I just left AFC Urgent Care and can only say the nicest things of the entire staff! I have fractured my shoulder and can't get in the Orthopedic until Tuesday. The doctor there, Dr. Browne was willing to actually listen! That is so rare anymore! Most Doctors are too quick to rush in and out,not listening to the patient. Not the case here at all!! I can't begin to express my gratitude for his caring and compassion!

This was our second experience at AFC Easley and both of them have been outstanding. From very pleasant and helpful folks at the front window, to excellent and helpful nurses and techs to the excellent doctors - we've been very happy with their help. The doctors took time to explain everything in the right amount of detail - and listened to our comments and questions. We never felt rushed - and being able to "pre-schedule" appointments online is helpful as well. All in all, the best Urgent Care facility we've ever used.

My wife was dehydrated from a three day bout with the flu. Based on the good Google reviews, we drove to AFC Urgent Care in Easely from our home in Pickens. We got to the clinic 20 minutes before closing. There was no wait. The nurses were efficient and pleasant. Dr. Suit got to see us within minutes. He gave a thorough exam. He was jovial but had a great take-care-of-business attitude. He felt she needed a shot right then to control her nausea. He then wrote a prescription for the pharmacy right down the street. We had Medicare and supplemental insurance. Copay was $40. I am grateful that the experience put my ill wife's anxiety to rest. That was a major part of the healing.

Avoid going here! Worst experience I have ever had at an Urgent Care Facility. The receptionist was snippy and rude. She showed little concern for the fact that I was sick. She made me feel like I was a burden on her day for showing up. Next, the doctor was in the room for MAYBE a minute before leaving to write me a prescription. Yes, I was in and out in 25 minutes. But I would’ve much rather been there longer and made to feel like I was actually being cared for. I was the only patient in the entire building and the entire staff acted like they had something else more important to do. I would highly recommend you choose ANYWHERE else to go.

Walked in with an allergic reaction to an insect sting. Waited almost an hour to go to another room and wait another 40. So of course my pressure was high. To higher to give me the steroid I needed. Got a script for 6 days of steroids. I will never go there again. I wasted 2 plus hours and whatever I’m gonna owe after insurance. They just wanted to go home on Saturday night.

My son saw Dr. Suits for a severely swollen tonsils, cough, fever, aches, pains. Dr. Suits failed to do a flu or strep test. He gave my son antibiotics which were ineffective. My son visited Dr. Suits again, who again failed to do a strep or flu test and gave my son another set of antibiotics which again, did not work. My son went to another doctor. They did a strep test. Positive. Given a zpack and was completely well in two days. Lesson learned. This urgent care doesn't seem to know that labs can be helpful. Updated: I thought perhaps my son's experience was a fluke. Today, I visited Dr. Suits for an upper respiratory infection. I've never felt like a doctor didn't know what he was doing more than I did today. I have lost all confidence in this place. I went to my regular doctor the next morning. She did an xray. I had pneumonia. I will not be returning.

On Aug 4 2017 my son was hurt during a football scrimmage. Our Dr' s office was closed for lunch so we stopped in at your office. My son's hand was swollen and already turning black and blue. The Dr that was there that day came in the room looked over my son's hand and said we will need x-ray. As we waited the Dr came in and said its not broke to ice and elevate and that he " NEVER MISSES A FRACTURES". So my son still went to practice. On Aug 9 I then called his Dr because the hand was still not better ,was sent to Stedman Hawkins where the Dr felt my son's hand and without x-ray said its BROKE. I have spoke to several people at the office to wrap my head around this. The owner called and said that I was called Aug 5 telling me that the hand was broke. Which I was not! I was then asked what can we do about this, CLEARLY there is nothing that can be done.... The way we was treated was unreal and clearly they don"t know how to x-rays. Will not go back and will let others know about the office.

We did not feel taken care of, he had us wash the wound our self's in the sink in the room with soap and water, could of done that at home. Initially I went to Powdersville first. we’re had been there before, six months prior. I will never go to the Powdersville facility again who are rude an mean. And waited for 3 hours. Top notch! So easy to check in, not much of a wait. Both doctor and nurses were so nice to my child, who was nervous. The doctor actually listened to my 8 year old while she told him what was wrong and how she felt. They called the next day to check on her...wow...so professional. Highly recommend!!!

I made an appointment on Monday to have a lump on my neck removed. Said it would be $58 out of pocket with my insurance. Got me temp taken, blood pressure read, said they couldn't do the procedure after they already said they could. Refused to give me any of my money back and there's nothing I can do. my opinion

It is 100% unacceptable that we have been here 2 hours and were told to expect to be here a while. None of the employees are working. Just sitting and hanging out. There is no sense of urgency to see patients in a timely manner and get them out. This practice needs to do time studies from check-in, pt work up, exam and check out. Many pts seen at this establishment can easily make it through that entire process in 30 to 45 mins if the people working actually worked. I'm glad to do the time studies for you, show you your bottlenecks and get everyone motivated to work.

Was not crowded. Office help was helpful in getting patients in and out. Triage was quick. Doctor had a good conversation skills in making the patient (my granddaughter feel at ease) ran appropriate test, prescribed meds and called it in for us. Couldn't have asked for more!

I showed up at 4:45pm on a Saturday because I had worked 6 days a week. He ask me how long have I had this cough. I told him about 2 months. He said you waited 5 mins. before we closed to come get that taken care of. I have to work to pay a doctors like him to be treated like disrespected. I deal with doctors every day that have a better education and manners than him. I told him my ears were hurting and my face today that's is why I finally came in. He ask me did I smoke I said no. He said you hang out with people who smoke then you smoke. I gave a doctor $50. to be a complete rude want to be doctor. All the doctors I know have class. It was my first time there and my last. I would recommmend a vet. Before I would Dr. Steven Suits!

This place is great. Simple form, triage, 10 minute wait, seen a Real Doctor within 5 minutes, diagnosed treated. Done deal. I was there 30 minutes from start to finish at most. Insurance accepted. They listened to my concerns. So much different than some of the medical centers I've went to with incompetent "doctors." For medical care go to this business. They are the best!!!!!

Still waiting here. 3 hrs and counting. Just for some blood work and a urine sample. Ironically I'm staring at a sign that says "summer is short, don't spend a day of it waiting in the ER". It's almost as if this sign is laughing at me. Also my wife has blood on her shorts from where they continually failed to correctly stick a vein. Oh and might I add that when we got here there were no other patients in the waiting room. Imagine if we had come when it was busy!

Initially I went to Powdersville first. we’re had been there before, six months prior. I will never go to the Powdersville facility again who are rude an mean. And waited for 3 hours. my opinion

It is 100% unacceptable that we have been here 2 hours and were told to expect to be here a while. None of the employees are working. Just sitting and hanging out. There is no sense of urgency to see patients in a timely manner and get them out. This practice needs to do time studies from check-in, pt work up, exam and check out. Many pts seen at this establishment can easily make it through that entire process in 30 to 45 mins if the people working actually worked. I'm glad to do the time studies for you, show you your bottlenecks and get everyone motivated to work.

Was not crowded. Office help was helpful in getting patients in and out. Triage was quick. Doctor had a good conversation skills in making the patient (my granddaughter feel at ease) ran appropriate test, prescribed meds and called it in for us. Couldn't have asked for more!

This place is great. Simple form, triage, 10 minute wait, seen a Real Doctor within 5 minutes, diagnosed treated. Done deal. I was there 30 minutes from start to finish at most. Insurance accepted. They listened to my concerns. So much different than some of the medical centers I've went to with incompetent "doctors." For medical care go to this business. They are the best!!!!!

Still waiting here. 3 hrs and counting. Just for some blood work and a urine sample. Ironically I'm staring at a sign that says "summer is short, don't spend a day of it waiting in the ER". It's almost as if this sign is laughing at me. Also my wife has blood on her shorts from where they continually failed to correctly stick a vein. Oh and might I add that when we got here there were no other patients in the waiting room. Imagine if we had come when it was busy!

Waste of time. I went in with a large knot on my should and in a lot of pain. I knew it was a cysts or some kind of infection. Without doing any kind of diagnosis the “DR” said it is a muscle and sent me to an orthopedic. So fast forward a week and after spending money on a specialist and X-rays. It’s not a muscle it’s a cysts. I wouldn’t be so mad if they had just looked into it. Save your money and just go to an actual Dr.

My boyfriend went here 2 days after being hit on his motorcycle by a car. He had been to the hospital and was only told to take ibuprofen. He had been in a lot of pain and had bad swelling 2 days later and decided to go to this facility to see if they could give him something for the pain and swelling and to make sure nothing had been misdiagnosed at the hospital. The office staff was friendly but Dr. Suits was not. He had a really sarcastic attitude and did not spend much time with him. I wish we had read the reviews on this place before going here. We will definitely not be back nor would I recommend this place to anyone.

The staff was great. The doctor was okay. I've had asthma for twenty five years so I knew what I needed when I went in. I can't get my proper treatments til Monday and walking pneumonia has run rampant in the household, so my current inhaler and treatments weren't working. I got my treatment and a shot. All gravy. But he refused to call in proper treatments even after speaking with my pharmacist. He put in for four treatments. You have to get 90 at a time. Mind you, this is no expense to him to do so. On top of that, he prescribed too much Prednisone with improper instructions. Thankfully, I know how to work with Prednisone and what is a safe intake and a proper amount for a time period. I understand he's not a doctor for asthma patients, but when your pharmacist calls trying to explain how things work and he refuses, I see an issue with competency.

Their billing department is a mess, after being seen here WITH INSURANCE they kept sending me a bill for $130 in the mail... called their billing department about once a month for 5 months after the incident and it is finally resolved. Turns out the doctor who I saw (Dr. Suits) was not supposed to practice under my insurance... would've been good to know that before the whole fiasco. Not to mention the doctor was rude and didn't seem to take my symptoms seriously. Overall not a pleasant experience

Dr. Suits was in and out so fast, he had predetermined the cause of her illness. I would never recommend his time, practice, or opinion. I left and rescheduled a new appointment with a more professional relatable doctor *update, Taylor from AFC contacted me in concern of my complaints. He took the time to listen to my concerns and apologized for our experience. I will most likely return to AFC in the future

I made an online appointment for myself and my children to receive the flu vaccine. After waiting an hour and 5 minutes, the receptionist informs me that they are out of the flu vaccine. She said she was “sorry and didn’t realize because she was doing paperwork.” That is completely unacceptable. I was also told she tried to call the other office, but the line was busy. This was a lie, as I was able to get right through when calling in front of her. I was facing the front while waiting for over an hour, she never tried to call. Unfortunately, my children and I sat in there being exposed to other sickness far too long, with absolutely nothing to show for it. I’m aggravated to say the least, but disgusted at the lack of care and laziness.

Very professional & efficient. In and out in aprox. 40 min. OK prices for people without insurance (first visit as a new patient is around $140, it’s a one time payment, after that is gets decent. Not cheap, but better than other places in the area that I called at). Hopefully won’t need to, but if I get sick again, that’s where I’ll go.

Great experience! Check-in was smooth and quick. Receptionist was very nice and efficient. Was seen within 10 mins. Nurse that took my history and vitals was pleasant. Dr. listened to why I was there and ordered appropriate testing. Would definitely return if I ever needed to.

Everybody was very nice and the office was very clean. I went in because I had symptoms that really scared me and they were the only ones who would see me that day. When I got to see the doctor he and 2 other nurses came in i told them what was going on and all 3 just shrugged their shoulders and said" I don't know, will put you on some antibiotics and see if that helps" never gave me any other answer or possibility of what it could be just " I don't know" He came back in and gave me the prescription so fast i didn't have time to ask what it was and what i should be aware of when taking them. Now I have more questions and pain then I did before I went in. To answer any of those question I would have to go back in and do it all over again. It was not worth my time and money I should of waited to see a primary care doctor not a quickie doctor.

I have been to the Easley AFC a few times in the past year, for myself and my son. NEVER have I had a good experience with the doctor they have on hand. The nursing and reception staff is wonderful and caring but the doctor there is very dismissive and does not care what is going on with you - today i went and he spoke down to me, assuming in the beginning that i was pregnant (I am NOT) and then dismissed me with some papers for a clear misdiagnosis. Please, do not waste your time at this facility, if you must choose AFC take the extra drive to powdersville to be seen, the doctors there seem to care much more.

Driving a piece of rod in the ground, I had a hammer slip off the rod and hit my finger. I went the day after to have it x-rayed. My visit to the urgent care cost far less than the emergency room and took me less than half the time it would have taken in the ER. The staff was great. I will return if I ever need to be seen again.

Huge waste of time and money. Took my toddler in near closing with a 103 fever. Doctor looked at her ears and said there was alot of wax build up, sent her home with no medicine. Next day morning I took her to her doctor,they actually cleaned her ears and found, low and behold, there was a DOUBLE ear infection. Only took her ped a few extra minutes to get a better look at her ears.

I visited last night. It was 7:00 pm I knew it was almost time to close but not once did I feel like I wasn't wanted! I was welcomed. The girl at the front desk was so sweet. Greeted me with a big smile. My nurse was absolutely precious. I wish I would have gotten her name. She was so sweet to me and carried on conversations with me. Completely made me feel like Welcomed. She even came back and checked on me to make sure I was okay while waiting. The doctor came in and was just as sweet. Checked me out game me tips to help me get well. My visit was awesome. I can't say enough about the caring staff members I dealt with. I hope you let them know what they meant to me

AFC Urgent Care LISTENS to their patients. That is very important to us. We have been to Other "urgent care" centers in Easley, where they were less than professional to the point of rude, and didn't listen to "what's going on with us." At AFC, they understand that I know my body, and when something isn't well with me (when I'm sick), I tell them how I feel, what's going on, what I've tried, and they listen to me. Also, they don't keep you there waiting for two hours. They have you in and out rather quickly, which is important when you're feeling yucky. I really appreciate Dr. Brown and all the staff at AFC Urgent Care.

I voiced my concern of the inappropriate behavior of one doctor and someone came and spoke with me and explained that she would be handling the situation. I'm not putting names here but to say that everyone here is very professional and nice with the exception of this one person. I believe there will be something done to fix the situation.

Great service! I have to say I was very pleased with how my visit went. I brought myself and my baby in for a visit. Everyone was very nice and courteous. The facility was nice. I was seen very quickly. What I loved the most is that the doctor I saw really took her time with me. She answered every question I had. She really seemed like she cared. They called me back a few days later to see if I was better. I'd go back.

Very professional & efficient. In and out in aprox. 40 min. OK prices for people without insurance (first visit as a new patient is around $140, it’s a one time payment, after that is gets decent. Not cheap, but better than other places in the area that I called at). Hopefully won’t need to, but if I get sick again, that’s where I’ll go.

Only negative thing on my last boat was I had to wait right at an hour, when there was only 1 person in the waiting area when I got there. But was back in the treatment room everyone was very nice and very timely. Have been several time with my kids and husband always please with service.
