The receptionists make you feel very awkward.

This place wants you to bring your kid to them instead of using urgent care elsewhere but when you call and tell them about the sick kid its like impossible to get an appointment. The staff is friendly today and cold the next. I don't get it.

My kid has autism and the way doctors deal with him here is exceptional. We love Dr. Backer and Dr. Anderson.

Have been going to them since my son was born, 8 years now. All of the doctors are incredibly thorough, spend meaningful time talking with you, and go above and beyond to take care of your family's needs. They're just all around caring, competent and it's obvious the entire staff genuinely cares about your child's well-being, as well as yours.

I arrive 15 minutes late for my appointment. The nurse reminds me what time my appointment was and I apologize. She blatantly rolls her eyes and shakes her head at me. How is it acceptable for this practice to let me sit in the lobby or in a room for 30 minutes every time but the one time in 4 years I’ve been late to an appointment this is the response? Are customers allowed to treat the staff like garbage and dismiss apologies when they make us wait? I’ve had multiple miserable nurses at this location. I have yet to meet anyone at the front desk that isn’t rude.

One of the best pediatric practices in Chester County Hospital. Have had a very nice experience so far. They have good experienced doctors at this office. Sick appointments are easy to get compared to other practices around the locality.
