Only to be treated like I was lying about paying my copays and how many antibiotic shots they gave my son for his ear infection.

I'm soooo happy with Bass-Wolfson! The same day appointments/walk in hours are great and all their clinicians have been wonderful! My son has had some minor but pesky health issues and I call them and take him in so often it's a little embarrassing. No one has ever treated me like I'm over reacting. Great problem solvers. I love the after hours nurse line too. Reception staff and nurses are nice too.

Our family has been with this practice since 2003 and I highly recommend the practice. We tend to float among the doctors and we have had engaged compassionate thoughtful visits with each and everyone. Yes sometimes you wait and yes sometimes it is rushed but if you need time they will stop and give it to you and your child. When our second was underweight at 4 months I was given the task to get his weight up and return in a week. A plan was created and we followed it to the letter. When we returned and he was weighted and growth was achieved it brought tears to the doctors eyes. She was so elated.

This practice has on 2 separate occasions given my child a vaccine inappropriately. Although my child was not medically harmed by the vaccine, he had to repeat the vaccine at the appropriate time in both cases, meaning he received an extra unnecessary and ineffective dose. Obviously this is a very unhappy situation for my child and really demonstrates negligence on the part of this practice. In both cases this problem was not the result of a mistake by one employee. Rather it was the result of poor office management, poor record keeping, and a lack of continuing education of their staff. To their credit, they discovered and corrected their mistake in both instances but I cannot risk continuing to visit this practice.

This is, by far, the best pediatric practice I have ever encountered. Why is this practice so exceptional? Walk-in sick appts., an on-site nurse hotline, friendly staff, highly skilled doctors, the list goes on... This practice should be a model for other pediatric practices.

This Office has the best service and they accept all types of insurance. The faculty and staff are very professional there has never been a time when I've came here and has left unsatisfied.
