I am a new patient at this practice and was able to get in quickly. The staff and physicians were great! They have 3 offices that make it convenient to get an appointment scheduled. I will be using the practice to receive allergy shots as well.

Dr Papazian is a gem. What a kind and gentle man and brilliant physician. I highly recommend this practice. He is so empathetic.

Dr Tarro is great physician and person. I credit him with saving my life. If it wasn't for him diagnosing me with a extremely rare disease I don't think I would be here to write this. He is my go to Dr who I have the most confidence in. I suffered for years being sick before Dr Tarro saw me. And knew within mins what was wrong with me. And got me on a path to recovery. I sat and waited lots of places over the years that resulted in nothing. So I don't care if occasionally I have to wait. Because sometimes things are worth waiting for. The time of someone who cares.

The receptionist was really rude not helpful at all she needs to learn how to reply messages and relate messages to the doctors.

Don't go here during winter months seeking help for a chronically sick child (ear infections, sinus and sleeping issues). We were told there was nothing the doctor could do until cold/flu season was over as tonsils/adenoids may be enlarged during this time and booked a new appointment for April. What a waste of time.

I came here to be seen for chemical sensitivity. I had a private insurance. First the doctor told me that there was nothing he could do. Then he says I can send out a referral to another doctor that test chemical allergies. They couldn't find any doctor to take my insurance. They say they are not responsible for referrals. Then they billed my insurance 170 dollars. They said I had to pay 20 dollars. I refused to pay and I wont be back cheaters.

The office staff is terrible,waited at the reception window for 10 minutes before the office girl even acknowledged we were there, this happened with every patient we saw that morning, the visit was 45 minutes late and the doctor seemed in a hurry to be done ,we had filled out a very long and precise questionnaire and he barely looked at it, also we had recently had a cat scan and he had never looked at it , we will never return to that office or to RI ENT. Very disappointed with the professionalism with the office staff and the doctor.

I transferred my daughter's care here because I was unable to get in with her old ENT within a reasonable time . I could not be happier! When I called I was given an appointment the following week! Dr. Colson is wonderful! He has a great bed side manner . I highly recommend !

Don't get me wrong Dr. T is wonderful and explained everything in and out. But receptionist is horrible I have been waiting for two weeks to receive a phone call for a sleep study and called RI ENT Tuesday and stated they faxed over my paperwork on Friday (my appt was the previous Monday). Called on Thursday and told me that my paperwork was JUST faxed over. I would like to get my tonsils removed as fast as possible! I wish i just was not lied to. And FYI I don't have all the time in the world.

Needed an appointment for my allergy flair ups. I was able to get in within a week . Coordinator sent me forms ahead of time and I received reminders via text and voice mail. Staff is courteous and caring. I had a great experience at this practice!

Don’t waste your time calling them. Even though I am a loyal patient, they won’t get me in no matter what you tell them! I called last week and they said there are no appointments open for a year! Horrible receptionists! The doctors are good but i am not waiting a year to get in!

Worst experience I have ever had. The nurses are rude and yell in the hall as the patients are in the rooms with the doors open. They are swearing and being rude to the dr. The dr is over an hour behind schedule. Just terrible

I am a new patient and was able to get into an appointment within 2 weeks. They called and reminded me that needed to contact my PCP for an on LINE REFERRAL. Good thing because my pcp did not have it ready. Physician was informative and courteous. Friendly staff and great facility in Providence!

My primary doctors office did not follow through on my referral. The manager at RIENT was able to expedite my waiting time by assisting me with my issue. For that I am thankful. I plan on purchasing hearing aids from the practice for my hearing deficiency. Thanks for your help !

I was so impressed with Dr. Papazian and his staff during my appointment today. As a physician, I am very particular with where I receive my medical care. I appreciate Dr. Papazian and his group for taking call at The Miriam Hospital and their service to the community. His staff was able to schedule me within a week of calling the office thanks to a cancelation. They communicated with me over email, which made it much easier to complete the necessary paperwork. During my appointment the front office staff were courteous and professional. Dr. Papazian was thoughtful and took his time to listen to my concerns. I highly recommend this ENT office.

VALUE YOUR TIME THEY DONT. Wait over an hour. I don’t care how good you may be don’t run a factory appointments on top of appointments. They’ll reschedule you if your 15 minutes late but make you wait over an hour to get in the examining room. Then wait another 20 minutes. That’s why I make morning appointments. WHAT EXCUSE ARE YOU GOING TO GIVE THAT YOUR RUNNING LATE

One hour and a half wait before I walked out. Scroll to another provider and value your own time. They won't value it here. And "someone will be right with you" is not something to say before leaving someone alone in exam room for 15 minutes. And when I told the staff I would not be returning to the practice, and that an hour and half wait was unacceptable, there was no apology, and no request for me to reschedule. The two staffers did not look surprised or concerned that I was walking out.

I have been very satisfied with the way I am treated and how easy it was to get an appointment. I received alerts concerning my appointment and was reminded to obtain my referral ahead of time. All I needed to do was show up. The wait was normal and not long. The doctor was excellent and I was out in 20 minutes.

When I need a follow up with Dr Emery I always able to get an appointment within a two week period. The best days are Thursdays for him in the morning. Dr Emery is very thorough and takes the time to explain what my symptoms for allergies are from. I also have purchased hearing aids from this practice and the audiologists are very professional and polite.

My appointment with Dr. Colson at Rhode Island ENT was in Sept. 2017. The waiting room had about 10 people waiting, but we were called to our appointments without too much wait. The staff was pleasant and efficient. Dr. Colson was very thorough and explained in detail what his thoughts were regarding my condition and what the follow-up would be. The Audiologist was also very efficient. Throughout my visit, I felt I was treated with kindness and compassion.

This practice accepted my insurance and I was able to get in within 3 weeks compared to other specialist offices. Parking was easy and I was able to get all my paperwork done ahead of time by them sending it to me before the appointment. Best time for appointment is early morning or right after lunch. Busy office but I was in and out within an hour.

Outstanding practice. Dr. Tarro performed my surgery and all staff was available if I needed immediate follow-up! Dr. Emery is incredible as well. For those complaining about the receptionists, please understand that the office is so well known for it's reputation in all aspects, that the receptionists are as busy as the doctors. I have yet, in 3 years to have a poor experience. I've actually been 'squeezed in' on busy days. Only good receptionists would take the time to do so.

Great place easy parking! Accessible to highway and city. The staff was cordial and the audiologists are fantastic! Nurses are very friendly and knowledgeable concerning allergies. They were able to get me in and out without any fuss!
