Horrible, my grandson has to wait two months to get his shots, EVERYTIME we go there we're NEVER seen until a hour later, I moved him to GREER.... And uhh he is sick I have to take him to the emergency room......it's crazy....we NEVER see the same doctor twice...

My son is one & has never seen the same doctor twice! He's only seen a doctor once, the rest were last year residents. Although, no one has ever been rude to us, you are not really acknowledged. & they are really busy! My son had a fever of 102, when I called at 8am, I had to wait another 24 hours for an appointment (I took him to the hospital instead). Also, it is really hard to get a check up appointment, my son went to his 6 month check up at 8 months, and is still waiting on his 9 & 12 month check-up! I am looking for another pediatrician, but it is very hard to find a doctor in Greenville that's "accepting patients" so DO NOT go here for a first choice or transfer. Like I said, everyone is nice, but that's about it.

I had a newborn at Greenville Hospital, and I was referred to the Center for pediatric medicine. My first visit was mediocre. There were a lot of sick children mixed in with brand-new infants, and I was very nervous the whole time that my newborn was going to get sick. My daughter had to be checked for her jaundice, and the doctor that we met with basically seemed like he was either high, or half asleep the entire time. I'm a first-time mom, and had many questions that were probably silly to him, but he laughed at me and made me feel uncomfortable for even asking questions. The next visit, not only did I have to stand in line forever, but they pushed for me to meet with the lactation counselor. She was the most arrogant, unprofessional, know-it-all I have ever seen in my life. She berated me for owning pit bulls and having a newborn, something that shouldn't have even been discussed because it was out of her scope of practice, and quite frankly, none of her business. After storming out of her office, I was then made to stand in line again just to check out. Finally, I met with the doctor that I actually liked, but the front desk staff awful, and the real reason why I am switching pediatricians. They are rude, obviously understaffed, and have absolutely no empathy, barely speak English. I tried to get my daughter in to see a doctor (a little bit sooner than her two month check up) because she was screaming her head off throughout the night with colic and gas pain. We wanted to get her checked to make sure there was nothing major going on. They would not let me book her appointment stating that her next appointment was for a two month check up and she wouldn't be two months old if I brought her in earlier. I'm absolutely disgusted, and I will never use that place again. I called Christie pediatric group and they were able to get me in three days after I called them. This place is a joke.

I have always had a good experience with this company - both the main office and the West branch. They are very attentive and listen completely to my concerns. They take the time to teach and answer any questions I may have. They are not pushy. You can call and talk to a nurse anytime. I feel they are genuinely concerned with the health of the children in their practice. I've not came in contact with a single unfriendly individual. I have no complaints!

2 stars for the inconvenience. Appointments at this location is almost impossible. I have to drive from Simpsonville to TR to make sure my babies stay on schedule with their shots. Big ups to the TR office! I continue to take my babies here because I really like the doctors.

I have been taking my son here since he was born which was in december and we had no problems up until today. We went in because my son has been coughing and he has a yeast infection that he has had for three weeks. They didnt even take us into a room they took my 7 month old in the hallway and just listened to his chest and his back. said he just had a little cold and that i needed to just let it work its course. They didnt look at his rash and when we got home he was bleeding from the rash. so we called the nurse and she still hasnt returned my call. I am so angry. I will be taking him somewhere else as soon as I find a place I feel comfortable with that accepts medicaid.

Horrible place! My twins were switched to a formula they could not eat and it was causing them MAJOR stomach problems. They told me to give it a week and then another week. It never got better. Then the doctors said they would not switch their milk because it would cost them money. I have never heard something so awful. I switched doctors and found out my kids had a milk allergy. Don’t go here people. They don’t care about your children.

It's impossible to get a well check appointment. They opened a new location and are still too busy. The staff at the new location comes across as rude and impatient. I plan on switching pediatricians. I have been taking my children here for 6 years and it gets worse every visit.

Very poor treatment. My child suffered from severe acid reflux that was left undiagnosed by them. The on call nurse told me no appointment was necessary that my child was "purple crying" and that I needed to stop holding her so much and leave her alone in her crib more. (Mind you the on call nurse was not aware of how much or how little I held her.) At 5 months old we sought help from holistic pediatricians, acid reflux was immediately diagnosed and corrected naturally within about 2 weeks. Never saw the same pediatrician and had to spend at least 30-45 minutes explaining custody (shes being adopted) to every nurse, pediatrician and social worker (instead of them just reading her file.) Never going back and I HIGHLY recommend any mother to NOT take their child here...

The Pediatricians are absolutely amazing and will do what it takes to take care of my baby. Debbie, the lactation consultant, is also wonderful! She was extremely kind and very helpful!

Always a pleasure with the people working there. waiting times in lobby between 5-20 minutes max. Inside a room waiting time is between 10-30 minutes

This place is awful. They told me they would call and set up a an appointment when my kid was 3 months old for his 4 month appointment he is about to be 6 months and they don't have anything available until he will 7 months so he is behind on his shots because of these people.

Staff is terribly rude especially the ones that run the front desk. I tried to make a appt for my son who was sick at the time and the lady said they couldn't get us in for a sick appt because they were too busy and hung up on me. Everytime I would go for my son's appts the doctor they had come in never knew was was wrong or how to look in my son's ears so they always had to get one or two more doctors to come in and help the other oNE who had no clue what they were doing ...needless to say I switch doctors for my son and we won't go back here

This place is a pathetic excuse for a drs office. They diagnosed my 5 year old with mono and a week later still feel bad but worse. Take him to the er come to find out he's has strep! He's had strep for two weeks! Horrible place. Don't take your kids here.

If I could give negative star rate I would, the worst place I've ever dealt with in my life. My baby is medically complexed and was always sick,which caused him to lose or not gain weight properly. Pam I think her name is called DSS on me twice and lied on me to get my kids and baby taken away bc she was accusing me of not feeding him and not caring about him. 2 years of complete hell,she would send us to the hospital for treatment,never would listen to my concerns, lie on me often then fake concern until DSS arrived finally her and the staff realized it wasn't me it was just him and how he's gonna be.even admitted it out of her own mouth and apologized but never called DSS to tell them she lied or mistaken. Worst place ever I would never recommend this place to anybody in life. I took him and his brother out and never looked back smh!

I loved the Social Worker I guess is what she was, her name is Sandi. My daughter was a former 23 weeker so they did give her the same dr, only twice we had to see a different dr. The receptionists there are rude and so are most of the nurses. And Lord forbid we be in a hurry. They once completely forgot about us and left us in a room for an hour and a half. When I complained and asked to file a report on the nurse, I was told no complaint would be necessary and given a 10 dollar Walmart gift card. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I do not understand how a pediatrician can not have anything open for two months. My son has been on the wait list since the end of Oct. For up to date shots.. Still nothing.. Good thing my son is not in daycare anymore, he'd be kicked out for not getting his shots. How you run a business if you have nothing available for several months?

Dr.Hill is great. The process to see him (ex calling making an apt, talking to a nurse etc..) is frustrating. It takes the receptionist 10-20 minutes to answer. It takes a nurse over an hour to call back. Its not a very smooth process when you are already dealing with a sick child. They treat it like an assembly line of kids. I love Dr. Hill and Dr. Maurer (not sure of the spelling) but I am looking for another pediatrician that seems to actually care and I cant get someone to at least answer the phone.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! My 3 month old baby has acid reflex (she’s been diagnosed) and she spits up so much she empties her stomach. She can’t hold anything down and when we tell the doctors about it they tell me it’s NORMAL! Are you kidding?? The only thing they are worried about is her weight! You wonder why she’s not gaining, she can’t hold anything down!! I will be seeking another pediatrician who will help us figure this out and actually listen! Do NOT take your babies there, they don’t care! Staff is rude as well.

If I could give them a negative 10, I would. I have 2 girls, with my oldest, they over looked a double ear infection that almost cause my oldest to lose her hearing in her left ear. I just recently had my second child and in hope of them being better than what they were 8 years ago, i decided to give them another shot. Major Fail. My youngest isnt allowed to have live vaccines for a certain time frame, received her immunization records on yesterday, noticed they gave her a live vaccine. My baby was sick for 2 months and no one could tell me why. Recently called to see why i was told one thing but the nurse did something totally different, was told that they couldn't so anything about what that nurse did, wouldn't provide me with the information i requested so i could file a complaint against that nurse as well as thr facility itself. The nurses have "i dont care" attitudes as well as management. I will not recommend this facility to anyone who has children.

Every time I call to schedule an appointment there I'm on hold for at least an hour. When I do finally speak to someone they either act clueless or they are rude. The schedules here are a complete joke. Most of the doctors here are great but seeing the same one every visit is impossible
