We have been here for 2 and a half hours and are still waiting to see a doctor. I understand it may be busy, but I’m not sure this is acceptable.

I had a very bad experience today at Patient First Devon. They put me in an exam room for more than 1.5 hours with no updates. I finally gave up and told them the reason for I am leaving and their response was just 'ok'.

I recently visited Patient First and received outstanding care. From the person who checked me in, the nurses and Dr. Olga, I was treated kindly & respectfully. The team was able to determine my health issue very quickly. Having the lab and pharmacy on site expedited the identification and treatment of my needs. I don’t typically write recommendations, however, I would like more people to benefit From this excellent health care facility in our community.

Really nice facility that was very clean and new, but wait times the past two times I visited were each 3 hours. Today, after waiting two hours we were told we were next in line to see the doctor, who did not come for another hour. Very nice doctor, but seemed to be completely overwhelmed by the high amount of patients as he was the only doctor there. Understaffing seems to be the main problem here.

I was definitely impressed as I was hesitant in visiting an "urgent care" facility. Service was quick. Doctors were very professional yet seemed like they cared. Facility is clean.

Ordered diagnostics before the doctor even laid eyes on me. Super glad I'm paying for unnecessary things. I had also written in about my issues (had to write as I couldn't speak for a week), and no one deigned to respond.

Went in for a 3 seconds appointment and it took over an hour. This place is ridiculous!!! I went to get a TB test checked, which all they do is look at your arm. I was sitting there for over an hour without seeing anyone. This place is horrible!!! Do not give them your business.

I ran over to this location while at work. I was leaving the following day for vacation and my ear was bothering me. The staff and physician were very personable and knowledgeable. I left with a prescription for swimmer's ear. Thanks to them I didn't suffer with ear pain during my vacation flight! Kudos!

Dr. Mariam Miraz was wonderful. She was very attentive and truly cared about my well being, both physical and mental. I get nervous going to doctors and she made me feel very comfortable. Nurse Jean Ann (I believe) was very patient with drawing my blood which I was also very nervous about. Great staff and quick visit times.

Dr Ken Hurst was good and through the first time I came in after a fall, lots of help and advice and through x rays taken and read immediately. For my follow up appt I was seen by Dr Vinshtok she was even more great help, suggested prescriptions, physical therapy and advice for my recovery. I am recommending Devon Patient First for all my co workers and students.

This was an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in I was so glad I went here to get my PPD test done for school. The waiting room is very home-y and I honestly wanted to hang out there all day watching HGTV on their nice television. As for the staff, everyone was so kind and warm to me, and I was in and out fairly quickly (especially for being a new patient.) The fact that you don’t have to schedule an appointment and that they’re open so late is pretty amazing. I will definitely come back for any future needs!

I had a medical emergency. Went to Patient First for the first time a week ago. I was registered, had my tempertaure, blood pressure, pulse, weight checked, and a doctor assist and solve my issue. All in less than 30 minutes. Need I say more.

The best and quickest service I ever received. The doctor and staff were very responsive. Registration process is very simplified and convenient. No wait time on the day that I visited.

First I had to go in the month of Feb , they submitted claim to wrong insurance , even after spending good 20 minutes after taking all the details . I had to go back and forth for settling it . Next I had to take my daughter as she was vomiting and She had stomach pain as well. So I provided all the required details again good 20 minutes ( hopefully this time they will submit correctly). For the doctor to come and check her it took 20 minutes . Now they checked her and said they dont have equipment to do Blood Work ( Really!!!) and they did not give any medicine asked us to go to Bryn Mawr, doctor suspected flu her temp was never above 99. So we came back home and we started giving her water and little ice cubes. Tomorrow we will take her to our regular doctor who can take care of things. Dont go there (Devon Center) for "kids" they dont have well equipped doctors or equipment.

Dealing with prolonged asthma symptoms can be stressful, but the entire team I worked with made me feel at ease. Everything was done in a timely manner, but I never felt rushed through. The doctor not only treated my symptoms, but took a moment to educate me on some maintenance medications I can discuss with my PCP.

Tried to get a prescription sent to my pharmacy and after multiple attempts including going in person to the office was not able to do it. they told me that after the visit they can't give me the prescription. They told me that they will be sending the prescription to the pharmacy but never happen. Got tired of calling and went to another doctor. Patient First was a waste of time and money.

worst urgent care ever received. waited 45 min for routine test results, dr barely spent a minute with me , then script was sent to wrong pharmacy that was closed when I specifically asked to send to a cvs open after 10 pm. will never return. no clear process and doubt their medical ability.

I've been to the office a few times and am pleasantly surprised each time with how quickly I'm taken back and treated. Reggie took my blood and except for the obligatory pinch, I hardly even knew he was there and he left no mark when I'm accustomed to bruising. I'd gladly have him work on me again! The support staff here are great, and I adore Dr. Mizra. She is very thorough, checks implications for prescribed meds while nursing and always leaves me feeling like I'm her one and only patient, which I know is far from the truth. In a world where patients have little face time with a doctor, I feel comfortable that Dr. Mizra is never rushed and spends every second needed with me and answers every question to the fullest to ensure complete understanding. As a mom of 4, I really appreciate that level of care.

I am in from out of town. The place is super clean, staff super nice and was in and out of there pretty quickly. Wasn't an all day affair like a lot of places. I would go back there. No extra bs either.

Misdiagnosis for me meant an extra day without treatment and I ended up even sicker than I should have been and had to go to the ER. If you are truly sick I recommend seeing your regular doctor becuse it will not help you to go here.

Excellent doctors, in house pharmacy, kind and considerate nurses. They brought heated blankets and water for me when I was deathly I'll. I was in, evaluated, xrayed, blood tests and diagnoses with pneumonia in less than 50 minutes and on my way home medication in hand. Great place compared to all others on the mainline.

When we arrived, we asked how long was the wait time - explaining the situation (which was pretty serious) and we were given such a vague and nonchalant response that we left and went elsewhere . I will not even consider this place again.

EXCELLENT urgent care facility. Dr. Mirza was extremely patient and thorough- so lucky to have been examined by her and the attending nurses. The entire staff that Sunday was excellent. Full blood work, EKG, and other tests done promptly. Very satisfied with my visit.

Thank god they were open! Great experience. I never go to the doctors but was hit with an infection which was getting worse. I was in and out. Dr. Paul was direct and to the point and answered all my questions. The receptionists and techs were awesome!

This place is an absolute racket. DO NOT GO HERE, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE. STAY FAR AWAY. Saddled with a 418 dollar bill for something I didn't even advise for. Called to ask questions, no one knows what the heck is going in there. Absolute travesty.

Not a good experience ! I was referred to visit an Urgent Care by my doctor since I was recently diagnosed with high blood pressure, and was experiencing chest pain and horrible fatigue. The nurse was great. Performed an ekg, all looked well. The doctor, Dr. Miriam Mirza, was nice but not helpful. She ordered blood work to get to the root of my issue, however, the phlebotomist and lead nurse could not draw my blood after numerous attempts. That’s where things went downhill for me. Rather than taking the blood from my hand (as I explained had been done in the past) or telling me to hydrate and return to the facility the next day, the doctor ordered me to make an appointment with my doctor, get him to order lab testing, and go to LabCorp. Completely exhausted, I asked could I just avoid all of that, and hydrate and return the next day? And she reluctantly said yes, if I want to, but she’d prefer I see my doctor and go to lab Corp. I haven’t returned. If they have and advertise and blood testing facility on-site and primary care, why send me somewhere else? There were no apologies, just directions to go elsewhere after hours of waiting. I left still sick and completely disgusted at my experience and their incompetence.

I received great care at the Patient First in Devon. I came in because I wanted an X-ray for suspicious symptoms I was having. The Hospital turned me away and I couldn't get an appointment with my doctor for another week. Patient First took my x-ray and I was diagnosed quickly. I was told to go to the emergency room right away. I needed surgery the following day. If I had gone through traditional methods, my condition could have gotten much worse but luckily they caught it early. I also received great care at their Collegeville location. I see a lot of people complaining about the wait time but coming from someone who waited at Patient First and at a hospital in the same day, 1-2hr wait is nothing. Any minor checkin I've had at a hospital was an 8 hour visit and didn't always yield results. Personally, I've only ever waited 20minutes or so but I came at odd hours.

They told me 15 minutes for a flu shot then put me in and exam room saying it would only be a couple minutes. I could hear the tech and doctor right outside my room having casual non-work related conversation for 15 minutes and I several times asked for an update and got a gruff response. After an hour I finally gave up, left, told them why I was leaving and they just said “ok” (no attempt to save the bad experience.) I then went home and filed a detailed complaint with corporate asking for a call to which I never received any correspondence. Patient First is a healthcare assembly line. Trying to crank in and out as many as possible with little regard to the individual. They are not alone but that is what you get with a for-profit chain.

I wish that I could give a negative value to these questions. The wait time was terrible. I sat for 3 hours to be seen and was given medication that made me sicker. When I called to get more help I was told I would need to come in for a follow up and sit for another 3 hours. I do not have that kind of time. This was so frustrating and I will never use patient first again. At least the girls at the front desk were nice.

I was very impressed with Patient First in Devon. I did not have to wait long to be seen, signing in was a breeze, I was looked at by two medical people, had x-rays taken and the doctor then conferred with me as to my best plan of action. Everyone there was professional, courteous, attentive and it was a totally positive experience. The facility itself was spacious, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend the staff and the facility. P.S. I had been to a similar facility before Patient First was opened and there is absolutely no comparison. Patient First and its staff rate a 10+ in my book. I would certainly go there again.
