Both my children have been there for Acne problems and one for moluscum. Everyone there is friend and helpful. The doctors are kind and great with the kids. They tried several options if things didnt' work the first time they changed things up till they found what worked for him.

Well run office, friendly staff. Dr.Kress is by far one of the better Doctors I've seen for either myself or my child. He quickly diagnosed a condition that had stumped three other doctors.

Place is great for the pediatric services. Wait times can some time be a little long, but worth the wait. All parts of the staff from check in to check out, wonderful. Did not speak down to my son when we went in and the diagnosis were spot on. Would recommend to anyone in need.

We had the most presumptuous, condescending, and rude doctor. She did not acknowledge my son or ask his level of pain. She had the worst bed side manner and rushed us in and out; never once listening what was truly going on with him. She spoke over me and had the worst patient care. She did not help my son in anyway. We are now seeking other medical treatment at this time. It is sad to see that a doctor from children’s hospital provided such horrible care.

Wait times are long, Staff is unfriendly. Phone number is CONSTANTLY busy. I have been trying to call for 3 days for a follow-up and can't get through. It has been busy for 3 days - even calling every 10 minutes. Although billing seems to be available to call 100 times a day because they can't figure out how to bill insurance. Once I saw the doctor, he was ok - although the 2nd visit, the new doctor apparently hadn't read the chart and had no idea what the last doctor had said or recommended. Looking up another dermatologist now.

Soonest we could get an appointment was two weeks out and as soon as she walked in she said, "I don't really have a lot of time, I have seven other patients waiting". Terrible experience.
