Great place very friendly and understanding. Staff is reliable and professional. Dr. Cone is amazing and thorough. A Dr that not only checks physical but emotional too. Great Job guys

I ended up at this location after my child ended up with pertussis/whooping cough (after the vaccine, wouldnt you have guessed it?), and the downtown columbia location said they ran out of the prescription he needed (steroids). So I go to this location; the nurse gives him his shot and immediately says hes ready to go. I mentioned that at the last location the doctor said he should stay 15 minutes before going to check for a reaction. So she lets us stay. After 15 minutes the nurse comes in and was entirely insensitive. She has long; long coffin style nails, which is unacceptable for a nurse, ever, anywhere. They harbor gross bacteria. But then she struggled to use that nail to pull the bandaid of my sons leg and was basically just jabbing at him with her gross long nail, where he just got a big shot and has an opening where he can be exposed to things. VERY unsanitary. Very insensitive. Please cut your nurses claws and have them take a coarse on proper grooming.

They’ve been fantastic with my son and my daughter since we started going to them 2.5 months ago, I have a newborn and an 8 year old. They both have had different things come up and Dr. Wagner and all of the nurses have been so friendly and thorough.

They immunized my baby girl for Rotatvirus when my mother in law took her for a visit. We have told them for our older 5 children that we do not want immunizations. I reinforced to my mother in law before going not to get any vaccines and she told them that. Their excuse, she said okay because they’re drops. They did not mention that RotaTeq was on the immunization schedule. You have violated our trust by disregarding our wishes and should not be allowed to practice medicine. You are pushing unnecessary, over priced, government subsidized drugs to our children. Against parents wishes. Your nurse Carolyn tried every diversion from the fact that they violated my child. We will no longer go to this place. How dare you?!?!
