Dr. Pollock is amazing. She is always concerned with my son's needs. The staff is friendly and professional. They actually remember my son when he visits. He was in the hospital 2 times in 6 months with no help if finding out what was wrong. I started taking him here and Dr. Pollock was able to diagnose him within one visit. He has only had one hospital visit since the change in providers. During the follow up visit the Dr. was able to give me some tips on how to help him before we end up in the ER. He hasn't been back to the hospital since. They are all amazing and I will continue to take my kids here as long as we are in this area.

Wonderful staff. Very thorough with each exam. Personal. Confident. Caring. We are thankful to have such wonderful doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, and other staff to care for our children.

Dr. Geurkink is wonderful. She is amazing with children. My 3 boys are never afraid & are always comforted by her calmness. You will never feel rushed. Every diagnosis has been correct & treated with great care. I've tried 2 of the large pediatric practices prior to finding Dr. Geurkink & was disappointed to say the least. We have now been with Dr. Geurkink for 5 yrs. This is an independent practice with 2 pediatricians that truly care about your child's health, profit is a huge focus at the large practices with multiple locations. You will know after meeting Dr. Geurkink that her priority is your child NOT meeting a daily patient quota.

After years and years of great service, the support staff of this practice has gone downhill. Rude, non-caring, and unhelpful to name a few. Dr Pollock and her nurses have always been amazing, but unfortunately the ones you deal with with day-to-day needs have made this practice one we no longer want to use.

There are to many good things to say, my kids love their doctor's office. The office is always clean and they believe in reading, always giving away books. They definitely care about children, they are very patience, caring, and they listen to your concerns. And I could go on, but you will not be disappointed.

The management & office staff need to be dismissed or retrained. I have to file complaints with the health department just to get my toddlers records from ballentine pediatrics. We asked for records in January and have been put thru a waiting game for 7 months. Will also be writing to the medical board !! Response from ballentine pediatrics is a lie they withhold your records and create delays on purpose out of spite and for any fees owed like a $25 rescheduling fee or a no show fee of 25 dollar like I stated BEWARE OF THE TACTICS !!!

Highly recommend! Doctors and nurses are knowledgeable, professional, and love my children!

I previously was with another large pediatric practice. My daughter has had a recurrent illness that I felt was not simply viral, but I was repeatedly told by our old pediatrician it was viral and that it just happens with children. I suspected my oldest child may have a condition called PFAPA and that it was not just viral. She had 4 fever episodes in the first 4 months after our youngest was born - and the baby never got sick, despite her sister kissing and loving all over her - so we knew it was something more. Ballentine Pediatrics was recommended by 3 of the 5 moms I asked so I made an appointment, and am I ever so grateful I did. Our first appointment with Dr. Pollock was on April 11th. She spent almost an hour with us that day, going through the history. It turns out that she has experience with PFAPA and was also concerned that this could be what we were dealing with, so she set us up for all of the specialist appointments necessary to rule out other conditions. In less than two months, we have seen 2 of the 3 specialists and had all of the lab work done that has been needed to just about firm up the PFAPA diagnosis. In addition, Dr. Pollock has been willing to acknowledge our chiropractor as a part of our network of care providers, which truly means a lot to us and says a lot about her orientation to the patient's needs. We also recently saw the NP in the office, Amanda Slater, who spent 45 minutes with my youngest daughter and I. She was thorough and down to earth. I am extremely pleased with the decision to move to this pediatric practice. I will say that the only issue is sometimes we have to wait for a bit, but given that they are willing to spend all of the time necessary with us when they see us, I think having to wait just means they are doing that for others, too. Which is another statement about their orientation to the needs of their patients. One final thought: all of the staff is pleasant, whether calling to the office during the day, calling the after hours line because of a concern, or presenting in person. In the old practice we were in, we were greeted with an automated message and generally had to play phone (or voicemail) tag for days to get a live person. As a result, this is worth the switch in and of itself. Hands down, I would recommend Ballentine Peds to anyone.

I am the father of two girls. My wife can usually take the girls but sometimes this falls in my lap. I am grateful to get a live person on the phone, a capable staff, great nurses and doctor's who can handle all of our needs. I like the escribing and school notes I may forget to ask for and I really like knowing my girls will be well. Oh, one more thing, I don't have to spend my whole afternoon in the waiting room because the staff overbooks. Bottom line, these women could give the airlines some guidance.

Wonderful, caring doctors, nurses and staff. They really do take their time with you, listen to your concerns and answer questions. Phone calls are always promptly returned, appointments are never difficult to obtain. My little one loves Dr. Pollock as do I. I would recommend their practice to any parent.

We have four little people so we frequent this place and it has always been wonderful. The staff is genuine, friendly, and kind and the doctors and nurse practitioners are fabulous!! I really feel like I'm just talking to my girlfriend with Dr. Pollock and Amanda Slater; they are so down to earth. Yes, there is the occasional lengthy wait but most of the time it is very timely. And, knowing that our family has certainly been the cause of a lengthy wait or two, I understand it's not something they can control and they are doing the best they can. They treat us like family and the front office staff is polite and responsive. In fact, we are headed there today because we've got yet another sick one!

Dr. Pollock, Amanda, Lane, and staff are absolutely AMAZING! All 3 of my daughters love them!

I don't have to fight my children to get them into the doctors office... they actually like going! The doctors and nurses are caring, compassionate, and very in tune with the fears children have with the doctor. The doctors listen to my concerns and do not try to push anything. Instead, they give me the information and let me make suitable decisions for my family.

This place is a high end clinic for kids. The people here are very friendly and empathetic to your children. The both times we here, we were never here longer than annhour. The waiting room had a big fish tank for the kids look in, and children's toys line the waiting tables. I love this place.
