From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and kindness. The receptionist was accommodating and the pediatrician was so helpful and listened well. I'm so thankful we found this location! We love it here.

We've been here over 10 years through several doctors. We never have a problem getting a sick appointment-usually same day. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable from the doctors to the front office. I highly recommend this office.

I've been taking my 2 children to this office for 12 years. Always professional, accommodating and excellent pediatricians.

Last year, I had an issue which I needed some professional medical advice on. I called and left a voicemail for the nurse to call me back. I never received a call back. I actually had to call them back, and was told that the nurse DID call me and left a voicemail (even though I did not have a call or voicemail from them). I blamed that incident on technology, and let it go. This past week, I needed medical advice from a nurse on another issue. I called and left a voicemail for a nurse to call me back. Three days have passed, and I get no return call. I call them back. The lady at the front desk sounds like she doesn't care and on top of that I was basically told, in so many words, by the office MANAGER that I DID a call back because it is in her notes. Where did customer service go in a field where customer service is VITAL???? The only thing I blame myself for is trusting them with my daughters' well being.

Finally moving on to another practice. The doctors here are so passive and do not truly listen to your concerns. Had issues with both of my children that I had to beg for a consult with a specialist. In both instances, I was not advised properly at all by the PCP. The last issue will end with a very painful surgery for my son - something that could have been prevented had the doctors checked properly or advised us on proper care when my son was a baby (revision to circumcision for a 5 year old).

Originally I gave this place 5 stars because my daughter has been going here since she was born. I absolutely LOVE Dr.Demoss. He’s very knowledgeable and he takes time out to really examine your child. Recent activities with the front office staff changed my thoughts on this place. My daughter was sick and had been for about two weeks. I had her dad call and set an appointment the prior day. I explained to the front office staff that I had a new employer and I had not received my card yet being that open enrollment just ended, I was told by my insurer that it would take a few days for a policy number to generate BUT a letter of Coverage verification could be faxed over to SHOW my daughter was covered. My daughters dad took off from work that morning to take her to the doctor and when he got there he was told that she could not be seen because she didn’t have coverage and her appointment was cancelled because we didn’t pay $50. My daughters father was told we could pay SOMETHING towards the balance but we told them if it’s $50 they needed we could pay it now. Then they went on to say she could not be seen because the letter would not be sufficient. I was at work and asked to speak with someone in the front office and was told my SICK 10 MONTH old could not be seen because they needed somewhere “To send the bill.” I kept trying to explain to them that my daughter was not well and she needed to be seen and the letter shows that she had coverage and they STILL refused her. After being refused we tried calling different offices to get her seen there. Luckily my friends daughter goes to the one on Verde and she called and explained the situation to them and they took the letter NO PROBLEM!! I EVEN SPOKE to the MANAGER and she was very understanding and could not understand why they would not see her! I had the letter faxed over and she was seen and diagnosed and prescribed medicine. To my point IT IS SAD! SAD! That having a place to “Send the bill” is more important than the health of a 10 month old! I will be reaching out further and higher to speak with someone about this incident and my daughter has been permanently Moved from this office!

I have had my daughters as patients here for just a few months and twice I have been made to wait over 45 minutes to see the doctor, with an appointment scheduled. They failed both times to tell me if anything was going on that necessitated the wait. The second time I left, it was ridiculous. There was only one other patient in the waiting room. When my second child was born, one doctor suggested I formula feed her because I had an oversupply of breast milk even though the baby was growing just fine. It made no sense. Another doctor told me to start feeding the baby solid food at four months, which I should offer before breastfeeding her - uh, no. I'm immediately changing practices.

I have been with Dr Demoss and Dr Rhop for 2years now and I don’t have a problem with them, but they have some rude staffs whose telephone etiquettes are terrible. I called to make an appointment for my son who was kept home from school for possible pink eye due to allergies. I called to make an appointment and the clerk was more interested in collecting $97.00 than taking care of my son. I wasn’t aware of the $97.00 balance until I called that day. And she outrightly told me that an appointment would not be granted until the payment is made and when I explained that I didn’t get any bill in the mail, and I told her that I think it’s illegal to refuse Care without adequate notification, she proceeded to hanging up the phone. Her tone and approach was very condescending. I have never switched doctors since my kids were born, and the oldest is 7yrs but this one just got me. I have never been to any doctor who would totally refuse Care for past payment especially when i have a history of making payments with them. I went to the office the same day made the payment and switched Practice. I would not go to a practice who puts money before patient and has rude staff.

Best doctor I've ever taken my kids to! My children see Dr.Butler who is fantastic but if I have to take them in last minute because things happen they can always fit them in when if it's with another associate, between the 3 of my kids I have met Dr Wolfe, Dr.Hendricks (?) And Dr.Darby and I've got to say they are all very pleasant and give off great vibes which is important when dealing with children. And the nurses and receptionists are pleasant as well. It's like going to Chick-fil-A

All 3 of my children see these doctors and we've never had a negative experience.. We were very sad to see Dr. Philpot leave the practice, but we LOVE Dr. Butler too.. He's great with the kids and puts them at ease.. The nurses do a great job easing my kiddos' nerves when they have to get their fingers pricked, and they even let me nurse my infant son during his shots to help soothe him.. The girls that work at the desk have always been super helpful as well and they've been there to answer any questions I may have. I can't say enough about the staff there and have no worries about my children continuing their care there. Thanks CMC!

Dr.Philpott is an awesome pediatrician.

Very happy!! My pediatrician that we see 99% of the time(Michael Rupp, MD) has helped me raise my daughter in a way only a mother can truly appreciate(especially a single mother of an adopted infant at birth). My daughter simply adores him & will wait when she's pretty sick, just to see him. He has guided me in the right direction every time I've brought her in. Plus!!! The entire staff is so friendly & accomodating. I have been with them 12 years & will hate it when we have to leave when she becomes too, old. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! Highly Recommend!!!!

You CAN Not get a physical here for a kindergartener if you have moved from out of town. You have to have an appointment, all of the child's medical records have to be sent to them PRIOR TO getting it.

This place is awesome. The Dr care about the kids....cant say enough about Dr.Philpott she saved are son

The only thing good about this place is Dr Butler and 1 other nurse in the back, very nice and helpful. The girls up front are rude and stuck up. We called and told them we was going to be a few minutes late to our sons appoinment and they said thats fine come on in. When we got there they said that they were too busy to see us today with no cars out front and a empty waiting room. And the dark headed girl was denying that she said we would be okay to come in late. So we just rescheduled, some things came up and we was not able to make his rescheduled appoinment we called and asked to reschedule at another time. When we were able we called to schedule the appoinment. And they told us we was removed from the practice for failed attempt to show up twice. They did not reschedule our appoinment when we called. If Dr Butler gets some new people to work upfront it would be a great office but I do not recommend that anyone go here until that is done. The girls up front are very rude and act like it is a burden to ask them to do there job. They lied to us saying that they would reschedule and didnt and lied to us about being okay to show up 10 min late to appoinment and saying that they didnt tell us that. You already have to wait 30 min before you even get to go back there and they really aren't that busy. They are lazy and need to be replaced. Like I said Dr. Butler is great. The girls in front office are terrible and need attitude adjustment. I recommend nobody go here and get treated as poorly as we did by those girls. They are liars.
