Do you want to wait 1 hr or more after your scheduled time? Do you want to wait on phone for 45 minutes, I have a screen shot “still no pick up”. This place wasted more time than anyone in my life has ever wasted of mine. “Avoid like plague”.

Horrible customer service. Try to reach a human, nearly impossible. The one you do reach tells you to book appointments on the computer. Told my elderly parents this, wouldn't help them. My father has been looking for criticals meds for over a WEEK and had to go to ER due to lack of response from any doctor. They finally filled his script to the WRONG place, mail order, not local so he could pick it up. He is now headed for the ER AGAIN because they simply don't care anymore. This office used to be very responsive, since moving to Lifespan they are all automated and don't want to actually help their patients. I would give them a zero if I could. Irresponsible, negligent, and beyond unprofessional. I've never seen anything like it.

Have been going there for 4-5 years. I have always had courteous and timely service for both scheduled appointments and the walk-in service. The practice ranks well with others I have been to.

Dr Maryeski and Dr Assad are absolutely amazing!!! Praying they never leave! I will be a patient, as well as my daughters father, and continue to go here as long as they are on the team!!! They have no idea how much they have helped just two individuals, never mind all the rest! 5 stars. Dont care about a few minutes, even a half hour wait time, beyond worth it for the care you recieve. Not to mention, I believe they are trying to implement other routines so established patients arent waiting long. Things take time, adjusting kinks isn't instant. Excellent excellent excellent.

I’m new to the area and from the moment I walked in the staff here is so welcoming! Little to no wait time and Dr. Assad is amazing! I’m so glad I am going here now! Dr. Made me feel incredibly comfortable and I felt like he listened and addressed all my needs!!
