REVIEWS OF Brown Urology IN Rhode Island

Staff was friendly and fast. Outstanding doctors and support all around, the other reviews on here are completely baseless in my experience.

The wait time is long enough make you consider finding another doctor. If that doesn’t deter you the staff will. Absolutely positively rude and obnoxious. Zero professionals amongst the front office. Expect at least an hour wait. FYI they refuse to give results over the phone claiming you have to make an appointment. They overbook the wait times are obnoxious they have horrible front office staff and it’s very poorly run. Find another doctor it’s not worth the aggravation. Over an hour and 15 minutes and we never even saw the doctor. No results nothing just waiting in one room to the next. Absolutely horrible service find another doctor I urge you!

The Doctors there are the BEST in Rhode Island for Urology, but their Practice Management is the WORST I've ever seen in Healthcare. Takes endless amount of minutes to navigate an awful Phone tree to talk to a live person. Once you reach someone they are immediately trying to get you elsewhere before you can finish your sentence. I called for pediatric urology as a worried parent and told I would get call before end of day; they never called I had to call and fake an emergency to get on-call doctor to call back. I know this review will do nothing as they are the only Pediatric Urology office in Rhode Island, but a good front office re-management is OVERDUE for this medical practice!!!!

Dr. Pareek and his staff have been great.

The staff were very rude with the nurse practitioner taking the prize. Jacqueline was condescending, short, and seemed bothered when asked to explain things further, all on top of being an hour late for the appointment. I understand emergencies arise but she was not apologetic at all. Would definitely not recommend this office and will never go back.

absolutely HORRIBLE experience, MISdiagnosed as BPH, took 6 months of complaining and 2 FAILED MEDS before they did bladder testing proving what I had beern saying thru 5 appointments

Dr. Pareek and his staff are amazing. They are accommodating and Dr. Pareek was personable and explained things unlike previous doctors that made me feel stupid.

This place has the most unprofessional staff in an industry in which staff already treat patients terribly. Save yourself some headache and find another practice.

Pam Patterson

I have left 3 messages in 2 two days, no one has returned my calls. Unacceptable.

If I could give no stars if I could. They have screwed my Fiance over time and time again. This is the last straw I am surprised this place isnt shut down to be honest. We will be filing a report about this facility and lack to professionalism and not taking care of their patients properly. Everything my Fiance has gone through has come back they did nothing to truly help him. This is peoples health and they dont care and agree with the other posts about being rude and just careless!!!

I had a very big kidney stone - by the time I got in to see Dr Pareek I was in so much pain I was doubled over in his office. He was very rude and didn't even look at me when he spoke to me, which wasn't much. He told me to come back next week and he would schedule my surgery. I told him I wasn't going to make it until next week- I was in so much pain. I left his office in tears with nothing for pain and another appointment. That night I was rushed to the hospital having emergency surgery. Dr Pareeks partner Dr Miller did the surgery - I met him for about two minutes before the surgery - no idea who he was. I asked the nurse after surgery who he was. The stent they put in gave me a bad infection, I was in pain for another month, and after the stent came out another infection - another month in pain. The girls in the office are horrible - they never call you back and don't seem to know what they are doing. I normally don't write reviews but this office should be closed down. I have had kidney stones before and never had such a horrible experience.
