Dr Chris Ferri , dropped me as a patient because it was over a year and I had not made an appointment. I needed my high blood pressure medication prescription renewed and he refused. I checked my blood pressure and it was 177 over 111 and I tried to make an appointment in person and the receptionist said they would not let me make an appointment. I told them I had an hsa account and could pay but they refused me and said I would have to find a new doctor and would not refer me to any others in the building. If there was a rating of less than zero. That's what I would give.

It can be very busy, to the point where you have to wait a while to be seen BUT the staff has always been kind, and Dr. Chris Ferri is knowledgeable and very helpful. I have been seeing him for a number of years and he has always been amazing.

It's a very nice facility, and they give you access to an online health portal.

The waits are always horrible. What's the point of an appointment time??? The staff always books people on top of people. This office is always busy. Apparently the staff doesn't know how to book. They overbook. You can be waiting for an hour and a half to get in the back, it's absurd. They really need to do something about this. Everytime I go, I wait about an hour or so to be seen. I'm really about to change offices. Plus the phone is always busy.
