I never share my review but I'm really upset this time. I was in on Thursday and the blond headed hispanic girl was extremely rude when I asked her to schedule physicals she made it seem like I was bothering her and treated me horribly. Friday I came in again to drop of a form and she was on a different desk the front desk I didn't want to ask her for anything again because of the way I was treated when I was checking out the day before. So there was a man checking in and she treated him horrible too when I gave her my form she was rude again. Please someone talk to her she has horrible customer service every time I come in she has a rude face and she makes it seem like she hates her job I try to avoid her the other blond lady is sweet and the other Hispanic girl tells me take care have a great week

All of my children are patients here and we love every doctor. They provide caring and professional service. When emergencies come up I get an appointment that same day. The staff is excellent and I would recommend them to anyone who wants the best doctors for their children.

Dr Martin is amazing. He is someone you know was purely made to go into pediatrics. He not only puts the kiddos at ease, but builds confidence in parents. He is kind and caring and gives supieror medical care, it is well thought out and soecialized to each child.

That office use to be 5 stars. I didn’t even want to give it a 1 star. The front desk people are so rude whether in person or on the phone. When Dr. Ellenberger left, that place went down .

Dr. Rushton was my Dr and when you receive wonderful service and you feel like family you continue going. Now my kids and grandchildren are patients here. I love this place and the Doctors and employees in it. I have 40 + years to back up my opinion as well!

I had my baby at Beaufort Memorial Hospital. After more than a day of labor, it was discovered the umbilical cord was wrapped around my son's neck three time and when he was delivered he aspirated some fetal waste, which caused his oxygen levels to drop considerably. Dr. Martin was the attending pediatrician and stayed the ENTIRE night just to make sure he didn't contract pneumonia. He has wonderful bedside manner. This was my first child and there was never one time I was scared because of Dr. Martin's vigilance. I highly recommend anyone to take their children to him.

Both times I've come here the check in staff is very rude and hardly even acknowledges me. The girl did not even look up at me and just threw some kind of tablet at me, I had no idea what I am supposed to do with it because she did not say a word to me. This was only our second visit. I thought it was really odd. When I called to make an appointment the girl on the phone had an attitude when I asked a simple question. I work in a doctor's office and this type of behavior would be unacceptable, we certainly don't treat patients this way. The girl at the checkout window was very friendly and helpful. The nurse and provider were also nice.

I love this office I keep reading bad reviews but to be honest I have never had a problem with them. The girls up front have fun looks like they love their job always happy. They always have same day sick appointments when I call no matter what time of the day and if they don’t have any they have me call back and I get in with the on call doctor which is still the same day. I love all the doctors hopefully they keep taking my insurance because I don't Want to switch

We had the best experience here today. My daughter had horrible ear pain and screamed all night. Beaufort Pediatrics was able to get her in the same day and treat her. The entire staff and providers were amazing! Wonderful bedside manner, very caring and thorough, and we were in and out quickly. Very impressed!

Most of my appointments for my child has been great here which is why I give them 3 stars, but I am not pleased with doctor Jill Aiken. I took my son for a check up 7 months ago with a list of concerns for my child because I believe he had autism and she appeared annoyed that I had a list and dismissed my concerns for autism completely after asking a few questions. Well, I received a second opinion from a different doctor/practice whom gave me a referral to screen my child and it turns out he does have autism! I am not pleased with her conduct and dismissal. All of the other doctors are great though!

They send you a letter if you miss an appointment that you child can’t be seen by that practice anymore. The letter says you get “3” letters I however got 1 on the first time. This place is to snooty for me. I recommend no one be treated that way. They won’t work with you either. Obviously this lack of empathy or compassion is why I wouldn’t want to have my children seen here anyway. I hope others follow.

Love coming here! Dalton is the best! She saved the day with my daughter after our favorite left. Very nice to talk to. I gave 4 stars because sometimes I feel like I'm not being acknowledged because I have sat too long past my appt time before actually going in to our appointment. This has happened to me twice out of the 100 visits, so it is a rare occurrence. I still love going and will continue to go to Beaufort Pediatrics.

My family has been with them for years. I am talking 20+ years. I live 1hr away, yes, there are other docs around Hilton Head Island, but they are not as caring and professional as Beaufort Pediatrics is. ;)

Rude, judgemental new staff who do not want to listen or try to understand your concerns with your child and then still expect to get paid for inadequate service. If you want to waste my time and not properly evaluate my child during a scheduled visit you should not feel entitled to a payment. They acted completly out of line and need to learn to keep personal biases to themselves and be professional. After 5 years of great service, I don't think I have ever been so insulted in my life after dealing with this medical staff and I will take my child to another practice.

Left them after over 7 years and 2 children soon to be 3!! They have goten terrible over the last 2 years!! The M.D.'s are good but you hardly ever get to see one anymore!! The office manager is rude and unprofessional by far. They dropped my child as a patient and blocked me from her patient portal before even informing me by mail!! I reported to the office manager that the CNP was rude and made me cry at my child's appointment and in front of them, and she said they decided to drop my because stated I felt she was acting racial rude and sarcastic with every question answered toward me! I asked how to get my children's records from the Athena health online portal to sign the medical release forms because apparently thwy blocked my access and if I needed a lawyer...and she said if you want but you won't have a leg to stand on!! Wow not who my children will be going to ever again!! Did I mention they hung up on me before I could let them know I needed a medical release form for BOTH of my children!!

When my son was born, due to a situation, we were unable to have him circumcised. Upon our first visit with Beaufort Pediatrics, I was told that we would have to wait to be referred to Charleston or Savannah to have the procedure done. We waited and waited. At our two week visit, I was told to call if we had not heard anything within two weeks. Two more weeks passed and I still had not heard anything. I called the office and was told to speak with Brooke. She did not answer so I left a message. After not hearing back from her, I called the following day and was told by Brooke that she received my message and forgot to call me and that she would have to look into the matter and would call me back before the end of the day. I never heard back from her and proceeded to call every day for the remainder of that week. At this point, my son was 5 weeks old and I was to return to work in 2 weeks and he was soon to begin daycare. I reached out to another local pediatrician and they were able to perform the procedure within the week. I was hoping to use Beaufort Peds as they have been a doctor for my husband's family for quite some time, but I can't imagine my child having to go through the procedure at an older age.

I won’t be going back! I was seen by Theresa Podielski. She is highly unprofessional, has no empathy, and I do NOT recommend her AT ALL! Back-story: my 16 MO son is behind on immunizations due to the fact that he had pertussis and complications, and then we moved out of state. I am by no means an “anti vaccer”, I immunize my children! All I requested that he not be given EVERY SINGLE SHOT he was behind on in one day! She angrily left the room, came back with the nurse about 10-15 mins later with “a plan”, which was basically to try and scare me into letting them give him 5 shots at once or else “I would no longer be given care as they have a strict vaccination policy”! Finally, I feel paranoid to go back because I’ve never seen an immunization administered in such a fashion before. My baby is in the 12th percentile weight-wise, and I’ve never seen a nurse put the entire needle in like that nurse did. His muscle is not that far down and there was no need! I felt as if I was seeing a grudge in the form of hurting my child! I realized that I should NEVER feel so paranoid after leaving a medical facility like I did!

Great for the most part with kids horrible with parents, part of working with kids is working with their parents, rude nurses, illiterate. Horrible attitudes need better people skills! I've attempted to talk they have ignored me several times not just a one time experiance ,the check in process is ridiculous I had to repeat myself 9 times because of the lack of listening to me, I've corrected them every visit multiple times when they mispronounced my daughters name they ignore me and continue to say it wrong,,,horrid experiences. Dr. Anka is great Dr Coleman is great the nurses though, she walked off with my kid, I asked In the future to not do that she ignored me, I asked her if she heard me thinking she didn't she said she heard she never apologized just gave me attitude then told me in the future she'd just make us wait, then after hearing me say my daughters name twice then she said wrong I corrected her she walks off, I'm sorry but the nurses there are awful.

My children have been patients for over 9yrs. Went on Google to check hours for tomorrow for a sick a appt. Unpon going on Google I read some of the reviews. I can honestly say I can't not believe some of the blatant lies some people have posted about this practice. My children have always received the best care physically possible. Between the nurses and doctors I don't know who is better. The level of care they give in my opinion can not be matched any where else. I live 45 mins away and will not change pediatrician offices because of how we are treated. Best pediatrician office around.

The doctors and staff at Beaufort Pediatrics have been amazing during the last 5 years we've be going there. Nurses have always contacted me back promptly and the doctors have always been attentive and friendly. We just moved and only hope that we can find another pediatrician office that was as professional and caring as we experienced at Beaufort Pediatrics.

If I could give negative stars I would. Our family loved Dr. Floyd, unfortunately the rudeness of the front desk staff and other doctors outweighs that. I have never been treated so poorly. The customer service at Beaufort Pediatrics is absolutely pitiful. I do not ever write reviews on businesses but I truly felt the need to voice my opinion on how this office is run. When you have sick children and worried parents the last thing you need is an office staff and doctors that talk down to you, give you an attitude, and do not listen to what you are saying. I would not recommend this office to ANYONE. Do not waste your time. Search for a pediatricians office that truly cares about your child and your experience when you come in for care.

I would like to only give one star on my recent visits with them, but I'll give them a 2 because of my beginning experiences with them. Our first visits were great! As time went on the customer service from the staff has gone downhill, the appointments seem rushed, and no one seems to listen. I've had more attitude than smiles and I feel as though every appointment I'm left with even more questions than I had before going in. I have tried to stick it out and see if it was a staffing issue, but at this point it shows why some of their best doctors leave the office for a better opportunity. Our newest issue is that just to get our child a flu shot we have to call them daily to see if it is available and then hope that our jobs will give us the availability to leave to geth their flu shot because they never seem to be available to give one in the afternoon. We are sad to have to leave a bad review, but we also hope that maybe one day they can address the issues that many parents seem to agree on.

Have been going here a little over a year, my kids have seen every doctor in the place probably. We have always been accommodated for same-day sick appointments they are readily available all you have to do is call. Saturday appts for emergencies keeps us out of the ER and the front desk staff is awesome as well highly recommend this practice. Very courteous and efficient.

Not very personal. Walk inside are NOT welcome. And the staff are cold not rude but definitely indifferent. My children have been coming since birth and the older the seem to get the loveless the doctors and staff became..They are now 10 and 12 and I am now actively looking for somewhere else

I went there as a child, I am 31 now. My children have went there and I normally always recommend them. About a month ago I had the office manager talk to me very rudely and refuse to let me speak to a doctor. She even slammed the window in my face with other patience watching this. The other day I neeed an appointment for 3 kids (which Dr. Martin okay for us to do over a year ago) the First Lady put me on hold, the second lady said she would do it but I had to be there 30 minutes early. I asked why and was told if we were not checked in by the exact time we would have to be rescheduled. We are never late and never miss appointments. The lady said she would document the charts that we were allowed. I thought the issue was resolved. My grandmother took the kids and Nurse Dalton proceeded to tell her I cursed at the staff. When Nurse Dalton called me she informed me that 4 members of her staff said I cursed at them. Which is crazy because I only talked to 2 people. I never cursed at all and never even knew that a situation had taking place. Nurse Dalton is usually very nice but she was not wanting to listen to what I said. My children can even witness that I did not curse not was I nasty. I was also informed that my son missed an appointment June 1, not true. We had the same problem with my brother(my grandma comes in to cancel appointments)I drive almost 2 hours to keep my children at this place because they used to be great. Reading other reviews and having my own problem, I now see that this place has went down hill. I would not recommend this place at all. The office staff is rude and will lie to cover up their mess they create. I went there for 19 years. My brother is almost 19 and went there since day one. We also have a 15, 10, and 6 year old that always goes. I have always loved this place until recently. Maybe if they took the time to read some reviews on the staff they would realize that it’s not the patience they’ve had for years( with no problems) it’s their staff!

This practice is the best in town!! My child has been going there since he was 7 months old and is now almost 16. They have always been very attentive to our needs. I have never had a problem getting appointments when I called and the staff has alway been nothing but professional. They are the only practice open on Saturdays and most holidays also. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.
