Today was my first time coming here, and I loved the service that they provided me and my child. Everyone was very friendly and kind. This is the place I will be taking my children from now on.

I'm not sure about the other reviews but we had a great experience. My 4 year old daughter was very excited to be checked in. She even told them "I love this place!" Everybody greets you with a warm welcome and they are good with kids. Dennis, the hygenist was very patient he was like a big brother to my daughter. I highly recommend this to parents.

Disappointed. Extremely crowded waiting room, unfriendly front desk staff & way too long of a wait. I actually walked out & bailed on my son’s appointment after a 30 min wait and no one being called back. Will look elsewhere for a pediatric dentist.

My son had an appointment scheduled for 9:30am this morning for his routine visit. After a half hour of not being called back, we asked when we would be seen. The very unfriendly reception associates said they were waiting on a room. Several other children that came in after us went into their appointments. At 10:30am, an hour AFTER our SCHEDULED visit, they still did not have a room ready for my son's appointment. An HOUR after. I left without having our son seen today and no one cared. I understand being backed up but this is a pediatric dentist. Kids do not have as much patience as adults and to try to wrangle a 2 year old for an hour is pretty difficult. Not to mention the complete lack of care from the desk that he had been waiting an hour already with no timeframe given about when he would be seen. Your staff needs to be trained better at this location and should be more informative when it comes to younger children.

I called Wednesday and received an emergency appointment for Thursday. I was very pleased with the swiftness of appointment and the care my grandson was given.

The waiting area was fun and enjoyable for my 3 year old; however, we waited for a half hour and nothing. I finally approached the front desk and they finally sent someone. Maybe my expectations were high because they advertise as a "children's" dentist, but the hygienist barely interacted with my little man. Not very personable. I do have to say that when the dentist came in she was extremely friendly and personable. Overall, not the best experience and will not return.

Do not go here they told me my daughter had all these cavities and, needed all this work done they told me she,had to go to the or to get it done and,it was going to coast 2000 dollars so bc i didn't get it done there and went else where they called dhs on me. I took her to another dentist and she only has 4 cavities and not the 10 they said so I would not recommend them we are thinking about sueing them i almost lost my child

My daughter and I like Children’s Dental Health overall but today’s visit was a bit confusing. I was told by the receptionist that my daughter was in for seal on her teeth but I thought it was for routine cleaning and check up. But once in the back the hygienist told me about 3-4 things they were going to do. So I let them know what we had time for and rescheduled the other stuff for a later date. Today was the first time we experienced something like that there. Other then that we like the office and the staff.

Amy Lowe

Staff was friendly, the kids loved it. Scheduling new patient appointments was painless and both my kids got appointments at the same time.

Whitney Evelyn

Quick. Pleasant and my kid always leaves happy! Excellent.

Penny Wright

Everyone at this office was so nice, friendly and professional. They all took great care of my three year old and didn't judge or say anything negative about her cavities.

We have been going there for years. Staff is great, and they did an amazing job on my daughters (4) first cavity. I was more nervous than she was and they not only accommodated her but me as well! Never wait more than 10 minutes and they are great about rescheduling if needed. Kids love the waiting room and toy tower!

Cero estrellas left me almost an hour in line and never answered and did not return my call

Early this year we had an appointment for my kids. It was free cleaning for kids. I was paying attention to how they cleaning. The cleaning was low quality, they were in rash to do it quickly. I thought it is free cleaning that way they did not do a good job. Since it was our first experience in the US to visit a dentist and I knew only this clinic, I made an appointment on 09/19/19 for my son. In the top of my son's baby tooth permanent tooth was coming out and we were wondering which is better to remove baby tooth now to make room for permanent or leave it until it will come out by itself. I mention a problem clearly 3 times. Once by phone, second when we arrived, and third when they asked me what a problem. The receptionist told me it will be $95 for today. But they did 3 x-rays, one related to the problem which we asked and 2 not related to our problem, which is not necessary to do it (attached). The nurse who accepted us and did x-ray bring us to the room and she told me that the doctor will come. But the doctor did not come. She came later and said to me what the doctor said to her. I asked the question she did not know and she was going back and forwards between me and doctor. I said can doctor come to us I can ask my question directly to him/her? She asked the doctor and doctor did not come at all. Finally, the nurse said that the doctor said until you don't have pain you are fine. That was a consultation which I got from them. They trying to find something and charge you more money. They charged me $205, which is not fair. I did not get a consultation from the doctor. I hope I will not go to this clinic in the future. It was weird and low-quality services. My Conclusion believe to negative review they is true positive may be fake.

ZERO STARS.. Had a horrific experience at Children's Dental Health Associates in Plymouth meeting. Wanted to encourage parents to be wary of this 'new children's dental practice. I took my 3 kids out of school early today for an appointment. After I sat and filled out 45 pages of "forms", they told they do not accept my insurance. Mind you, I gave my insurance information over the phone when I made the appointment, and they said nothing then. They offered me the option of paying out of pocket. My kids missed half a day of school for nothing. Poor management and lack of organization at best.. bait and switch to get parents to pay out of pocket at worse. STAY AWAY..

The staff was very friendly and my son seemed to have fun throughout the visit. The Dr. asked numerous times if she could answer any questions that I may have and she was very specific when explaining the steps they took.
