wife and I were visiting Beaufort on August 19, 2013, and unfortunately my wife became ill. We went to Doctors Care at 1510 Ribaut Rd. and were seen promptly. All staff were compassionate and professional. My wife was examined and treated by Ketura Isidov, PA-C. What Ketura did not know was that my daughter, who was with us at the time, is a doctor. My daughters' professional feedback to us after the fact was that Ketura took a complete history, preformed a thorough exam, and provided a report of her findings in a kind, accurate and empathetic manor. I would highly recommend both this particular facility and especially Ketura to anyone in need. She is an outstanding care provider.
The worst care I've ever experienced! Avoid at all costs
Went there for a deep foot laceration on Monday morning. I waited maybe a total of 5 minutes before getting seen. The Nurse Practitioner has done an amazing job over the past few days at keeping the wound cleaned and dressed. She has been very informative and shows a true passion for caring and helping the injuried. So grateful I selected Doctors Care over the local ER! Thank you Doctors care for providing such great service to me!

Didn't act aggressive enough for a serious sinus infection, which progressed into the flu. The nurse had difficulty attempting a simple task of swabbing nasal passages. I would not recommend going to this location!
Didn’t have to wait long. Great staff.. from the front desk to nurses & doctors!! Very caring!! Can’t say enough about this facility
Exceptional attention by PA. Very caring.
Care I’ve ever received was fine. But literally took over two weeks to receive a medical record, I was told to do about 3 different things each time I would call to receive my record which I needed to start a new job. No one was following up on my need and had to call multiple times a week to try to get this taken care of. No one knew what to do or even cared to follow up on what I’ve requested, just said it was taken care of and next time i called i had to start all over from scratch. Very frustrating process which is why a 5 star review is knocked to a 3 star.
My husband with MS went in today with an infected finger around the nail. He did not have to wait long. Receptionist very helpful with paperwork.
Went in for an severe allergic reaction to a bug bite. The front desk clerk, nurses, and PA was friendly and showed concern for my health.
My daughter had a cut that was looking like it was infected, and we were in town at the beach on vacation. The check-in was easy and we got seen quickly. APN Suzanne Green was attentive and fantastic with my young daughter, and she gave me lots of detailed directions to care for the wound. The care we received was outstanding!
It was a new experience. We waited only a short time and were shown in to get staff to check us out. The staff was cordial and showed interest in serving your needs quickly and accurately. Within a few minutes after the checklist was carried out by the staff we found ourselves in a room with the Doctor. He was quick to explain our issues and to tell us what we should take medication wise. The whole process ended within 20 minutes and we were on our way to the Walgreen Pharmacy to get the medication and to start the healing process. Quick, efficient, friendly, professional, and ready to move on.
BEST URGENT CARE!!! The customer service was great. Check in was easy and the receptionist was so sweet and helpful. The nurse was thorough and the doctor was as well. I felt very comfortable and cared for and the radiology tech was also super sweet and personable. I had an all female staff help me today and it was the best doctor experience I have had in a while. They were helpful, well spoken, personable, and very pleasant. I will definitely drive the extra 5 minutes to come here if I need to go to an urgent care again!
Impressed, they are wonderful.

Doctors Care is always my first choice for medical care. Their staff is courteous, professional, and caring. The charges are reasonable and far below many health care facilities. I would recommend them for your first choice for medical care.

Even though I checked in online, I still waited 30 minutes. Everyone was very nice and professional.
