This Doctor is included in the category of Pediatrician.
extremely disrespectful staff to me and my friend, both young new moms. they treated me like garbage for having an at home natural birth. making comments to her coworker about me right in front of my face. was rude to my friend and made fun of her for trying to find butt paste for her son. moking what she said to her and then to her coworker. id never tell anyone to go here, id highly recommend never going here.
Love doc hall never had a bad experience great place
Awesome service and even better staff. This new walk in from 8am to 7 pm is phenomenal!!! Very accommodating for working parents!!!
Overbooked. No grace for you. You will provide them with your grace waiting past your appointment time. Pay for 1hr. Get 3 min.
Absolutely terrible customer service from front staff. A medical receptionist was rude and unwilling to help and answer questions or help in anyway.
Very nice way better than Carlisle peds.
Bring both my children here since they were born. No problems.
My son sees Dr. Hall and we absolutely love her. She is so compassionate, knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. Our son loves her! We had experiences with other physicians in the practice and have never had a problem with any of them. The only thing though that was quite frustrating was one of the nursing staff was asking me how to spell medical terms and diseases and what they were. That doesn't give me great confidence in the nurses ability. All other nurses we have dealt with have been very professional and knowledgeable. Our experience has been great beside the one nurse.
This is a wonderful facility! My daughter has been seeing Dr. Singh since she was a week old and has seen him ever since. Shes 10 months now. All the doctors from what I gather are great but I personally recommend Dr. Singh for anyone. He's an amazing human being and doctor.
Dr. Konanki is wonderful! He really takes the time to listen and more importantly, explain diagnoses, give recommendations, and relay objective options with great care and attention.
I have to change doctors cuz they called Children and Youth on you if you missed a appointment !!! Or if your child is under weight. Doctor Jessica prosciutto ! I can't take my kids to a doctor's office that go's behind your back and caused you problems ! This doctor's office should be closed for good !
The front office staff are very helpful and friendly. The doctors and the nurses take their time to answer all of my health questions and their compassion is amazing. They know how connect with their patients and put their parents at ease.
Our daughter was a premie, then got rsv when she was around 4 months old and Dr. Singh rode through it with us through two admits to the hospital. He is fantastic and I try to schedule with him for all her follow ups. He is kind, answers all questions, is direct and honest. I saw all the doctors there through her hospitalization and they were all fantastic, really a good group! The walk in is a fabulous addition to the practice and is always very fast. From front office to back, I have not had a bad experience.
Go there at 6:52p.m. and was turned away. Told we have to go to Urgent care because although the hours are supposed to be until 7:00p.m. "their providers cut off at 6:50p.m.." Ok so maybe the closing hours should say 6:50p.m. instead of 7p.m..
I have been going to Keystone Pediatrics for 14 years with both of my children and the staff is always kind and caring. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!
I haven't even brought my kiddos in for appointments yet and they are already being hard to deal with. I switched their doctor just now. The new Dr office had no problem doing a special request for my daughter's medication record. I'm so glad I never dealt with the frustration others have gone through dealing with this place. I have 4 kiddos at home, 2 with special needs. I definitely don't have time for incompetent office staff at the Drs.
Staff is very helpful doctors know what they're doing good place for children
Very unprofessional. Don't even care about the well being of your child. The one doctor named Jessica, prescribed my 5 year old son such a high dosage, it was for a 12 year old. And completely ingored the information I was telling her about what was wrong with my son. She completely ignored the swollen lymph note on the side of his neck and said he was completely fine when he's not.
Easy scheduling. Great doctors.
About a month ago, I made an appointment for my son's check-up. Today when we went to the office, they said the appointment is canceled. The registration lady said somebody called my phone two days ago. Yes, I had a missed call, but there was no message left, so I thought it was a reminder for the appointment. We wasted our time and gas/mileage (40 miles). To make another 8 am appointment, I have to wait until December ( 1.5 month), even though this is not my fault. Very interesting system. We have been going to this office for 7 years, and In general, I would say the service was okay. Most times when we were there, the providers(!) are not doctors, but it was fine with me, because it was just a check-up and my son is healthy. However, scheduling was always difficult, and it is getting harder every year. I am guessing they have too many patients and too few provides. Also, they only open at 8-4. They suggest to miss schools for check-up. I do not like this idea. If you are not sick, you are not missing school.
I absolutely love the doctors/providers at Keystone. Yesterday I needed my 2YO to be seen ASAP and they got him in right away. He has had many issues with his ears and hates having them looked at. Yesterday Ali was so patient and gentle with him. She has always been one of my favorites! I have been taking my children there for 7 years and I've never had a single issue with any of the doctors or scheduling. I always recommend them to anyone looking for a good pediatrician.
We love all the doctors at this practice! We are patients for life!
The absolute worst and most unprofessional doctors office I have every visited. Most of the nurses and staff already have a complex about themselves and assume the families they are seeing are "trash" and are treated as such as soon as they walk in the door. Leaving the examination room feels like a walk of shame as you walk by the entire staff laughing and drinking their coffee as they talk bad about the child they just waisted their valuable gossip time attending to. I feel sorry for everyone who endures taking their kids to such a negative minded establishment.
I was a few minutes late at the chambersburg location because my daughter had just woken up from a nap. (She just turned a year). I was in the middle of the self check-in process when a nurse called for us for the ten minute warning. I waived to her and started to walk toward her. She looked at me, closed the door in my face, and marked me for a no-show. I'm aware of the no-show policy after 10 minutes but if I'm in the room before those ten minutes and present when my daughter's name is called how is that a no-show? Sure the kiosk time showed 12 minutes after my appointment because I was confused about what just happened. I decided after a few moments that I should probably just finish checking in anyway. Myself and another older lady tried to explain this to the check-in lady but she only tried to lecture me about being on time which I am ALWAYS 15 minutes early but sometimes life happens. After this experience I will be taking myself and my daughter to another facility where hopefully I won't get the door slammed in my face!
We LOVE the walk-in side of the practice. It is wonderful to have a pediatrician or close associate available to see your child on an urgent care basis. My only wish is that you had Saturday hours. If there is no appt available in the 3 hr window (which usually there isn't) you have to go to a regular urgent care. Please consider at least a few Saturday hrs for the walk-in!!?? We LOVE Kyle. He has been treating my son for asthma for 2yrs and is so helpful with tips and tricks that he personally uses with his own son. I have always felt that the drs there have our best interests at heart. Big thank you to Dr Hannigan and Dr Colli too for caring for my other children so regularly and carefully. We love these 3 drs especially, they are doing a great job! They don't look strictly at numbers and immediately mark your child as obese when they clearly are not and their growth curve has just always been off the charts. I appreciate them considering each child individually and not lumping them into a number category. Keep up the good work!
I've been taking my daughter to Dr. Kauffman since she was five days old. I love the staff at Keystone. The hours are wonderful, and the nurse triage line is amazing! Great place!
Worst doctors office around! I do not recommend taking your child here. My daughter will never go back. The office staff are rude, and so is the office manager! They do not care about the well being of your child. They are too big of a pediatrician, and only concerned about the money aspect of it and not the patient. My child was sick and they refused to see her. Due to there scheduling mistake of having two children with the same name. Absolutely ridiculous!! Definitely not the first incident I’ve had there, but was the last straw! This practice needs be shut down!
They are very nice here. Dr. Kaufman is so great with kids and knowledgeable.
