I went to dentist with my oldest (3) and they were very rude gave him a horrible scare BUT THEN i was referred here to Carolina Pediatric Dentistry and my son had the most amazing time he knows his teeth are very bad and also knows he has to have very extensive mouth work done but he loved it so much he didn’t care and wants to go back with all the stickers and fishes and sharks he had a blast and they made him feel comfortable and not scared to let them look at his teeth I’m thankful for them and our long journey to get my sons teeth fixed

Perfect Imperfection

Don't like this place. Thank k my son here in November of 2018 for a check up and cleaning. They told me I had to take my son to greenvilGrfor his fillongs because he's three and won't let them fill it. Has to be put to sleep. The wait list was full til end of January beginning of February, today is March 1st and they've completely forgot about my child. All the while no matter how much I brush his teeth they are decaying and now chipping. I am going else where from now on. I hope for a better more efficient dentist. This place sucks!

Dr. Amy Green is awesome! She has been taking care of my children since they were in diapers. She goes above and beyond the call. Recommending alternative treatments instead of just the run of the mill method. Absolutely amazing staff! We drive over a hour each way passing many pediatric dentist on our way just to see Dr Green and Shelly! My son has some special anxiety issues and she has always went above and beyond to ensure hes comfortable and knows whats happening threw every procedure. I called today because hes had a achy tooth and got a appointment same day! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist for there children! DONT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!!! I wish I could put 0 stars!! These people are absolutely disgusting!!! I trusted them with my 12 year old little brother who has Down syndrome and they put him through hell..instead of doing a root canal they decided it would be ok to pull out a child’s permanent tooth.. what made me even more disgusted is how they didn’t take him serious while he was screaming his head off through the process I was sick to my stomach for all I know he could of felt everything...after the incident I reached out to other dentistry offices and they said it’s uncommon what they did and shouldn’t of pulled out a childs tooth... they’re monsters and have no compassion!! I hope they get shut down ASAP

I first took my son here when he was about 6 months old! I didn't know what to expect, but I was so impressed with the staff and Dr. Green. They were great with letting me know exactly the best way to care for my baby's teeth! We recently went back for our check, and my son's teeth are great! Both of our experiences have been great! We will continue to be patients at this office until they ask my child to leave because he's gotten too old for a pediatric office! Oh, and the new office is so cool for kids!

The receptionists are always genuinely nice and knowledgeable. The thing that always impresses me the most is how kind yet quick and efficient they are when more serious procedures need to be done. I heard amazing things about this place, so I thought they would be good for my daughters first time to the dentist (2&4yrs). My 4 yo had been saying that her tooth hurt so I called to make an appt. 1st one available was FOUR MONTHS OUT!!! Her tooth hurt! But they didn’t care and made us wait. Once we finally made it, she was scared, naturally, and didn’t want anyone to touch her owie tooth. Dr. Green told her to stop acting like a baby and to grow up. Excuse me!? Then, to actually get her tooth worked on? Oh yah, another SIX MONTH WAIT!!! Are you freaking kidding me!? If you have that long of a wait, maybe STOP TAKING NEW PATIENTS!!!! My daughters tooth was so infected by the time they FINALLY got to it, they had to pull it. Maybe if they would have gotten to it within a month of us calling, they wouldn’t have had to pull it! Don’t waste your time waiting for these people. Go to Dr. Birch! He was amazing with my “baby” of a 4yo.

Wow..Firt time clients ...This office and staff was amazing! Very prompt . My child enjoyed his visit. As in he didn’t cry or need any Reassurance on anything. He was previously forced and held to get X-rays (at old dentist) he allowed Autumn his hygienist to get X-rays with a smile. From the time we walked in the lobby until the moment we left he smiled. The atmosphere is very comfortable and kid friendly. The staff is very kind, gental and understanding. As a mom of 4 boys I look forward to future visits.

We had our first visit with Carolina Pediatric Dentistry this week! When I came to do my review this evening, I saw some really awful things from today (which is obviously one family) so it solidified my decision to write my experience here. From the moment we walked in the door, we were welcomed with warm smiles and just a super fun and friendly atmosphere! Elizabeth cleaned our child's teeth, and she was fantastic! Everyone was friendly and the whole place seemed very light and fun (which is not the case in all pediatric offices). Dr. Green took her time to explain things to me and make this momma feel welcome! Even at check-out, where my child was super excited about using her coin in the toy machine, the lady took her time to talk to my child about the toy she chose! This office is fantastic! I would recommend it to anyone who has children! Add to all this, the office looks like a museum of under the sea fun!

I don’t understand where all these hateful and more than likely not so honest reviews are coming from but I can understand to a certain degree if you are not in this profession it is difficult to understand the options given on how to fix a certain tooth so with that being said obviously we take our children to professionals who specialize in certain areas for this reason and I fully trust Dr. Green and her recommendations when dealing with something to this extent concerning any 3 of my children. We have been seeing Dr. Green since my now 11 year old son was about 2-3 years old and I would never even think of taking any of my kids anywhere else! The staff is absolutely wonderful and make my kids feel special and they ask questions about their schools or home lives because they actually care! Thank you CPD for being awesome and don’t worry about these non honest reviews because we all know better!

Dealing with children is definitely not easy, but from the moment I met the staff from this facility I knew it would be the right place for me and my family. I relocated from NY to Spartanburg and was overwhelmed with all the new changes I had to make to help accommodate for my family’s needs. After meeting Patricia, I was extremely pleased with her professionalism. Not only did she help assist me, but she is a great representation of Dr. Green’s humility and compassion. The staff have an amazing work culture and really seem to care about their patients as well as each other. I was able to witness their fantastic work culture this year with their under the sea Holloween display and it was great! Kids seem to really love it there and it definitely takes the d for dreadful out of dentistry. God bless them!

Absolutely the worst Dentist i have ever took my kids too. The staff is snobby and short. Dr. Green didn't impress me either. She was just has snobby. Lucky i have calmed down in my older age. Bc the 2 receptionists up front need to be fired of they can't handle dealing with children and the public. Hopefully after all these bad reviews they will shut this place down. Dr. Green and her staff are fantastic. But this practice does not make for easy access or scheduling. Appointments are booked six months in advance and if for any reason you need to cancel your scheduled appointment you are at the mercy of an opening based on a last minute cancellations or a booking months out. Working hours limited as well. Closes at 4pm most days and not open on Friday.

Best pediatric dental office in Spartanburg! Dr. Green was amazing with my niece! She didn't want to leave after her appointment! The new office is beautiful and you can tell that she really had the kids in mind with the incredible sea life in the lobby. The staff was super sweet and she has a therapy dog that was able to come spend some time with us to calm the little nerves that my niece had about getting a tooth pulled. We left with one happy girl that was very excited about her upcoming tooth fairy visit. We can't wait to go back in 6 months for her next cleaning!

No one go to this place. No one bring your kids here. My little brother With Down syndrome was taken here and had a tooth yanked out. They only gave him one round of shots and began to pull while he was screaming and crying. My mother has never heard him scream that loudly before. It breaks my heart to say that instead of adding more shots they jus pulled and kept listening to him scream. They even made comments like he’s faking his pain. What kind of place is this. That they treat disabled children like this. This place needs to be shut down to to how they treated my little brother. Don’t make excuses Carolina pediatric dentistry for how you handled this little boy you should ashamed of yourself. I recently had a tooth pulled myself and they have me a few rounds of shots due to pain. So don’t say that he was faking. Don’t you dare. That little boy doesn’t ever cry and scream like he did in your office. Zero stars.

I Absolutely Love Dr.Green She's Spectacular! However her staff is Hideous nd Disrespectful...My kids appt was canceled and I was NEVER NOTIFIED!! I was billed for My Oldest Daughter xrays etc but was told that it was actually my baby girl who had to pay..come on seriously 182.00 for a 2 year old cleaning with a regular toothbrush!! This is beyond me unfortunately I will remove my babies from this ignorant conniving business where heads are turned to such horrible fruad activities!! I'm so pissed off!! I feel belittled nd disrespected if the staff isn't reevaluated this business will be shut down!!! The accountant is against medicaid recipients nd someone should definetly look into the things she's doing
