If I could rate this a zero, I would! This is the absolute worst clinic ever! I switched over to this clinic this year for the first time and it was the worst mistake. If you are dying or in dire need to see a doctor, DO NOT GO HERE! They will charge you for things that you never requested nor received! I would rather be left to die than deal with these people! I waited TWO MONTHS for a physical appointment and ended up being charged for two medical services ON THE SAME EXACT DAY! Does that even make any sense? No, nothing with these people have made sense for months now. Since February, I have been back and forth with them to correct this to a physical and NOTHING HAS BEEN CORRECTED. If you would like to be incorrectly billed for services you never requested nor received, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! If you would like to deal with incompetent people who will make you run around like an idiot trying to fix something, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! If you want to try to resolve an issue with them for well over FIVE MONTHS AND NOTHING GET FIXED, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! Do not waste your time going here. There are plenty of other places to go that have competent people, will properly bill you, and assist you without problems. I wish I never wasted my time going here because now I am dealing with a situation that should have NEVER even happened!

This is the most unorganized practice I have ever been to! There is no sense of urgency what so ever in this center! Never comply with returning back phone calls. Worst primary care clinic in Providence!

Very poor communication skills between staff & patients. Not recommended for patients with exisging medical conditions. Was not able to speak to medical director upon request. If you need a good PCP this is NOT the place to go. They do not care about you what so ever.

My husband Went to re-order my decks calm G6 see gym sensors from my company Edgepark and they told me that the hospital sent footnotes in saying I wasn’t diabetic no more than the PA and the doctor came in and told me I needed lithium who the hell says you need lithium I have cancer they diagnosed me with cancer had surgery biopsy is now they try to tell me also I don’t have cancer and I’m not diabetic no more Chapman Street clinic is the worst clinic around and they just keep on pushing all these new college kids in and out every time I go there it’s 2 to 3 hour wait and it’s all different people every visit A.C. Chapman Street clinic is the worst clinic around don’t know they’re talking about had to go and get second opinion on diabetes and cancer now suing Rhode Island hospital Chapman Street clinic For medical malpractice and for a lady trying to tell me I need a lithium and for cut me off all my medication and diabetic supplies when I have all kinds of doctors surgery notes documentations do not go to this clinic whatsoever please find somewhere else to go these people will end up killing you and telling you you need to get on all kinds of medication and they’re not even a psychiatrist go to Hell Rhode Island Hospital Chapman Street clinic
