Just found out im pregnant has been an emotional ride but doctor Zeller has been so supportive and helpful throughout this journey so far and I'm more than greatful to have her as my doctor... Thanks a million doctor Zeller!!

If you're diabetic and need prescribed medication from a doctor, just be sure to know 4 months in advance as they won't do anything to get you in earlier.

I have been complaining of pain for over a year and nothing has been done. I call in again an we set an appoint for basically nothing. I missed two hours of work to be told there's nothing we can do. I don't think the doctors have full potential in helping as much as a normal doctors office. I am switching asap!!

The service here has literally fallen apart all of the doctors who were her a month ago are all gone. Just had a visit with a doctor Pacheco and she was very rude and did not do anything to help just brushed me off and continued down the factory line. If you like to waste your time money and insurance go here. If you want proper medical attention find another doctor

It’s almost impossible to get an appointment and when you do, it isn’t for another 4 months. Was told to call at 8 am for availability that same day and when I did I was told to call back at 9 because they were in a meeting. When I called they told me they were all booked up.

When we first came here, close to two years ago, I believe they were going through changes/ losing doctors. I had a difficult time finding a pediatrician who wasn't leaving. Now both of my children see Dr. Lang, she's great. We never have trouble making appointments for the morning and never have a long wait. The receptionists and nurses are all professional and friendly. One star off because it can be difficult to find a parking space depending on what time you go.

I switched to BVHC in 2/17 after several so so experiences with other practices. I love, love, love Kelly Cunningham as my NP and Dr America Foster. What I'm not crazy about is the reception staff at the Central Falls office which seems to have little patience for those who don't speak Spanish, and sometimes can be very condescending. It's very rare that they're friendly. It's important that the staff is good and friendly as they give the first impression to new and current patients. Patients aren't the enemy--we come to BVHC because we need help with our health. We should be treated as customers because in many ways we are.

The worst place.... It really sucks,,, 4 months for an appointment and could not see a doctor... They monopolize patients... I stick with care new England.. And i writing a letter to the government and i want action against this disgrace.

How can you call yourself a medical clinic when you give first appointments for interviews only and the actual doctor visit for 3 months later. It’s November and you want to tell me that you cannot help me with blood pressure meds until February? ! Wow, if they really don’t want patients they should just shut down. Worst service ever from community clinic.

Very disappointed with my time here. The staff was good but the main issue was the doctor, one of the male doctors there didn’t even take the sufficient time to evaluate me. Just left and didn’t instruct me if he was going to come back. To my suprise, after my appointment I see the same doctor lounging and conversing with other people as if he was not busy! Very disappointed with my doctor visit.

Pregnant in second trimester and needed a doctor ASAP. I read the reviews but didn’t listen. My friend went here and she had the best experience she said. Let’s just say I’m going back there tomorrow to get all of my records printed out and transferring out of this place. Dr Bauer is incredibly rude and sarcastic. Didn’t even introduce herself. Came into the room instantly started badgering me about how the flu shot is mandatory. After basically arguing with her for 5 minutes about how I’m not getting the flu shot and how she’s the expert and not me, I told her I felt uncomfortable. Then she said “you can see another provider, I’m not worried I have a lot of patients who love taking their flu shot.” I have never ever felt so uncomfortable at my first doctors visit before in my entire life. Just know do not waste your time trying to go here. She left the room for 20 minutes and I had to go find her. When I was about to leave the receptionist gave me a paper with a new doctors name and my next appt for a month from now. I asked to speak to Michelle Bauer and they lied and said she was with a patient and I’d have to wait. The lady just left me in the room. Make me feel so worthless and uncared for. I left so sad thinking she just treated me like I was trash. Do not go to this place. Trust the reviews!

They don’t follow HIPPA regulations. When some is checking in, specially in the front where people have to sign in , you hear patients name, date of birth address and even the reason they are there for.

Love this place, staff are super friendly, & love my doctor! Super nice lady! Dr Bauer! If you're in on time for your appt, your wait is never long. I never had a problem here! And they have a good size waiting room. Appt scheduling is easy. Just PARKING IS BAD!

I love the nurses and my primary care doctor, always had a good experience until I got pregnant and got Karen Walser as my midwife. Awful, no pacients whatsoever. Would not recommend her to couples pregnant for the first time.

This Hospital doesn't make sense they don't do appointments anymore and if you are not active patient you got to wait until October they need to upgrade their services google maps has the old map hahaha they still in construction lol xD

I am disgusted by my experience here. I needed a new primary care provider, and I called to request a physical in order to get blood work done. I went in (twice because I was not allowed to complete new patient paperwork in one day), had what I thought was a basic physical done, and got blood work. The blood work was tested for over $100 worth of things I did not ask for, and I did not get the cholesterol and glucose information I needed! Then I got another bill, this time from their office because my visit was not covered by insurance (after I was assured it should be as a new patient visit). Turns out they did not conduct enough tests to qualify it as a preventive visit. Instead they charged it as an office visit so only part of it is covered. I ASKED for a physical, and nobody informed me this was different. I can walk here from my home, and nothing will make me go back. I would rather drive to Newport than use this convenient location because I have been taken advantage of. Bring a list of tests you can decline AND DO IT so you don't have any nasty surprises. Good luck. I will not go back, and I suggest you don't either unless you are shown EXACTLY what they are doing and how you will be billed for it.

The physician was great, however every single encounter of the supporting staff was HORRIBLE. The secretaries always had attitudes and never were nice. The billing made several mistakes by incorrectly spelling my name and therefore reporting I owed them money since the insurance didn’t match my information. At least 5 times I was on the phone with the billing department and the woman was rude, spoke over me, and said she would fix the problem only to have a bill sent to me. I attempted to give the office another chance since I really liked the doctor, but when I called for an appointment the secretary was extremely rude and saying I couldn’t make an appointment for a physical for work because I had had one in the last year, however when I told her it was required for work and I had new insurance she became even more agitated with me . I will not be going back.

The wait here is awful. Ome time over a year ago they forgot i was here with my son an waiting for a vaccine. They began shutting off lights and closing up shop. Ive never waited less then 30 minutes to be seen its awful. Yet they have a policy that if u are 5 min late your apointment is canceled its awful. Im actively lolking for a new doctor.

I'm disgusted my mom went to get her teeth checked because she was in pain all they said was they didn't see anything they barley looked and have her mouth was they told her to give it a few days to come back and it she went back on walk ins and the refused to see her would not recommend this dentist ever worst of all times

This place is horrible always have set my appointments here then one day they canceled my appointment and asked me to call a few months later because they were losing a lot of doctors . When I did call they told me I Was no longer a patient there and needed to become one again there for having to call almost everyday at 8 just to go see the doctor and set up a one day visit not to get checked but to speak with the doctor then they would set me up and appointment. I told the lady I would need to know time in advanced she said if I did that then they could set up a one day visit for January and it’s november . Im really disappointed in there lack of concern for my physical and health they have a new system in place where visiting one day for questions doesn’t help me because I cannot lose work and just lack of communication now I’m left to have to find a better place that cares more for their patients .
