Dr. Meyer and her staff are like family to me! Ten years ago when I first started seeing Dr. Meyer, I had a job that required constant and erratic overseas travel. I had nagging medical issue (which was worsening) and had already been to 3 other doctors with absolutely no results. With a friend referral, I saw Dr. Meyer and in the first visit she identified the problem and started immediate treatments. Within weeks, I was symptom free! What a great first impression of a doctor! To complicate my overall medical, I have had Multiple Sclerosis for the last 25 years limiting by medical options/choices. Fast forward ten years, Dr. Meyer literally did SAVE my life by diagnosing a renal tumor (which was early stage cancer) from some extremely subtle indicators. Dr. Meyer and her fantastic nurses and staff helped expedite my surgery at Fox Chase (within weeks) and now I am 100% cancer free! The cancer doctors said that it was ‘Divine intervention’ finding it so early -- I think it was Dr. Meyer !! Dr. Meyer has become my primary physician for all my medical needs, and I could not be more grateful or pleased with the personal care and understanding I receive! This is truly World Class medical care. I gladly give them 5 Stars (because 10 Stars is not an option!)

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Meyer's for about 7 years and have been very pleased with the level of care we've received from her and the rest of her staff. Finding a good doctor is not easy. Many times you feel like you're stuck with someone who doesn't listen and would rather talk at you than talk with you about not just your health, but what could be contributing to your issue. Your health isn't just based on "one thing"; it's complex, confusing, and, more often than not, frustrating. I believe Dr. Meyer and her team get that, and do their best to give the most complete level of care that they can.

I'm so glad I met Dr. Christine Meyer and Melissa Bradley. Earlier this year, I was very sick for many weeks and was struggling to get a diagnosis. I had met multiple doctors who were not listening or looking at all the symptoms I had. Once I switched to Dr. Meyer's group and met Melissa, not only was she empathetic, but she also listened to all my concerns and did her best to get me to the right specialists who were able to diagnose my condition quickly. I cannot say enough about how considerate and caring the entire team has been. They've been extremely flexible and accessible whenever I have questions or need help in getting quick appointments and referrals. They even helped me in getting appointments at Johns Hopkins so that I get the best care available. Dr. Meyer has been a great advocate for my health and well being and a crucial support that I needed. She even shared her personal cell phone number with me so that I could reach her any time. My family and I appreciate the care Dr. Meyer and her team have provided and I highly recommend her.

When I first came to Dr Meyer, I loved her. I loved her caring, the time she took with me and the "small personal" feel of the practice. Today, she has grown her practice to be so large , I feel I get lost in the shuffle! Too big, too busy, too short of time to spend "caring"!

Lynne Moore

I love this practice. Such wonderful doctors and nurses who really care! The only negative I have is when I call to make an appointment or ask a question. I can never get through. It almost always goes to voicemail. I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong when I call, but it does get frustrating.

Been going to this practice for a few years and have no complaints at all. Always easy to get an appointment and the office is continuously making improvements to their processes. I’ve seen a few doctors and always feel like they are really listening to me and want to help beyond just standard care.

It has been my pleasure to be a patient of this practice for over 10 years. As in many offices, I often wait for a short time for my appointments, but it is clear that this is simply because Dr. Meyer's focus is always on the patient at hand. Her committment to her patients and community are a model for physicians everywhere. I would, and continue to, recommend her practice without hesitation.

Debbie Hepler

I had a sick visit last week. I believe Alan was the name of the nurse who checked me in. He was wonderful! He made a sick visit much more pleasant! Wanted to give him a shout out:)

Preeti Jain

I had found Dr. Meyers to be highly professional and thorough when I came in for routine check-ups but it was when I experienced a traumatic event that I truly appreciated her skills. Dr. Meyers listens and is very responsive to any questions and concerns.

This office is so wonderful with their staff, nurses, and doctors. They seem to be aware of new things in the health industry. I've been a patient for over 10 years and I couldn't be happier!

Dr. Meyer takes a personal interest in the well being of her patients. Aside from the excellent medical care that she and her staff provide, she is available to her patients through email communication which she reviews and answers within 24 hours.

I like CMMD & Associates so much that I drive from Parkerford, near Pottstown, to Exton for office visits. In past years, I've tried several practices closer to me, but they were all lacking the relaxing atmosphere & caring attitude of staff & doctors that I finally found @ CMMD. Another 'plus' for me personally, is that I knew that I wanted a female primary physician, so here, with all female praticioners, it wasn't necessary to change to a different practice to find the one that was the best 'fit' for me.

With my chaotic life, love having Kara as my P.A The hours and flexibility are priceless She makes me feel comfortable with all of my issues and concerns

I can't imagine going anywhere else. Nearly ten years ago, I needed to find a new doctor closer to the area. A friend referred me to Dr. Meyer. I went to my first visit, and thought, "That went well enough, I'll switch. She's certainly closer, and seems very nice." So the switch was made. Soon after I had gone for my yearly mammogram, and was asked to come back in ASAP for another look with an ultrasound. I was told that they didn't like something they saw on the mammogram image. Never a fun phone call to get, but this wasn't my first time going for the ultrasound imaging. So, back I went. I had a feeling the results would be ok, like the previous times, but you just don't know. No matter how many times, you can't help but hear a voice in your head say, "what if?" It's an unsettling process, no matter what. There I sat, in my salmon gown and a dimly lit room, waiting for the radiologist to read my image. I sat for quite a long time. However, this time, something different happened. I got a phone call. It was Dr. Meyer! She had heard that I was being called back in for an extra image due to a strange shadow. She was concerned. She didn't know that I was sitting on the exam table waiting when she called, until I told her. We talked. She asked if I understood the process. She asked how I was feeling. (She understood how anxious I could be in that moment) I explained that I had done this twice before, and both times it was nothing. We hoped it would be the same that day. Thankfully it was. But in that moment, in that one phone call, I knew she was my doctor - for as long as she would have me. I was truly amazed by her individualized care. With my previous physician, I never heard from them during an ultrasound, nor was it ever mentioned afterwards. Dr. Meyer was different. She treated me like someone she knew well - even though that was the beginning of our patient/care relationship. Since then, her practice has grown, and I'm ok with that. In fact, I think it's awesome to see a woman excel in her profession. I'm willing to see other physicians or PAs in the practice, who are also caring knowledgeable professionals. However, when it's something important, I will request Christine or drop her an email. She always responds with that same individualized care as that first phone call years ago. CMMD and Associates has always been understanding (even when I recently mixed up AM for PM on my appointment, and came in 12 hours late. Sorry, Christine.) and helpful. They are truly the only practice I can imagine going to. Thank you, CMMD. Keep it up!

The appointment was an overall wonderful and very professional experience. From the greeting at front desk through the entire visit it was A+. Thank you for taking the time to care.

Christine M

Thank you for having office hours on Saturday and Sunday. You saved me from having to find an urgent care. I called Sunday morning and was seen and treated immediately. Your nurse and PA were so caring and wonderful to deal with. Thank you for being there when I needed you!

Over the last few years, the patient care has just gotten worse. It only became visible when you needed it. My most recent visit with Dr. Lisa, I found, she didn't know where I was in the process of fighting the muscular twitch issue over the years. I complained of a side effect of taking vitamin d and shin pain which she didn't even examine. I was uneasy with the test she was writing up, because I had just gone through that process two years and nothing showed up, By then she was half way through the door, since the 15 minutes of patient time was up. She promised to call with the results, but then again, instead the nurse call and left a message to pick up the prescription from the pharmacy. The prescription was a higher dose of the same vitamin which I had a side effect to and the reason for the blood work. This made me anxious and concerned, did she pay attention to my concerns, problems? Did she write them down? But I had given a printed copy for her, did she review it? Did she review the charts prior to making the decision? Did she see a number on the lab work and make a generic and standard call and not take a holistic look at my history? I have had similar experiences in other occasions with the other doctors in the practice. When I asked the nurse to check with her, she passed the information to the nurse, that I see Dr.Meyer. I made an appointment with Dr. Meyer. I made the mistake of being 8 minutes late for the first time in the last 14 years or so. I was at the wrong building. The receptionist checks in with the doctor, who now tells me to make another appointment, since I am cutting half way into the appointment's time or see another doctor who I had not seen before. How long is the new doctor gonna take to come unto speed at the last minute? Can she now deliver me any better service? After six years of sub-minimal care, this broke the camel's back. It is time to find another doctor and practice. Here are some suggestions for the practice to improve their quality of patient care: 1) Ask for a survey from your patients on every visit and implement the feedback received. Don't keep a grudge. My colleagues mentioned their practice does this and it works! 2) Review your patients history prior to walking in the room. Take few minutes outside of the room. Please don't have a conversation looking at the monitor. In the current digitized world, there are tons of tools that monitors and produces charts that can help provide a personalized view for each patient. Invest in one if you don't have. Maintain eye to eye contact with the patient. Know where the patient is in their journey. Every doctor that walked in the room had no knowledge on my history. I spend a good deal of my time bringing them up. No one ever enquired on the panic attacks and when the office asked me to go to ER. Show that you care with followup questions. 3) Don't dismiss a patient's knowledge or the numerous questions. It is their health, they have a right to! Listen! Listen! and Listen! Don't open the door until you have heard a bye. 4) Take time to make the call with the lab results and explain prior to rushing and sending the prescription to the pharmacy. 5) The office should inform the patient on the time with the doctor so they can assess if that is sufficient, how else can they plan the meeting? 6) In the last 14 years I had waited outside in the waiting room and in the office for hours and not once had a complaint on the wait, show the same grace for a first/few time offender(s) or for a long time patient. My 90 year father in law just waited outside for 45 minutes. It has to work both ways!! 7) I see other have commented on rushing the patients. Extend the time with them. Whatever the reasons whether it is the expansion, or sudden increase in patients size, or a means to increase revenues , this practice has failed me!

I absolutely love this practice! All of the nurses and doctors are so attentive and caring. Nurse Lauren Marohn is the best! Lauren always takes the time to personally follow-up with me to make sure any sicknesses I've had are resolved and is always so friendly and responsive. When I was out of town in Florida and ended up in the hospital with pneumonia Lauren was calling my husband and following-up with medications making sure I was okay. Whenever I need anything she is there and willing to help. My doctor Lisa Murphy has also been so great over the years and always takes the time to go the extra mile. I highly recommend this practice!!

For the last four years I have had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Meyer grow as a physician and a community leader and I am proud that she is my doctor. The leadership role she extends in the downingtown and exton area is an example to all. I look forward to growing old (very old!) in her care. Thank you Dr. Meyer!

I was treated horribly by Christine Myers several times she told me that I need an operation I told her I wasn’t ready yet because I had just had an operation on the same shoulder she demanded that I have the operation as soon as possible I knew I wasn’t strong enough I’ve asked her to wait she was having no part of that she wanted it done immediately ! Some doctors think just because they have a higher education that they can demand what they want after several attempts she finally told me to go find somebody else she couldn’t wait . That was extremely rude and inconsiderate considering I wasn’t strong enough to handle another operation especially One of that severity. Hey Christine the next time the patient tells you they’re not ready try and listen . I truly hate overbearing professionals! Oh by the way bite me lady !

Lynn Smith

I would not even give this practice one star but Google made me, so......Cannot say enough bad things about this practice as well as the other side, Healthy Steps. Entire staff is rude. Returned calls NEVER happen. Nurses are miserable and have no personality at all. Dr. Meyer (Christine) is a phony and really does not give even one care about anyone but herself. The entire organization is a mess. I took my party of 5 and I'm now much happier with a practice down the road that really does care about there patients.

David Laurence

Dr Meyer has been my primary Physician for about 14 years. I have always found her to be very thorough and an excellent caring, physician. I have never had to wait for my appointments and she follows up on any questions or communications i have with her. I recently had my annual physical, we discussed a few things and I followed up with an email - she responded promptly, on a Saturday, 37 minutes after I sent the email. I recommend Dr Meyer to others looking for a physician.

Chuck Walcott

Great Doctor's but hard to get ahold of anyone anymore you always have to leave a message and wait a few hours to get a call back and hope you don't miss it or you'll have to wait longer by playing phone tag. Wish it was as easy as healthy steps to get ahold of someone and to make appointments or just to ask a question or have them follow up on your labs instead of me calling to follow up with it. Make appointments and sit there 15 mins to find out its in new building go there and they won't see me or make appointment go and they entered it for next day but same time had few problems happen since they moved shame this place is nice great Doctor's like I said and great nurses Tom is the best but not sure if I am going to look elsewhere just starting to get even harder to get in or to get ahold of someone to find out your labs!!

Karen

You have to constantly follow up with them and ninety percent of the times you call, they don't answer. Then, endless phone tag. I would recommend going elsewhere for a general Doctor. Their customers are not their number one priority.

Update: This practice just cancelled *yet again* just 48 hours before an appointment made weeks in advance. They didn't like my previous comments here exposing their unprofessional bumbling, so they waited until the last minute (today) and sent a letter cancelling my upcoming appointment and basically telling me I'm no longer a patient. SURPRISE!!! This is how they operate. It is not just unprofessional but frankly dangerous for patients who require Rx refills, and they know it. Does this practice *care* about any of that? Nope! Please notice the theme among other negative reviews and find yourself a different practice. This place causes more headaches than they cure. Below is my original review posted 1 month ago: Last straw. This practice has cancelled appointments multiple times on arrival to the front desk, no call, no text, no email. Sent Rx to the wrong pharmacy multiple times. Tried coordinating several referrals to specialists over the course of months only to find they do not take my insurance, etc. Quality care matters to me. This place is a ridiculous joke, never going back.

My entire family comes to this practice after switching about a year ago. I recently saw Kara for strep throat and she was very knowledgeable and thorough. She is also very responsive when you message her. 5 Stars!

Gail Cooper

You've grown because you do health care RIGHT! You have the right people in place from the front desk through to the friendly wave good bye on the way out. The doctors are TOP NOTCH! I drive from Pottstown to see Dr. T. A few years ago a physician's assistant diagnosed my asthma that had been missed and mistreated for decades. Everything goes right when you need an appointment or have a reason to visit. I am very happy about your success, but also about the care you provide! Thank you.

Laura B

I recently moved the the area and called just this very morning to see when I might be able to start as a new patient and get treated for a recent medical complaint. The phone service was excellent and they were able to squeeze me in the evening which I greatly appreciated! Everyone was so friendly and the office was clean and decorated wonderfully. The doctor was cheerful, very professional (yet down to earth) and helped me get all set up with scheduling labs, a physical and other needed tests, plus some scripts where my refills had run out after the move. Really listened to me, explained things well, and was personable. This was the easiest and most pleasant relocation/primary care set up I’ve ever experienced. Usually a doctor’s visit is something to dread, but I felt at ease and in good spirits when I left. So happy I found this practice. Thanks, everyone!

My husband is a new patient & I have to say hands down this office is WONDERFUL! From their response to phone calls, ladies at the front desk checking patients in, same day phone call & visit scheduled when we had an emergency, to Dr. Kara Costanzo taking the time to listen to us. I would like to especially recognize Allan McKinney! There was an issue with a referral and he was very helpful figuring everything out & even called us on a Sunday! Most importantly at our most recent visit he went above & beyond by just listening to current symptoms, found blood work from his old primary and brought to Dr. Costanzo's attention. Which has led us hopefully down the right path. I am so thankful Allan was there that night & both he and Kara took the time to listen. If I could give 10+++ stars I would. I also like they night & weekend hours that you have, it's a plus for working people.

Antoinette Thais

When you visit Dr. Meyer, she is completely tuned in to you. She keeps things real and I'm so glad I found her.

Miss Moneypenny

Was a great family doctor about 4-5 years ago, but has become very impersonal. Takes forever to get an appointment. Staff seems frustrated.

Melissa Jozefiak

I am so grateful for the clinicians in this practice. Dr. Belamorich is such a good listener and always works with me to help solve any health issues I have. Yesterday I called with an issue at 5:30 pm and was seen by Kara the PA at 6:15! The care I received was excellent and I was on the mend in a few hours. I would've definitely ended up in the emergency room had they not seen me.

I have been going to Christine Meyer for over 5-years and have received nothing but the utmost professional and timely service. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone!!!!' Keep up the good work!

Dr. Christine Meyer and her team have taken care of the needs of myself, my husband and my 96 year young parents for the last 8 years. It doesn’t get any better than the excellence of this most knowledgeable physician and her capable caring staff. Every single doctor and employee, shows compassion and concern for your best welfare! The love, yes love, shown to my parents is irreplaceable! At our last visit, this week, Dr. Meyer even offered my folks a house call if needed. If I could give more than five stars, I certainly would!

Bagyalakshmi Iyer

Dr. Meyer, is my Primary Care Physician since 2008 and she is the best in the field. She cares as a doctor, listens as a friend and discusses all my concerns and questions in a very professional and clear language. She is thorough in her job; when I am referred to specialist they get astonished how I was diagnosed precisely right at the onset of symptoms. I recommend her to anyone looking for best primary care physician in Chester County.

Chris Handley

I have been a patient of Christine Meyer's for many years. Kind, thoughtful, comprehensive and caring. Dr. Meyer and the team at her practice are a great asset to the community.

Pat Richardson

I have always had a pleasant experience with appointments at CMMD.

Emmy Bruni

No one ever wants to see a Dr. but this Dr. 's practice, has the Best Doctors practicing medicine! It doesn't matter who you see they are all 5 star! They really care about you.

Judy took the time to help fill out my disability paper with me and explained a very important question. The business manager just told me that Dr Meyer said no and that’s it. Judy explained the reason which made me happier and more content.

Sandy Lopacki

Lauren did a great job showing me how to use the blood pressure monitor. She also made sure that I was comfortable wearing it. Thank you very much. Also, I have been treated very well over the many years I have been a patient. Thank you all, especially the Doctors and nurse Judy....

My wife is having bad dizzy spells the last 2 days. She is an established patient of this practice. She called and got an 11:45 AM appointment this morning. She arrived at 11:55 and they refused to see her today. I understand that patients shouldn’t be 10 min late but the fact that she is having these symptoms and received zero empathy or help in finding a better solution than “come back tomorrow” really bothers me. Ironically, I reached out to this practice earlier today to set a time for a physical not knowing this was her primary care. I’ll be finding a different internal medicine practice for my medical needs.

Frank C

It has been months since my appointment here but I felt compelled to write a review today to share my experience. I came in as a new patient with complaints of stiffness, pain and clicking in my left thumb. I saw Dr. Meyer's PA and she diagnosed with me with trigger finger. She gave me a cortisone shot in the office right then and there. It was so quick and easy, I have been kicking myself for not doing this sooner. The shot worked great and I'm still symptom free 3 months later. I can't recommend them enough. I was so used to my old PCP referring me out for every little thing so I am so grateful to have found a practice with such skilled providers on the premise. I can literally give them two thumbs up ! :-)

Katie S

Really smart and caring doctors, nurses, and staff at the front desk. Last week I saw Dr. Belamorich and she was very thorough and kind, and even called me to check in. This initially made me worry, because I have never had a doctor call me before just to touch base, so I initially thought something must have been wrong! Dr. Sabadish is who I normally see and she is excellent. I love her energy and passion and I never feel rushed in an appointment with her. She is also very down to earth and patient. During my last visit, she was completely focused on me and took my concerns seriously even though I tend to be a bit health anxious. She also personally called me to discuss some health updates. I feel like I am in very good hands and am lucky to live near this practice. The front desk is also very friendly! I have always spoken to someone whenever I call the office. I think they are very accessible and easy to get a hold of. I also want to give a shout out to Sandrine. She’s been my nurse twice and is very nice.

Kathleen Capriotti

Whenever i call to schedule an appointment, I receive an automated response. I do not hear back from them to schedule. I will be leaving the practice.

This office is just amazing! They’re very accommodating to all patients. Lauren Marohn has made my visits very pleasant. From refilling my prescriptions faster than I can snap my fingers to triaging whatever my health concerns/needs were, she has made my experience at this office truly amazing. She’s very welcoming, always smiling, and a great listener - which makes each visit something to look forward to - and who looks forward to doctors appointments?! Lauren has exceeded my expectations from day one. The entire staff is a great asset to the practice. I am truly grateful to be one of their patients.

rosemary malnofski

Always pleasant, friendly staff at the office. Never a wait - amazingly talented medical professionals - comfortable - like a friend! :)

Healing begins when you walk through the door of CMMD. Each visit brings me hope for the medical system. Christine Meyer and her entire staff raise the bar for thoughtful, informative health care.

amanda kulakowski

It’s such a shame with this office. I love healthy steps but the adult side is horrible. They started a new patient call center and still make you leave a message. I requested a sick visit and had to call again 2 hours later only to be told they haven’t made it to my message yet. I was placed on hold but heard them discussing my phone call and talking about how after 2 hours I’m still on the list for being called back. The front staff came back on the phone and then said “but I’ll see about getting you scheduled for today”. As if I would schedule an appt for the following day with how I terrible feel. The front is incredibly rude. It takes them more effort for the amount of rudeness they give to their patience than it would to be indifferent. It’s a shame because the doctors are so kind but they really should gut out the front staff and start over.

Michelle Limper

I have been with your practice since the beginning. I have watched your practice grow over the years. We don't often hear when we do things right, we always hear the bad. So I just want to say thanks for having hours on the weekends. I was sick all week and pushed it off as a cold. I finally called on Saturday to get an appointment and there were no open ones until Sunday. Nicole called me back not a half hour later and fit me in. She is a pleasure to see when you walk through the front doors with a smile on her face. I was called back within minutes to be greeted by Alan who is funny and kind. His bed side manner was a pleasure, kind of took my mind off of how bad I was feeling. Pam was exceptional. It was a plessure meeting her, such an added bonus to your staff. Its great having a doctor who cares and understand what her patients need, the care from her practice and not Urgent Care or CVS. So thank you for being there. Patient for life.

Philo T.

I've been going to this practice almost 7 years now. Its really grown. Everyone is super friendly from the front desk to the nurses. I LOVE my provider Dr. McFadden. She gives her all.

Sheeba Shaju

I have been going to this practice for years.Dr Meyer is the best.I miss Dr Trivikram. Staff is friendly and helpful. I never had any issues with this office.I recommend this office with out any hesitation.

nichet93

Spoke about me to another patient, then gave me an attitude about it. I always check off that my info is NOT to be shared with anyone. Up until this, I had no issues with this office. Update 9/17/18 I am updating since the office responded. My information WAS shared with another patient. The patient told me what the office said about me regarding my personal care. Instead of telling the truth, and admitting to violating HIPPA(which is illegal), the office decided to lie about an investigation that I doubt ever took place. As a dr, you take the Hippocratic oath for a reason, it’s sad that it was not followed. I am not surprised this office has as many 1 start ratings as it does.

We have been going to this practice for several years and recently seeing it falling apart. Customer service and overall experience is deteriorating fast. Yesterday my wife had appt at 12 pm and she got there by 11.50 am but had to wait till 1.15 pm. She requested several times and said that it was time for kids to get home from summer camp before she was taken after more than an hr of wait. Today morning I had my appt with Dr McFadden at 845 and due to traffic got there at 8.54am and receptionist was rude. I apologized for delay and she went in to check with the Dr and came back asking me to reschedule. I said I am sorry am late and can wait since won't be easy for me to miss work and re-schedule my appt again. Also mentioned that I am running out of prescription and was told to call nurse to get refill. BTW refill is really painful, if you are lucky you would get it done after few calls. Overall worst customer service and this was my last visit. There are so many options to select from and don't need tolerate the worst customer service. Highly recommend looking for other options before you decide to go with this practice. They put so much effort in marketing and promoting their practice but if they put fraction of that effort in actual customer service, it would be better for patients.

I have been going to CMMD for at least 10 years, maybe more. I have been a patient of owner Dr. Christine Meyer since it was a two doctor office and the office has undergone a lot of growth. Dr. Meyer is a fantastic doctor who listens to what you have to say, considers your ideas when it comes to treatment and is very responsive when an issue arises. There have been growing pains as a new office has been added , a new medical computer system, a call center, a refill desk and many new faces have appeared.Yes. I also find it frustrating that I almost never get to speaks to a human when I call. Leaving a message becomes a game of phone tag which is not ideal but that would be my one and only complaint and it just isn't that big of a deal for it to take away from the overall experience of being a patient here. Refills are processed quickly and easily, the staff is very friendly and Dr. Meyer is an extremely warm, caring doctor. I think if you've found a doctor who cares, who's knowledgeablel about so many issues and is happy to admit when she isn't and makes a referral and who makes themselves available to the degree that Dr.Meyer does, the rest just is a small blip in the scheme of things. I would recommend anyone looking for warm, caring medical care to seek out CMMD.

Sandy Snyder

Having been going to see Dr Meyer for about 5 years. Always very pleased with her thoroughness (she spotted my enlarged thyroid and monitored closely) and attention/care given by the other physicians. Extended hours are perfect for unexpected illness.

Sheila Meyer

I have been a patient of Dr. Christine Meyer’s practice since she first started at this location. I have seen her practice grow from when it was just herself and Judy (fantastic nurse), to the large practice she has today. I highly recommend her practice and the nurses are top notch! My reason for a review today is about one nurse in particular.. His name is Alan McKinney and I just wanted to say that he is fabulous! I was in a few days ago and Alan knew how sick I was feeling and did his best to move along the appointment and get Kara in ASAP. The sooner I was done, the sooner I could get home to re-cuperate. It took all my strength just to get to the Dr.’s office. It is not often you find a nurse that truly cares about the patients, but this practice has found the good ones. I had to return to the office yesterday to pickup something and again Alan went out of his way to make sure I did not have to do more than was necessary since I was still quite sick. Thank you Dr. Meyer for being the best Dr. I have ever had and for hiring great nurses. I also want to say that Sam at your front desk is also wonderful and I love seeing a familiar face from the older days of the practice.

Just started as a new patient here. Couldn't be happier! Everyone is polite, efficient and helpful. Love the place, especially Pam Conner CRNP! What do you expect when two awesome people share the same birthdate!

Richard Biga

Incompetent practice.......I will not return.

Christine Meyer has been my doctor, even before CMMD was born. To say that I trust her with my life is not an overstatement. I deal with several life-altering issues and she has been there for each one. She is the epitome of that doctor from long ago who took a genuine and personal interest in her patients. Her practice has grown exponentially since I first started with her, but her demeanor when she comes into the examining room says that I am the most important person in her life. In my book, Christine's a keeper.

My husband and I both use this practice and continually receive STELLAR care! I recently had my yearly physical. It was a very thorough exam - including many questions about my (and my family) medical history and thoughtful recommendations for remaining healthy in the future. What stood out the most was the time that was dedicated to my exam. I did not feel rushed in any way, and I had an opportunity to ask all of my questions! In this day and age, there are so many times that things are rushed- I am so grateful to not have felt this way with my exam (or any other time I have visited this practice). The Providers in this practice place truly place the patient first. Thank you to all of the providers in this office who dedicate themselves to treating the patients as individuals and as human beings. It is not like this in every practice. I am just glad we found one who does!

Donna Lindsay

Have been going to this practice for about 5 years, and my husband now goes as well. I have never had any trouble getting an appointment and they never keep me waiting long at all. I LOVE the ability to communicate with the practice through email and they are prompt in their responses. They always keep me up to date on test results as well. I usually see the nurse practitioner, Melissa Bradley, who is great but have seen Dr Trivikram as well. Both are professional and are willing to listen. I have recommended this practice to many others and they have all been happy I did.

Amanda Phillips

Many years ago this was the most amazing group of people i have ever met. They helped me and my son!! But as of late anytime i get off the phone with this office i am so aggravated!!! From the attitude of the office staff or the need for so many doctors in practice that now you can never really keep up with one doctor so they stick you with anyone and no one actually cares about your health!! Dr. Meyers was always a delight to work with but her staff behaves like children behind her back. Can not tell you how many time i have listen to the staff bad mouth a fellow employee or a patient. The compassion i have seen in this office years ago is gone!

Julia Welbon

I have been a patient of Christine Meyer, MD, throughout her time in Exton (and before, when she was in Media). When my husband needed a PCP to supplement his cardiologist he signed up with Dr. Meyer. We often schedule our appointments in sequence. It is splendid to have Dr. Meyer aware of what is going on with each of us. The headline is that it has been worth traveling 50 miles round trip from our home near Swarthmore to continue seeing Dr. Meyer for these 12 years because she is a top notch physician and top notch human being. She is supremely well-prepared and attentive and intuitive. She is warm and KNOWS you as a person. She will follow up on a concern--once had her nurse call me out of the blue to ask how I was doing when I'd been out of touch for some months. She is an excellent diagnostician and very thorough in referring patients to an extensive network of specialists when warranted. She inspires healthy life choices with gentle suggestion and her own role-modeling--read her book, "The Longest Mile." It shows how she took herself in hand at a low moment of grief in her life and rebounded, became a runner and inspired a movement to suppport cancer research. She has assembled a team of colleague doctors and other medical professionals that are providing the same thorough and attentive care that Dr. Meyer has given many patients in Exton, starting in 2004 with just one associate, Judy Platt. I hope you will be kind to yourself and join us as patients in this practice.

Lynda

I would like to award Christine Meyer and Associates and Dr. Lalitha Travikram zero stars but it is not possible as the system requires you provide at least one star. My experience with them was very negative. I was disregarded and treated with lack of empathy. I was looking for a new physician and a friend provided positive feedback about the practice and this Dr in particular. I called to schedule an appointment and waited one month to see the physician. I followed all the instructions provided and printed driving directions to the office in addition to having my GPS handy. The day of the appointment, I left my house 35 minutes prior to the appointment which according to the driving research, was more than sufficient time to arrive at the location on time. I am not familiar with Exton and despite my best effort and research I got lost. I did not waste time and called the office right away to notify them of my situation and ask for assistance with directions. The receptionist was not able to help me with directions and had to request assistance from a colleague. Once I confirmed I was headed in the right direction, I resumed driving and advised I would be there as soon as possible. The call was about 10 minutes long. I found the business park where the office is located and the building. I walked through the door exactly 10 minutes (I was looking at the time constantly) past my scheduled appointment time. At the reception, I provided my name and apologized for the delay. The receptionist informed me that she knew who I was and she received a call from her colleague to notify her of my situation, that I was lost but in route to the office. She proceeded to tell me that my appointment was cancelled and needed to be rescheduled at the request of the Dr because I was late. I questioned why I was not told about this when called the office ahead of my scheduled appointment time asking for assistance with directions and I received a shoulder shrug and prompted to provide my availability for another appointment. I walked out of the office. I understand medical practices are a business with a focus on generating profit but that can be balanced with common sense and empathetic and compassionate treatment. I would have understood if the Dr had to cut my consultation time short but to cancel the appointment was extreme. That no one told me of the cancellation while I was on the phone with them or call me back to inform me, was disrespectful and inconsiderate. I called the practice from my car, while still parked in front of the office, to discuss the matter with the office manager. The receptionist informed me that the manager was on vacation until next week and no one else was covering for her. She offered to forward me to manager’s voicemail and when I refused, and perhaps due to my tense tone of voice, she asked what my call was about. I shared my experience and disappointment to which she asked if I used my GPS because they warn clients not to do that. After I confirmed I also printed directions, which I used as well as the GPS to assist me, she backed off and told me many new patients have difficulty finding the office. In the end she was unable to offer any assistance and I have a distinct feeling my situation will be disregarded by the office maybe with a shoulder shrug and an “oh well!”. I am not one to provide reviews, good or bad, but I made an exception this time because this is was an insulting experience. It conveyed that I don’t matter at all to them and I am tired of being treated this way. I question the quality of the service and treatment they provide. I will not be setting up a new appointment and I won’t recommend them.

Lorna Jansen

I am a very satisfied patient of Christine Meyer, MD and associates. They take wonderful care of their patients and are responsive and courteous.

My husband and I have been with this practice for almost three years and it has grown by leaps and bounds. Despite the growth, we still get kind, compassionate and caring service no matter which provider we see. Sure sometimes I have to play "Phone Tag" with the office but that can happen anywhere. We are well please with CMMD and Associates!

Mama Bear

I am a new patient and had an excellent experience. After my PCP retired, I was in desperate need of a new primary care doctor who would give me the treatment I got from my previous doc. Everyone was so helpful in setting up the initial appointment and I saw the PA. She addressed all of my concerns in detail and in terms I could actually understand. While every other office I called wasn’t accepting new patients, Christine Meyer’s office was welcoming and friendly. From start to finish, I was so relieved. Thanks all for such a pleasant visit...

A McNee

As a working professional, the weekend hours are a God send. I was able to be seen at the last minute by Dr. Costanza, issued medications, and was able to go to work on Monday. Practice has always been friendly and caring.

Karolyn Withka

Finally settled on a general practioner after not having one for many years My third visit to this office was a Terrible experience -- 45 minutes past my appointment time and another 20 in the exam room only to have Dr. Trivikram rush through my appointment prescribing a powerful sleep aid! Have never had blood work done with this practice! I was dumbfounded that she hardly let me speak. Guess she needed to get to the next patient that was waiting 45 minutes. Needless to say I did not pick up the medication that was called in. I will choose another healthcare provider that will work with me and not try to send me away with drugs!!!

Jamie Labiak

This office is great. These ladies really take the time to hear you. I am a semi-new patient. I have been there for about a year. However, each time they are able to get me into the office right away and help me with any issue. Thanks for having such an awesome staff!

Anne Wiest

Danielle DeLuca Wilburn

It I could give it negative stars I would. Stuck up staff and doctors. They rush you through your appointment and you'll be lucky to ever see a doctor!! Always Nurse Practitioners on duty. I've never had any issues with primary physicians until here. UPDATE to OWNERS RESPONSE: The last time I was in the receptionist was ignorant, cocky and my 2 year old was saying hi to her and she completely ignored her like she wasn't even there. Also, I never hung up she even said goodbye to me and she wished the best. Your office has expanded, but the doctors are NEVER available. Please, don't give false information. I know what occurred. Maybe you should reevaluate the way you deal with patients and who you employ. I ALSO was very calm and kind when expressing my concerns.

Kelly Moser

Great office full of nice and caring staff! I recently saw Kara and she was so knowledgeable and made me feel welcomed with genuine care. I highly recommend!

Queyanna Gamble

This practice is wonderful!! Dr. McFadden is my doctor and I love her. She is patient and always willing to take time to hear your issues and come up with a resolution. Most importantly she takes the time to make a medical plan that suits your needs and not just making you take unnecessary medicines. Also the receptionists are very helpful and the nurses are very attentive. This practice overall is great experience for any new patient or returning patient.

Vince Clancy

Dr. Meyer has been trying to get rid of me for years by moving to new offices, but I keep finding them. Just hoping she doesn't move too much in the next 10 years! Thanks, guys! You've been great!

Robin Hoffman

Christine Meyer and her associates have cared for 3 generations of my family for many years now. Being a nurse myself, l have to say I'm pretty picky when it comes to choosing my medical practitioners. They have to be well eduacated and intelligent, but display a caring attitude that goes beyond lip service while you're in their office. And that goes for their office staff also...as this staff fully represents that doctor...to the general public. I have found Christine Meyer, her associates and her medical staff to be professional, kind, genuine and they just follow the GOLDEN RULE...treating people the way you want to be treated. These things are so very important when treating the critically or chronically ill patient. Christine is, in a nutshell...the WHOLE PACKAGE. I'm pleased to call her my care giver and would recommend her highly, to anyone searching for a doctor.

Kipp Stone

I have been a patient of Dr. Meyer for over 20 years. My GP at the time I went looking for a new doctor had misdiagnosed an aortic aneurism ultimately resulting in my husband's death, so I was very demanding in interviewing new GP's. I quizzed Dr. Meyer about my husband's symptoms to discover if she could make the correct diagnosis. She did, if only she had been our doctor a year earlier. Over the 20 years I have been her patient I've found her to be very thorough, very well informed, a very good listener, very respectful of my concerns and ideas, available as needed, intelligent, and with very good medical intuition. She has never steered me wrong in all these years. I recommend her to all my friends and family without reservation.

Jena Trego

Shannon Stanek

Amazing compassion with top quality diagnostic skills. Dr.Meyer and her associates are truly the best general medicine and internists in Chester County.

Beverly Gregor

I have been a patient of CMMD for at least 10 years. I have witnessed the practice go from one fabulous doctor and a great NP to an incredible team of healthcare professionals. Dr. Meyer's focus is on the total patient and not just the particular symptom. She discusses options and does not dictate what a patient MUST do. She listens! She is kind, empathic, and genuine. The practice is timely with responses to questions, test results, and medication refills. I would recommend this practice to anyone searching for healthcare at its best!

Selena Mello

The CMMD staff have always been lovely, but I want to recognize someone more "behind the scenes." Kelly Watson coordinates insurance referrals, and has helped me many times. She is always friendly, fast, and super efficient. Most recently, my son needed a PT referral. It was an insurance headache on many levels, but she was always so kind and got us the referral we needed. It was not an easy process. Though I tried apologizing profusely for causing her this headache, she was very genuine when she told me she was happy to help, and glad she could get the referral problem solved. I'm sure it's not an easy job dealing with insurance companies every day, but if she is (rightfully) frustrated by them, I was never aware of it. She is a gem.

Chris Kim

I have been taking my daughter for the past 3 years and I've had great experience at this practice. Everyone is courteous and friendly..particularly Kara. She builds a great relationship with my daughter and she always maintains a high level of professionalism with me. I would highly recommend!

Heather Hineline

Love this office. They actually call you back if you have a question, and don't rush you in and out even when they are very busy.

CHAR CESARIO

I have seen Mellisa, Diane and Amy. I love and trust the care they give and knowledge. I love this practice.

Lauren Burns

They say they deal with complicated medical issues but when things get complicated they can’t handle it and discharge you from the practice. The front desk staff is also very rude and have horrible customer service skills. I’m my opinion they take on way too many patients for the doctors to handle. I would not recommend this doctor office to anyone.

Eric Cook

I am confused at seeing some of these 1 star reviews, after moving from Long Island I was very nervous about finding a doctor's office. I have been pleased with their office and the services they provide. Every person there I have met has always seemed legitimately concerned for my health and care. Would recommend this office to anyone.

Jen Croneberger

Great practice, great people. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Michele Henning

I have been attending this practice for over 12 years and do not have enough space to say how much I love it! They go above and beyond to get you on their schedule. They have night and weekend hours. They are constantly educating their patients and offering the latest and greatest information and technology! And the list goes on! Thank you Christine and staff!

Laura Szilier

Christine Meyer, MD and Associates is a wonderful primary care practice that I highly recommend without reservation. I have seen a number of their physicians and nurse practitioners over the past 13 years and I'm happy with the care from all. One of my favorite things about this practice is their attention to all my concerns, no matter how minor. They listen and take action immediately to provide the best level of treatment. When necessary, I have received referrals to other physicians that have also been excellent.

Michelle Fernandez

All of the people here are kind, patient and genuinely caring!

Anne Pickrell

I was very excited about this practice when I first went there about 4 years ago. We had just moved here; I liked the feel of the practice and the enthusiasm of the staff. Unfortunately, I've experienced an ongoing decline in the level of customer service since my first visit. Last year it took 3 mails and 2 phone calls over the course of a month to get them to forward the results of my blood work to me. And to top it off, one of the tests ordered wasn't the right one but my PCP still wanted me to come into the office to discuss and refused to make a phone call to me. I can only interpret this as an inappropriately high focus on $$. I will be looking for a new doctor.

Siham Saih

disappointing , Dr who kicks his patients out because their insurance changed is not a real doctor nor caring one. It is not that the patient does not have an insurance it's just different one. To me that was a discrimination.

jay holmes

Busy, indeed, but caring, considerate, and intelligent. Consistently up to date and informed medical advice. I couldn't be happier.

Deborah Gildart-Hanks

The CMMD practice is warm, personal, caring, efficient , and skilled. Never a long wait. I highly recommend.

Dave G2

I came here because I needed and wanted Dr's and medical staff that are top quality, highly trained and knowledgeable, nice and care about people, not influenced by Insurance and Drug Co's. Dr Meyer and everyone of her staff are excellent and I know I'm getting the best care possible that's right for me. I only wish I could check 10 stars because they deserve it.

Some Art

I've been going to CMD for years. My doctor was Dr T. I have always received expert and responsive service, whether in person, by telephone or email. For years they have grown, even opening a new office. The first blow was Dr. T leaving, the second is the change in service in the last 3-4 months. Going from a quick to respond, always a person to answer the phone to now me needing to follow-up on multiple times, always having to leave a message, which seem to have a 50/50 chance of warranting of any sort of response. They created systems and processes in the hope of making things quicker and easier but all it has done has built more and more barriers for patients to navigate before being able to speak to a live person. And if you need a refill, don't expect it to be filled on time and/or without constant follow-up. They seem to care more about how they look, but behind the scenes service is almost non-existent. new technology, call in centers etc... I know they're grown but they are losing all the values key to being a family doctor. I've been trying to stick it out in the hopes things improve...but I'm starting to realize they can't get out of their own way to offer the barest of services expected from a family Doctor. (Maybe I should start leaving my messages as reviews - they seem to respond to those pretty quickly).

casey lutz

After years of searching, I finally found a group where I feel at home. I've been with the practice for about 5 years. I never feel rushed. I always feel heard. I love how quickly my DOCTOR gets back to me on the patient portal. Highly Recommend this group.

Gail Curti

This is exciting news of the opening of your second office. As a patient, I am very happy to be part of Christine Meyer's team... I search long and hard looking for a physician that I was felt comfortable with before becoming a patient at your center. Congrats! Everyone have a Merry Christmas!

Rich Reynolds

smart, caring and compassionate physicians and staff

WILLIAM MONTGOMERY

Great medical care.

Cindy Ziegler

I want to commend Dr. Meyer, Kara Costanzo and nurse Lauren for their wonderful assistance this week. I was seen immediately for my concerns. Ms. Costanzo and Dr. Meyer gave me a thorough explanation of what was occurring and even repeated :) what I needed to do. Within 5 minutes after my appointment, Lauren made a follow up appointment with a specialist in WC to have further examinations. Thank you.

Lorraine Velez

All of my communications with Dr. Meyer have been answered quickly, and she has been very thorough with my medical concerns. I also have been able to get same day appointments with no difficulty for sick visits. Staff is very friendly and courteous!

Lisa M

Very difficult to try and get an appointment; claims to be seeing new patients but puts up a lot of walls just to get an appointment. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Vivian Close

Christine Meyer, MD & Associates is the best practice around. I drive an hour and half away to get to this practice. I come from a long line of doctors and nurses in my family and they come to Dr. Meyer's office because they know how great it is. I personally see the nurse practitioner, Diane, who is just wonderful. She is so caring and helpful. She is very dedicated to all of her patients and cares about all of their outcomes and will go above and beyond. I found someone who will listen, work with me instead of against me, incorporates me in the treatment plan, and answers every question I have. I've never felt so at ease and in good hands before. Everyone at Dr. Meyer's office is wonderful. They all have tremendous amounts of experience, love what they do, have a true passion and dedication to their patients. I would recommend anyone to Dr. Meyer's office. They're all amazing. The office is beautiful and calming and very clean. Everyone is so kind. It is very easy to schedule appointments and get the times you want. I recommend Diane to everyone.

Don Fleishman

Terrible treatment of my wife because she was not given what she needed while there. Dr McFadden is the culprit and should be held responsible for my wife going to urgent care twice after seeing her 6 days ago and is still sick in bed. I am a Leukemia patient with a compromised immune system and I get sick from my wife I could wind up in the hospital for months. She in my opinion is a disgrace to the do no harm policy and when she looks in the mirror she should see the reflection of my wife. We are done there and I should note she did the exact same thing to my neighbor who had to spend time in a hospital because of it and quit her practice because of it. I do not care how many books you write treat the patient correctly instead of trying to make money on books. Terrible and would warn anyone sick find someone else!

I've been seeing Dr. Meyer since she opened 12 years ago. Every change and expansion has only made my experience with the office even better than ever. I feel truly cared for and won't go anywhere else!

Jennifer Merroth

The ladies in the call center are fantastic! They are polite, pleasant, very helpful and returned my call within 15 minutes. Thank you for having the calls sent to a central scheduling panel of real people! These ladies are so helpful!

Catherine Snyder

Very clean atmosphere front desk stsff courteous & pleasent New patient Waiting time 5 minutes Dr Costanzo excellent manerism... Assistant to Dr Christine Meyer

Julianne W

I cannot say enough great things about this practice. I transferred here as a new patient a few months ago. At my physical, Kara noticed an abnormal skin spot on my back. She biopsied it and it came back positive for melanoma. Fast forward to now and I just finished my last radiation treatment and am cancer free! I just wanted to thank the new patient coordinator first of all for getting me in so soon. I want to thank Judy for helping me make an appointment with a dermatologist the day after my biopsy results came back and I want to thank Kara for doing a comprehensive skin exam on me and for being proactive as soon as she saw something abnormal. I get to spend Thanksgiving with my family this year because of you all. 100 x Thank you. You all really care about your patients and it shows.

Nadine Tatton

My experience has been excellent - professional administrative staff, flexible hours, and Dr. Meyer uses a team approach to health care delivery. The PennMed app is easy to use and I love the portability of it, the ability to message directly to my health care team, and very quick uploading of new test results. The health professionals at the clinic are outstanding, very responsive and open to answering questions and exploring different treatment options. Dr. Meyer is my primary care physician and she is one of the best physicians that I have had the pleasure of consulting. Her energy and compassion set the tone for the entire clinic.

Tammy Ramos

We absolutely LOVE CMMD. My husband and I are both patients and our son is under care at Healthy Steps, which is conveniently connected! I am a patient of Lisa Murphy and couldn’t be more excited for her new position and selfishly saddened by losing her availability to accommodate my schedule. Even so, I have seen Dr. B and she was wonderful as well. We always know we are in good hands and response rates are much better than any other practice I have been a part of! Thank you so much for all you do

Sheila Houser

Dr. Myers and her staff truly care, I'm so glad I made the switch to her practice.

Bruce Horwath

I have been a patient of Christine Meyer and Associates for many years. Although the practice has grown significantly over the years, Dr. Meyer and her staff's exceptional medical knowledge and commitment to superior service has not waivered. Case and point, I inadvertently entered the wrong time of my appointment with Dr. Meyer in my personal calendar. Therefore, I showed up at the office 30 minutes late. The staff was extremely understanding and even suggested it could have been an error on their side. I checked the confirmation email that was sent to me and it was clearly an error on my part. Despite being very busy that day, the staff took the time to provide me with several rescheduling options. When I mentioned those options weren't all that convenient for me, they went back to the drawing board and made time to squeeze me in. Note - I am not sure how they did it since there was no available time slots. I assume they worked through a break. I was treated very well through-out the whole process. Never once was I made to feel like I was at fault or that I had caused them additional headaches (which I did). I highly recommend this practice.

Debbie Raap

I Love Dr Meyer and the whole team, and they really are a team. they are always answering my problems and Dr Meyer ALWAYS TAKES HER TIME WITH ME. she is very concerned for me as a patient, my family sees the doctors in this practice also. I am very happy of all the great care we received.

Tony Kelly

I've never got a call back pertaining any test results ever? I always have to call to get results

Shannon Zura

When we moved back to the area we searched far and wide for a new Doctor and Dr. Myer did not disappoint. The whole practice is terrific. Friendly staff and have they always treated me with care and compassion. You won't find a better practice in the area.

Lynn M. Smith

I thought it was time to set the record straight - I have been with this practice for many years (10+) and my kids have all gone to Healthy Steps. After receiving notification that a Lynn Smith with 4 kids left a review, (not me!) I wanted to take the opportunity to leave my own review. (and let the person that was trying to possibly pose as me know that they should study THEIR use of pronouns, yikes!) Dr. Meyer's office has been supportive and helpful through the years for my own medical care and the care of my children. I have found the staff to be supportive and caring in their approach. Both these practices strive to provide high quality care, and have shown medical expertise and compassion. I have never felt rushed along in an appointment, and the Nurses/PA I have seen are top notch!

Larry Holmes

This office is a joke. When ever I need to call to schedule an appointment, no one is there to pick up the phone. So I leave a message and yet no one calls me back. When ever I need to get a prescription filled they do not fill it right away and I need to chase them. They claim that they now have extended hours and people to answer the phone but that is not the case. I have been to many doctors and never experienced this before. Know your damn role and fix your office up.

maggie costello

Favorite set of doctors!! So helpful and with the right information! Love it at CMMD!

miketretter

I am so glad I chose to be be a patient at Dr Myer's practice when I moved to the area in 2012. Very clean, and new facility. Every employee there totally understands patient care, and customer service. I absolutely love how they hold several "weight loss challenges" throughout the year. As well a several invites for group runs/walks around the area. Keep up the great work!!!

Mindy M

Horrible at returning phone calls or giving results.

Christina Begian

Rhonda Price

I have complete confidence in Dr. Christine Meyer, and her team. They are quick, and responsive. They listen. My health care could not be in more capable hands.

Gifford Pierce

Horrible place, My most recent experience I was 5 minutes late for my appointment, I didn't expect traffic to be so heavy at 7:15 in the morning. I called to let them know I'd be 5 minutes late for my 7:30 appointment and got an answering machine and left a message to that regard. I arrive for my appointment, the receptionist informs me Dr. Trivikram can't see me. However in a prior visit my wife waited 45 minutes for her appointment. I was told I could wait and if they got time they Might see me. I said how long would that be? She said they may not have time. Granted I was late certainly my fault. The only reason I was there was at their request so I could get a monthly prescription filled. Back on November 2016 the Nurse wouldn't give me an appointment to see a doctor with complaint of an extreme sore throat because an antibiotic couldn't be given for at least 10 days. I went to CVS Pharmacy they saw me immediately checked for strep and gave me some medicine to ease the soreness. What the hell is wrong with these people? Your just a number and apparently all they want to do is reduce their work load. I'll be sending a copy of this to IBC

Rosemary G

Dr Christine Meyer, all her medical team and office staff show nothing but kindness at all times. Thank you for your concern, not only for medical issues, but for the individual. It means a lot.

Lauren Risker

I have always had a very positive and pleasant experience with the staff over the years that I have been a patient, even when I am being crabby (to put it nicely) because I'm under the weather or not getting better as fast I want to be. Its obvious Dr. Meyer and her team takes great pride in their practice. I personally have some favorites (Melissa Bradley, Kara Costanzo, and my most favorite Nurse Alan McKinney). I have plenty of friends and family that are also patients of the practice and have equally positive things to say about the care and professionalism of the team. I do, and will continue, to recommend Christine Meyer, MD and Assoc. to anyone that asks (or doesn't) for a great primary care physician team....and to make the pot even sweeter - if you are a parent (or guardian) of a little one, there is a n equally great pediatrician right next door /one suite over, another fantastic Dr. Meyer leading his team!

Danielle

Once I found out the Dr Kimberly Sabadish left the practice of my former doctor I immediately called my insurance carrier to switch over and follow her at CCMD. Have never regretted that decision and have nothing but great things to say about her as a physician and this facility as a practice. They have a vested interest in their patients and will take the time to listen and consult with each patient in their care.

Karen Cavacini

I have always received wonderful care at Christine Meyer, MD and Associates but recently have experienced above and beyond care. From getting an appointment within an hour of calling, being seen on a Sunday, and walking in and getting a nurse's visit with Alan, who is absolutely wonderful, I have been continually impressed with the service and care that I have received here.

Karin Pierce

The best, the ABSOLUTE best ever primary care practice I've ever been to!

Sam House

The staff has their moments of being nice, when it’s in the office or on the phone.. sometimes they just don’t seem as pleasant as you think they should? Not to mention I’m not one to go to the doctors often, so when I do I expect the most and unfortunately I don’t get that from there.. it may be time to find a new doc.. also.. I’ve recently been there twice in a month, last time I was there was honestly over a year ago.. well they didn’t even take my weight, height, BP.. nothing.. then today I called several times.. got a call back just to be told the doctor who saw me isn’t in today and they would need to talk to a different doc and get back to me.. here I am still waiting for that phone call.. COOOOOOL.. THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP!! But.. the staff can be nice but I feel like they don’t actually care about their patients because they have too many an there’s no actual relationship.. just my opinion though..

Dr. Meyer is awesome!! Like most people, I assume, I'm not really too happy about having to go to the doctor, or getting test results that may/may not alter my current lifestyle. However, Dr. Meyer and her team have helped me get through the "dread" I sometimes feel about going to the doctor. They make me feel super comfortable, and I often see the same people (unless I have some unexpected urgent matter - then I see the 1st available). Tom rocks by the way!! Anyway, I greatly appreciate the care and comfort they have shown me, and thank them for making my experiences so pleasant.

Dr. Meyer is AMAZING, as is her staff!! I brought my husband home from Florida due to a serious, lengthly illness and not being able to get any help down there. She and her staff went right to work the night we flew in by seeing him, ordering a host of tests, etc. We met several times the following week or so to hear the test results and for her to give us a diagnosis. Due to her knowledge and experience, she ordered an unusual test for his age and, low and behold, that's what he ended up having. She was SPOT ON with the diagnosis, knowledge of the condition and length of time he would be sick. Don't know where we would be at this time without Dr. Meyer as he is 100% himself again!

I've been a patient of Dr. Meyer for the past 2 years, and only have positive things to say about her practice. She goes out of her way to do whatever her patients need and will bend over backwards to help take care of them. Yes, the practice seems to be growing, but that's not necessarily a bad thing, and everyone communicates well. I checked into one building only to find that Dr. Meyer was working next door that day in their second office. When I walked in to the correct office, reception already knew I was on my way over making checking in a breeze. Yes sometimes there is a short wait, but only a short one. In these days of Amazon instant gratification, people need to remember that all Dr.s are human, not robots, and patients need to be...well, patient.

Thank you so much for being open on Sunday, and the excellent care we received this morning. My son Derek came in with a red and painful eye. Because he had pain you didn't take a chance and advised us to go right to the ER at Chester County Hospital. Turns out he has a scratch on his left cornea. I'm so glad you didn't just assume it was pink eye. He now has drops and will see an eye doctor this week for follow up. I'm so glad I didn't have to wait until tomorrow and was able to be seen by people we trust. Thank you so much for always taking such good care of me and my family.

Dr. Meyer and staff are awesome! They always follow-up with all my questions. Dr.Meyer went way beyond to help me, when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I travel one hour and fifteen minutes to get to her practice and will never go anywhere else! Thank you Dr. Meyer and staff

Excellent doctors. Efficiently run practice. Kind bedside manner. Resourceful solutions to health issues with patients concerns and best interests in mind. Healthy lifestyle and common-sense self-care is encouraged. Prescriptions are given when needed, but this is not a pill-pushing practice. Online patient portal makes looking at your own test results + communicatiom simple and accessible. On call doctors are very helpful after hours. Works well with local natural pharmacies as well as more conventional ones. Very clean, comfortably decorated atmosphere. A genuine heart for people and for the community. To answer other reviewers comments -- Yes, there have been, on some occasions, a longer wait time for a doc. However, I personally have had appointments prior to surgery and medication changes where the doctors took time to answer my health questions without making me feel rushed. I trust that, during the few times when I was the one waiting, it was probably because the doctors were doing the same for another patient, and I am understanding. In fact, I wouldn't have it any other way. If it were my grandmother in the next room who needed extra TLC, I would want for her to get the help and answers she needed. Again, the wait has only been on occasion and isn't the rule. Overall, this practice is fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone.

I love this practice!!!! I've seen all the docs here and most of the nurses and have yet to meet anybody remotely rude. They are willing to actually listen to you and figure out what you need instead of sending you packing before you can even speak like some practices around here. I've been going here for years and will continue to do so!

Thank you Dr. Meyer, MD and Associates! After a string of doctors more interested in generating a diagnosis then actually caring for their patient, I cannot thank you enough for the honest, logical and common sense take on medicine. I have been diagnosed with a medical condition that is known, but not largely understood, even by specialists. Due to this, there is a single course of treatment that is prescribed in every case. After living this restrictive, life altering treatment for nearly 2 years, and growing increasingly more frustrated with the way it was effecting me and my family, I made an appointment with Dr. Meyer to discuss my options. Within moments of speaking for the first time, it was clear to me that Dr. Meyer had a different motivation then most of the doctors that I had seen before... she was actually interested in improving the lives of the patients in her care. While the treatment prescribed to me is the standard of care, a treatment course shouldn't be worse then the initial cause. Her acknowledgement of that fact, and her recommendation of a less-restrictive approach (in my case) has made a huge difference. Her willingness to create an open dialog between patient and caregiver allows for personal care, not the generic, one size fits all method that I had been receiving. Personal health is a lifetime commitment, and I'm thankful that Dr. Meyer and the amazing staff of health professionals at her practice are there to support me.
