I have.been at Ambler Pediatrics for over 9 years and I couldn’t say enough wonderful things about the practice, doctors and nurses. It is a mom and pop office with all the modern knowledge and amenities of big “chain” practice. If I call with a concern I receive a call back with in the hour. If I need a sick appointment for one of my children I get an appoinment the same day. I feel like they have made me a more confident parent because of the abundance of knowledge and support that they provide to to the entire family.

We LOVE Ambler Pediatrics! Dr. Serota and Dr. Johnson are terrific and so knowledgeable and JoAnn is the absolute best! Everyone on the staff, from the receptionist to the nurses and billing folks, are all so kind and caring. It really has that ‘family’ practice feel, we’ve always been seen right away and call backs in off hours have always been quick. Highly recommend for personalized, expert care!

I have never been so disappointed in and insulted by—not just a practice—but its head practitioner. Without going into personal details, I can just say that, in my experience, I have never had any doctor treat me with such condescension and a lack of compassion. As a result, my family decided to leave the practice for another for the physical and emotional wellness we deserve.

Worst, most unsympathetic receptionist I ever encountered. Definitely not interested in welcoming new patients. I'm in the process I'm switching pediatricians, and I simply asked if this office prescribes Tamiflu for children exhibiting symptoms in a household with adults who have the flu. This information is important to me because I have a sick child and some pediatricians in the area do not prescribe tamiflu. The receptionist was antagonistic and at one point sarcastic. I couldn't believe it. I will definitely not consider Ambler Pediatrics based on this terrible experience.
