Very professional staff, there’s usually no wait, if you have to wait it’s no more than five minutes. Dr. Osterberg is very friendly and knows her patients.

Jessica Mukes-Magwood

There is a major communication disconnect between doctors, nurses, and administrative staff. However, the majority of the doctors, nurses and staff seem knowledgeable and have great bedside manner. Definitely room for improvement as a practice.

Great peds office. Staff is super friendly. drs take time to listen to concerns and exam baby.

Absolutely loved them when they were located in the office on Ebenzer. Way less personal in this new office building. Staff is rude and it takes a month or more to get an appointment. Wouldn't recommend if you have Medicaid. They will treat you like you don't matter. Told me and my 6yr old daughter they didn't have anymore flu mists for "Medicaid folks". Dr.Alexander is the nicest, but I'm suspecting he is going to retire soon.

Never have sick appointments, forced to go to urgent care even though they stay open until 8

Dr.Davis is my favorite!!! The entire staff there is great! Have been taking my kids here for almost 10yrs. I've been to several other offices prior to bringing my kids here and once we found this office we stood they're the best in Rock Hill/ Fort Mill!

Marlessa Southern

Pleased with the check in process. Most of the time I am sent straight to a room. That is very nice! Drs and nurses are very kind and friendly!

David Meeler

Check in staff isn't rude but Curt enough to make you feel badly for coming to the doctor or for paying your bill. Sick appointments are almost impossible to get unless you can call first thing in the morning. If your child gets sick during the day, don't expect to be able to see a doctor. If you get an appointment, the doctors and nurse-practitioners are great. It's the challenges of getting to see them that makes this practice fail.

Absolutely love this place... staff are attentive and understanding, doctors are excellent, and my 2 year-old son actually likes going to the doctor!

I will never understand this model of healthcare, where we are herded like cattle into a giant lobby. There is no WELL-child waiting area, so when we are coming for a check-up or something non-contagious, we get to sit where the stomach bug and strep throat kids sit. I feel REALLY bad for the pregnant women and cancer patients, who also are herded into these waiting areas with sick people. I really like the doctors we've seen, but the process of getting up to them is ridiculous. We have a "don't touch anything" policy and make a game out of trying to use our elbows to press any buttons or open doors. I realize health care is a giant corporate industry, but it should feel so much like it the patients. There should still be some level of (even pretend) personal care.

Best place i can go if I go to urgent care when I was sick and everything. Went to urgent care one time with them and they said i had Upper Respiratory Virus(URV) and they gave me a meds for it. And then my cough was so worst when i was 5 hrs away trip so i came back here and they said after URV was gone i had Bronchitis so they gave mw 2 new pills(I never had) and a inhaler. So i used them for a week. After a week that i came back for follow up cough check, the bronchitis went away. So I can go ahead and do my basketball tryout at high school hopefully make a team.

My Daughter went there two weeks ago and was diagnosed with a cold no medications were given. Fast forward two weeks and she is worse and they still have no idea whats wrong and only wrote her out for one day even though she threw up on the doctor. Service has gone down hill.

Patricia Mclaughlin

I have had no problems with this practice. I have only had to wait less than 5 minutes before my children were seen. The staff was very nice & helpful.

Wishy Washy Mom

Whatever you do don’t be late. I was 12 min late and was asked to reschedule. Doctors will make you wait at least 30 min to be seen no matter what.

Typhena Long

I've been bringing my kids for years. I'm not sure if it's the move or what that has changed this place for the WORSE. Staff seems to be decreasing, appointment availability decreasing, efficiency decreasing, wait time INCREASING. I brought my daughter for an appointment & because I was 2 minutes outside of the grace period (yes 2 minutes), I was told to reschedule. It's understood that policy is policy but I made sure to call while on my way. Told the office there was a traffic build-up on Celenese & that this appointment was NEEDED. I was told I would be ok. Came into a OVER PACKED parking lot, RAN in & was turned around. PISSED is an understatement! I had left work early, signed my child out of school, for NOTHING! 1 month later, my son has an appointment. We're on time but we wait an entire HOUR for the Dr. to come in the room (Not the first time).

Where do I start, let's just say thank God my children are almost young adults, soon they will be switching to my Primary Care Physician! Missing the little office off of Ebenezer Road, take me back to Palmetto Pediatrics when and where my children mattered, they weren't just another number in line waiting to be seen!

Dr. Wallace is excellent, and she has established a wonderful trust with my teen daughter. The administrative staff at this practice, however, is the rudest and most unprofessional medical practice that I have ever experienced in my 43 years on this planet. They even had the nerve to ask me to "bring my adoption papers" to prove that I am the actual parent my 15 year old, who was adopted as an infant--meaning that since 1999, I have been listed as the parent on her birth certificate.

This place use to be the best when it was Palmetto Pediatrics. Now you are nothing more than a number. I called because my daughter was sick and they said the next available appointment was in a month and to go to urgent care. I would not recommend coming here. I am going to start looking for a smaller, friendlier pediatric office to take my children to where the office actually cares about them and they are not just another insurance claim for them to file. This place is a glorified assembly line

Michelle Cramer

As a parent with a special needs child I hold very high standards for our pediatrician and i have to saw Dr. Wallace is amazing. I am thrilled to have her care for my sweet little boy.

I love this place, Dr.Wallace is awesome, very professional yet warm and friendly!!

Dr. Wallace-Berman is one of THE if not the best providers in the county. I’ve searched far and wide and haven’t quite found a doctor like her. She cares so much about my children and their health. When my son was an infant and having trouble with gaining weight, one of the months he came in, she looked at his charts and saw that it had improved and literally lept for joy out of her seat when she saw the good news. Nearly every other provider here and at Fort Mill talk to us like they are reading from a script or just show a lack of true concern for my children. I always get frustrated when they try to reschedule me with other providers because they seem to assume that the quality of care is equal across the board. It just isn’t. I say this as a young African American woman who has seen how ugly and uncaring the health ‘care’ system can be for myself and my children. I would give this place five stars for Dr. Wallace-Berman alone, but because most of the other doctors, I had to bring it down. Shout out to Dr. Lindsay and Dr. Carr because they are awesome too.

I always regret coming to this office. Always late and not organized.

My daughter is a year old and has been seeing Dr. Alexander since birth. I absolutely love her pediatrician but the rudeness and unprofessional tone of the staff when I called today to inquire about the possibility of making an appointment for my nephew was absolutely disgusting. The woman cut me off before finishing my question even by saying 'the answer will be no' in the most disrespectful manor possible. That alone was enough to make me decide to change pediatricians!!!!! Teach your employees a lesson in humanity. There is a small child who is very sick with pneumonia therefore the stress of that is enough we don't need to be belittled on the phone for asking a simple question

Ashlyn Wright

The service is terrible and there is little communication between office and patient. I once needed a referral for a cardiologist and Rock Hill Pediatrics made me an appointment for some random doctor in Charlotte and never told me. We finally found out when that doctor called to reschedule the appointment I had missed. As of now, I've been waiting for 4 days for shot records and turns out they've been ready for pickup, but I was never informed.

Melissa Karaffa

I love my sons dr. She is very kind and informative

I went to this place early one day for a apontment, come to find out they where closed, i called and asked why, and they said they forgot to tell me!

Brenda Vogel

I used to love Palmetto Pediatrics but once they are pediatric associates the service is terrible. I have always been on time for my appointments (and sometimes sooner) and even then last time I had to wait downstairs 35 minutes with an autistic kid who cant stay still. After you get buzzed with a little machine you are able to go upstairs and wait another good 15 minutes. Just terrible!

Apparently my daughter being a patient for 14 years doesn't matter to them anymore. We were rushing thru traffic, called twice to let them know we were on the way, no answer either time. Get in the line at exactly 10 minutes late, which they allow, but had to wait in line for another 3 minutes. Finally get our turn to check in, then was told since we were 10 minutes late, they had to call upstairs to see if we could still be seen. Got a NO, we would have to reschedule. Talked to the manager, she suggested different appointment times....they just lost a long time 14 year patient, due to our wait in line time....they couldn't take a couple of our minutes of our first time ever being late, even though over the years, we've always had to wait on them...Goodbye palmetto pediatrics....enjoy your corporate business now

As I'm sure you get many complaints about your rock hill pediatric office, I will add another. While attempting to take my son to have a rash examined, I was told he didn't have an appointment and would not be seen. This is on the wings of a previous occasion where I was told that you did not make appointments after 5pm due to allowing time for emergency visits. Well, which is it? Do you take appointments after 5 or not? Also, I don't feel like your practice has my children's best interest in mind when you refuse to see them except for check ups. Honestly I feel those are the most useless appointments since your doctors rarely do anything, other than check their weight and height. I need a practice that is going to be there when we need them, not when it's convenient for you to see them. I feel like this practice is run by people who have no clue what a parents' schedule looks like, or just refuses to acknowledge anything that may inconvenience them.

Adam Ferguson

Showed up for my son's appointment today and the woman at the front tells me that it has been cancelled. Not by me but by a glitch in the system. She says "oh this has been happening alot lately. I have an appointment available in two weeks." No sorry, no we'll squeeze you in. The appointment I made over a month ago was magically cancelled and this happens alot? So I ask to speak with her supervisor. The supervisor, Deborah, just ignores the lady helping us and walks away down a hall to get away from us I guess. I'm livid at the moment more from the lack of respect and lack of feelings on these people's part. The woman at the front desk helping us was nice and it was not her fault. But the supervisor just blatantly running away from us has me very angry. Still no guarantee that the next appointment won't be cancelled when I show up. We love Dr. Osterberg but this really has me considering a new practice.

April Harper

Had the worse experience before even getting in the door. I made my son an appt and wanted my daughter seen at the same time. They called me twice and left a voicemail saying that they could be seen together. Called back one week later to make my older son an appt and they never scheduled my daughter in the system and no longer had any room to take her. All they did was apologize for a mess up in their part, so I quickly changed doctors.

Very disappointed in this practice. They are a part of the CHS Atrium Health and my child had been seen here three times in the past year. Most of his appointments since birth had been up in Charlotte though (also CHS) and now they are telling me that since I am trying to get him seen at Rock Hill location permanently, that they can't accept him because he's a new patient and they aren't accepting new patients. Well, I am in medical coding, and established patients do not turn into new patients for 3 years within a practice/facility. Guess I will take my kid to a place with higher ratings....

Kimberly Mitchell

I trust my daughters' doctors, but it is difficult to get in to see them specifically. Other doctors we have seen are also good.

Betty McAteer

Absolutely terrible - has gone down hill so much, it really is sad. Requested a shot record 14 days ago and received it today half way filled in - missing vaccinations when my child has had all of her vaccines. Then called to let them know I filled out the medical release for them to get these vaccine records OVER A YEAR AGO the nurse basically told me 'well i dont have them and that wasnt me so thats not my problem' wont be returning.

Abigail Dyckma

I love Rock Hill pediatrics. My.girls see Dr. Osterberg and we absolutely love her. She is awesome.

Jacquelyn Rickley

No one seems to put the good experiences on here, so I will. I have had nothing but great service from Rock Hill Pediatrics. My children went to Palmetto as young children, and here as teens. Anytime I call, they call back within a reasonable time, we have never had to wait long, and the nurses and doctors have always gone out of their way to help. Many commenting must not have had children when the office was on Herlong. Needless to say, the practice has grown and the wait times are minimal in comparison to the small office atmosphere. I could share personal experiences, but I would go on even longer. Just know, you couldn't ask for a better pediatrician practice!! Sick or not well child, we have always gotten the A+ treatment!!

We have been seeing Wendy Baker at Rock Hill Peds since 2015. The staff are always wonderful with our son. They've taken our parenting style and choices into consideration when recommending how best to deal with all the little things that pop up with an infant and toddler. We love having Wendy as our primary.

Lanaya Mosby

This place is so unprofessional. I always have a problem with getting shot records. To top that off I needed a New refill on eye drops because they got spilled and I have been calling every 2 hours to be told that I'll receive a call from a nurse in an hour. Not one call yet and the supervisor is conveniently in a 'meeting.' I will be driving to fort mill from now on.
