My doctor is great no complaints there. My issue is the attitude I receive ALMOST every time I call to refill my prescription on my one month refill. They are just very rude. I Have been going to this doctors office almost all my life.

The Hillside team has been my family’s PCP for 15 years. The docs are caring and compassionate, and they know their medicine. The office team quality can vary, but are generally good and getting better processes and tech after they joined the Coastal group of practices. The office is optimized around “sick today, seen today” and it can be a struggle getting longer term care consistently scheduled in a timely manner.

This office is open 7 days, same day sick visit appointments. After hours the on-call doctors call you back promptly. My 4 kids see Dr. Dr.Kennedy since birth, she's very professional, she's great with my kids and I get their results very quickly. Never rushes during the appointment time and I never wait too long to see her, shess pretty much on time. Receptionists & medical assistants are professional, organized, friendly and they seem to care for their patients. Office & exam rooms are always clean.

Can never get an appointment with my pcp within a few weeks of calling. When I do actually get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time I am left waiting well past my appointment time and usually have to leave. Last time I called to schedule an appointment I was told I would have to see a different primary care doctor because mine had left and I had a scheduled appointment for 220 on Wednesday. Call to confirm on Monday of that week and was told my primary care doctor never left and my appointment was never scheduled. Waste of time!

Got in the same day..but VERY DISAPPOINTED...DR KENNEDY IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND OFFERED NO HELP IN ASSISTING ME WITH MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES..DID I SAY VERY #UNPROFESSIONAL..MADE A REPORT AGAINST HER..SECOND DR IVE EXPERIENCED THIS WITH..

Been coming here for years and it’s generally good—same day appointments if you’re sick and such. They’ve clearly been expanding which has brought many positive changes but there is a new sign in system with an absolutely idiotic kiosk. They ask you to use it even if there is someone available at the desk. This seems entirely superfluous and like an over utilization of technology to be perfectly frank. Not to mention with all the people coming in sick, it seems totally insane to have everyone touching the same device. There is a pocket for latex hand protection which is empty of course. But the old woman who came in after wasn’t required to use it...... hmmmmm. I will be refusing to use this device again or I will be reconsidering my patronage to this practice.

Dr. Campanile has been my dr since I was about 16 and I'm now 26 and he is now mine and my kids Dr. , they always try their best to make appointments even if your dr isn't available all the staff and drs I came across are friendly , and professional .
