We highly recommend Kressly Pediatrics. We followed Dr. David from another practice and have been so happy with the care provided by Dr. David, Dr. Kressly and the nursing staff. They have been an important part of our family for over a decade. Be it the annual physicals, sick visits or just answering our questions they always make us feel important. We never wait long to be seen. The nurses and doctors spend ample time with us on each visit to explain things clearly and also “teach” the kids on age appropriate topics. Our youngest is 16 and we are not looking forward to the day when we have to move on!

My kids have been patients here since we moved from NJ in 2013. I could not believe the difference in care we received! Never do we wait longer than 5 minutes before being brought back. We primarily see Dr. David but all the doctors and nurses are wonderful and super friendly. It’s so refreshing to have a doctor that knows who you are, what your family is going through and truly cares. You’re not just another number here. They value your opinions and viewpoints and never any judgement or harshness. My kids LOVE going and especially look forward to the special pretzel and sticker at the end :)

Friendly nurses and doctors. From the first face I meet to the last I feel welcomed and respected. The facility is bright and clean and my kids love the books in the waiting area. I never wait more than a few minutes to be seen and never rushed for sick or well visits. Requesting referrals is an easy call into the office and the parent portal provides quick access to charts, office visits, handouts, etc. Being able to message the doctors thru their parent portal is a feature I appreciate. I had a question about how my child was responding to a medication and emailed the doctor. She replied quickly and helped me monitor his recovery further.

A doctor’s office that truly puts kids first and listens to parents. There is always an unknown when you transition from one place of service to another. This transition was for a positive reason as our previous doctor retired. Our kids beamed coming out of each of their well checks at Kressly Pediatrics. Wonderful practice! The staff are all nurses, so anyone who answers the phone can answer questions. Doctors are very responsive to portal questions, even outside of business hours. Everyone is warm and friendly and I’ve never had any difficulty in scheduling an appointment. Highly recommend.

Called for a questions regards new insurance and the girl didn't even know what she was talking about- had to pass me on to a different more rudder person... and she was way worst... had to hang up the phone upset because stupid people don't wanna do their job and maybe take a little more time to explain instead of rushing me off the phone telling me all the answers are online SMH...

Kressly Pediatrics has been beyond wonderful. I find myself wishing my own doctor had all their ducks in a row like Kressly does. First, (and most importantly), they know their stuff. They were able to identify a situation with one of my children from birth that we were able to address and fix. Even little situations are easily resolved by a quick phone call (they are always available... 24/7 even for things that can't wait.) I also love how you can easily access anything you'd need to online on their site, from forms to advice on how to handle different ailments to health records for my kids. My favorite part, though, is their messaging. You can message any doctor and get a response, either providing you guidance or suggesting you come in. However, immediate things that come up are quickly handled by the nurse who answers the phone (no callbacks or waiting!) Dr. Sowinski has earned a special spot in my daughter's heart from their interactions, but they are all fabulous. Every time we go there it's minimal waiting, friendly interactions and nothing but professionalism. We are truly blessed to have found Kressly Pediatrics. -The Coyles

We are so grateful for Kressly Pediatrics! Most recently the team kept us out the emergency room with my 18 month old who had a bad fall. Miss Jess was so helpful over the phone and Dr. Sowinski guided us to the Health &Wellness center for the proper radiograph. She called immediately with the results! That is continuity of care you won’t get at the emergency room or pediatric urgent care. Kressly pediatrics treats the kids and the parents! Also, kudos to them for taking their Saturdays for flu vaccines rather than make patients wait months! They go above and beyond when it comes to patient and parent care!

Never have we experienced a more thorough and relevant doctor. We moved from a larger practice to Dr. Kressly a few years ago. So glad we did. Dr. Kressly actually sits down, eye to eye with my 3 teenage children and discusses relevant and very "real life" issues with them. She doesn't sugar coat, she doesn't just ask if they feel the pressure to do drugs, or not wear a seat belt. She really speaks to them and actually listens to what they have to say. Then offers good, solid advice on how to combat peer pressure, what to say to other kids, how to eat a healthy meal on the run, how to get more sleep into their day. She doesn't just lecture. My son fainted and his lips turned blue because he was so nervous to get an immunization at our previous doctor. I was told this was normal and not to worry so much. Well, I worried, and switched to Dr. Kressly immediately. Dr. Kressly sat with my son and explained to us (with a glass of water) WHY he fainted and exactly what his body was doing. I will never forget that. Her kind words and actions put both of us at ease. She has continued to provide that level of care for all 3 of my children, including asking about my oldest after she moved on to college, and off to her adult doctor. Very thoughtful. The best doctor in Bucks. And on a similar note...she has chosen the best staff in the world. We never wait for more than 3 minutes, are given prompt and accurate attention whenever we call and we are always made to feel like we are the only patients in the office. Wonderful wonderful wonderful. Sad my kids are growing so quickly.

My children have been with the practice since my oldest was one. As a first time parent I have a ton of questions and am often worried unnecessarily. Never once have the doctors blown off my concerns or dismissed my kids symptoms. They all provide their medical expertise and ask the parents what their gut is telling them before making a plan of action for the kids. Dr Kressley followed her gut which helped in diagnosing my two year old with celiac disease. She went out of her way and made sure we were seen right away at CHOP and collaborated with the specialists as needed. All of the doctors and nurses know your children by name and things that they like/ dislike. You’re not just a number but a family. The staff eases your fears and gives you advice and solutions before having you come in for an unnecessary copay and appointment. They have urgent weekend hours and I’ve never been turned away when we needed to get in. I can’t say enough about the doctors and practice. We are eternally grateful for finding this team and hope this review solidifies your reason for choosing this practice.

Worth the wait on the waiting list. We have taken our 3 children to other bucks pediatric practices, but this particular practice was such a hidden gem for us. Very short waiting room time. Staff unfailingly kind, HELPFUL, attentive and jolly. Gone are the days of dealing with difficult front desk staff and walking away from doctor appointments with stress. Dr. David is thorough, takes the time to address every concern and is simply wonderful. We look forward to calling the office and coming in with check-ups and illnesses because I know we will walk out of there in a better state.
