Good experience with most all staff. Patient Care Coordinator's customer service skills require improvement. I found this individual to be pushy and somewhat rude when I pushed back and had questions. I felt she was a "sales-lady," without genuine concern for the treatment plan for my child. She, nor Dr. Monn ever explained additional cost that could potentially be incurred once treatment began. Therefore, the prices quoted for treatment were off by hundreds of dollars once the procedure was completed for my toddler. The quality of care was excellent by anesthesiologist and Dr. Monn and her staff. I appreciate this very much. A professional business and Patient Care Coordinator, however, (with the experience they have) should be able to quote a price much closer to the actual cost.

My 4 year old was so nervous for her visit. As soon as we went back Mrs. Kendra was very nice and had my daughter giggling the whole time! She worked so well with her she was no longer nervous and had a terrific visit! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

My daughter started out going to Anderson Pediatric Dentistry with periodontal disease. Now her gums are clear and her teeth are in great shape. We go for quarterly cleanings. The dental hygienist is able to get my daughter with special needs to cooperate and our visits are always pleasant! Both Dr. Monn and Dr. Nietzer are wonderful!

I just have to say if it were not for MANDY, my 3 yr old daughter would not have crowns. When she was 1 she chipped her tooth and it progressively got worse. The thought of using a papoose board just seems/ed harsh and out of date. I researched and did my due diligence because I wasn't satisfied with the solution that was given. I called with my concerns AND to actually cancel my appointment. After talking with Mandy, I felt like the world was lifted off my shoulder. I'm not sure if it was just her voice, which is very calming, or the fact that I felt she listened (and this was over the phone)! So much so that I didn't even ask her, if she had any kids. Like, how could she know what I was going through if she didn't have kids herself. But I didn't need to because that's how reassuring she was. I need to mention the WHOLE staff is great but Mandy got the appointment booked. Our appointment was today (9/19) and I couldn't be more grateful or feel any more satisfied. So for the moms that question everything as I do, it's worth it! She didn't cry at all and her teeth are beautiful!

We LOVE Anderson Pediatric Dentistry! Three of my four children have had cleanings and cavities filled by Dr. Monn and her staff. Everyone that I have interacted with in the office is warm and friendly and understanding of kids. The office is clean and up to date, and they have a great waiting area, although we're never there very long. My children are extra anxious about the dental chair and all the instruments. The hygienists we have seen have always been patient and willing to take time to explain things and work with my kids. They also have a prize basket and let the kids pick something after each appointment. Thanks to this office, my kids LOVE visiting the dentist and ask when we can go back! Dr. Monn is especially fabulous with kids, as well as parents! It's easy to see that she really loves kids through her interactions with them. She is also open and honest about the work that needs to be done, and has the best interest of her patients in mind. Erica is also wonderful, when we first came to the office she went out of her way to work with our schedule to get us in quickly, as our son had a cavity that needed to be fixed. Many times I have been called when there is a cancellation and invited to come at a time they know is easier for my schedule. I just can't say enough good about this office! I highly recommend giving them a call!

Love APD! I oroginally took my son to Kool Smiles, but it was awful. Started going to APD, and couldn't be happier. They're always friendly, and patient. My son HATES x-rays, and it can be a 30 minute ordeal, and they are always loving and kind. We've gone for both routine check-ups and cleaning, as well as having teeth pulled. I don't have a single complaint! We've gone here for years, and will continue to!

This is such a family friendly dentist office. Dr. Monn has faithfully served my kids since she opened. She has always gone above and beyond to help us in emergency situations, even speaking to us on the phone herself numerous times. My daughter recently started going to her at just 12 months old, and she quickly diagnosed an issue and referred her appropriately. We love Dr. Monn and all her staff!

I have never been to a dentist practice where everyone is so wonderful with children. Dr. Kevin is so patient and kind with my children every single time we visit. My daughter has an anxiety disorder and has attacks with any sort of stress. They always make everything a relaxing and enjoyable experience. She leaves happy every single time. My daughter is a patient with Dr.Monn, she had a accident late at night and we called Dr.Monn's personal number for emergencies and she drove all the way from Greenville to Anderson at 10 at night to make sure she was okay and didn't need anything done. She is the greatest !! I highly recommend this office !

The BEST Pediatric dentistry in Anderson! We've been going here since it first opened, and we love it! Dr. Monn is such a wonderful, positive, upbeat person that my kids liked her instantly. She knows how to relate to children with her bright smile and good nature; I've never seen her get impatient or cross with any of them. She truly knows how to handle children in a very kind and respectful way (a big plus in my book). My kids were terrified from previous dental experiences (with a different practice), but Dr. Monn was able to get them to relax. One of my kids has endless dental issues (multiple cavities, abscesses, etc.), which required sedation and extensive work. The procedure went without a hitch, and everything turned out fine. My son still doesn't like dental work, but he's thankful that he has a caring (and funny) dentist to help him get through it. The kids get to pick out some nice prizes afterwards, too. The office is located behind the Cardinal Tennis courts, and is well worth seeking out. For us, the personalized service, professional knowledge and warmth of Dr. Monn and her staff, the kid-friendly decor and super cleanliness of this practice, is what keeps us coming back. We've used Dr. Monn for years, and have never had a complaint. It really says something when you kids say, "She's really nice! We like it here!"

My son is 3.5, and finally had his first dental appointment today. Dr. Kevin visited his class at school a few months ago, which I think really helped ease his fears of going to the dentist. The hygienist was so great with him, and the whole experience went much better than I could have imaged! He even got to pick a prize at the end of the visit!

I would NOT recommend this dentist for anyone especially children. On our first visit everything went good. At the end of the first visit we were given a treatment plan for our child with prices of what everything would cost. At the second appt they decided to change his treatment plan and would only do half of the plan so we would have to come back in for another visit. On the third visit they started doing some work on my child without any Novocain which caused him to cry and his mouth to bleed. Then after waiting approx. 20 minutes for the dentist to come in, she sent a message to her assistant on her computer to tell us they wouldn't do anything to our child today. This visit was a complete waste of our time and cause our child unnecessary pain. After this last visit it appears they just wanted us to come in for as many office visits as possible to get more money and wasn't looking out for what was best for the child. They also charged more than I was quote for everything. Be very cautious!

I loved that the staff had my niece's name outside on the chalkboard prior to her arrival. There are tons of different toys in the play area to keep the kids quiet and entertained lol plus there are a good variety of magazines for the adults too. The staff is prompt, super sweet, great with kids, and informative. My niece will continue to be a patient!

Ava needed to have two baby teeth pulled that wouldn't fall out. Dr. Kevin was so sweet and comforting. She was so scared but he reassured her it wasn't going to hurt and it didn't. My kids love Anderson Pediatric Dentistry and so do I!

Today was our first visit and my 1 year old son's very first visit to the dentist. All of the staff was friendly and helpful and I never seen a face (staff wise) that wasn't smiling. My 1 year old got a little freaked out bc it was his first time and also he was tired and in need of a nap but the staff never blinked an eye and played with and comforted him when he became upset. My 8 year old daughter had a bad experience at her previous dentist and was scared but they kept reassuring her and she LOVED it. As we were leaving my daughter said "I love this place, they are so nice! I can't wait to come back!" That is a very big deal considering we had to physically carry her into her previous dentist each time we visited. If you're looking for an amazing and friendly staff who will treat your children like their own I would highly recommend these guys! Thanks for making our visit fun, easy, and stress free!

I give the dentist Dr Monn a 11 she is awsome the staff are very nice but I also rated this 5 stars to see this the in surance lady is a rip off i had to pay $200 out of my pocket when we have Medicaid that covers 100% so you tell me an she has no paper to prove but over all dentist is awsome

I was not pleased with them at all. The filling in my child's tooth has to be replaced and another dentist had to fix it. Also during the first visit I wasn't wanting my child to have gas and they were very persistent and wanted to argue with me about how it was necessary. My child has previous caps and fillings and did just fine ans I did not feel the need for them. It is about money there. The more they do, the more they can bill the insurance. It is ridiculous. Not every child needs gas and my child did not, but they treated it as a problem. Of course me being the parent/patient I opt out regardless of what they said and my child did perfectly fine. I would not recommend them. Ever.

Let me start by saying. These girls are so quick! I've been real early before for my kids appts and I still don't wait longer than 10 mins. Once your back they explain everything to your kids. They are so patient with their patients. And if there is a freak out they do not push your kids to do anything. My kids love this place and Dr monn is so nice talkative and SO WONDERFUL with her patients. I switched from "kool smiles" years ago and I'm so glad I did. Thanks Dr Monn and her team!

Way over priced. We got it over a toy. My son who was only 4 saw the toy basket and wanted a toy they told me they are for children who get cleanings done only. I even offered to pay for the toy. As my son was crying over a toy that cost them pennies, He went there due to a referal, they made such a stink over a toy while my son was in tearswe never returned. I ened up finding him a better dentist with a much better staff. would not recommend to anyone. They where very ruide, why have a child leave in tears over a toy that cost pennies

Anderson Pediatrics is the best! my son had a very traumatic experience at a previous pediatric office. Literally my son screamed with fear at the thought of visiting a dentist. I shared his experience with the staff at anderson pediatrics and they were so patient with my son. I'm pretty sure the cleaning took double the time of a normal cleaning but they took the time and earned my son's trust. Now my son asks to go to the dentist even before his 6mths cleaning. I would recommend this place to anyone

My kids love going to the dentist because they have such a fun experience! The waiting room has blocks and barbies to play with, and they love getting to pick out cool toys after they are done seeing the dentist. Both Dr. Monn and Dr. Nietzer have been very professional and thorough and are great with my kids! Also, the dental assistants have all been wonderful as well.

Do not go to Anderson Dental! They are fraudulent in their billing and bill for things they did not do or bill for a greater procedure than was performed. I I received a bill for over a $1000. I called and they told me it was a balance forward on my son for four cavities filled almost a year ago. My son has never had a cavity. I went into the office to speak to the manager. I was told that it was an error and they would fix it. Not trusting their word, I asked to wait while my balance was figured out. They then got out his chart and told me it wasn't cavities, it was chipped teeth (Insurance was billed for fillings). I could smell a skunk right away and asked them to stop adjusting anything and to please print me off an itemized bill, and copy my kids charts. She left the room and sat at the computer with another girl, still making adjustments etc. I asked again to please stop adjusting and to print me a bill and give me a copy of the charts. She called the police and asked them to escort me off premises. I never saw an itemized bill or my kids charts. This is FRAUD people. Stay away....

They always make you feel welcome. My kids are never nervous and love going to the dentist because of them! They are very thorough and make sure I understand everything and that we make the best decisions for my children. I'm always pleased with them.

Myself and my kids absolutely love this place!! This is by far the best dentist, and hygenist and staff in the Anderson or Greenville area!!! I have a daughter with Autism and they are wonderful with her, she loves going to see them and they make her feel comfortable and at ease! I would definitely recommend Anderson Ped. Dentistry to anyone!! They are definitely by far the best!!! Dr. Monn and Miss. Tracey are awesome as well as all of the staff there. I would give 10 stars!!!!
