Dr Mathai has been an absolute lifesaver, my family is extremely busy and all over the place all the time. With his flexibility and easy connecting through text message from not only him but his office staff. It has been a wonderful experience. I recommend him to everybody. The monthly fee is well worth it, I don’t have co-pays anymore and I feel like my health care is more personable, catered and structured to exactly what I need. Unlike a regular clinic would decide what I need. We have gotten to know Dr Mathai over the last Few years. We followed him from Providence when we found out that he had left. It was the best decision we have made for our entire family, we have six children and they will all see Dr. Mathai. We’ve been with Dr Mathai since he opened his new clinic and I have had so much more resolution to my health conditions that I’ve had ever had before. He spends as much time as necessary with me, and has already help me in a couple emergency situations that I would’ve spent hours in the emergency room for. Again my time is very important and the value of my time being freed up well outweighs the cost of monthly Membership.

The exceptional Dr Yusuf Mathai has helped save my life when no one else would. In 27 years I hadn’t met a single dr like him. I had the pleasure of finding him in 2017 when chronic Lyme disease took over my life. He has never, ever let me down. He has always been there for me when I needed his help, and never makes me feel like an annoyance or burden even during the times when he had patient load of 2,900 people. Prior to meeting him, I had gone through 5 other doctors in less than a year who could not help me or who terminated me because of the complexity of my disease. A highly skilled physician in medicine and humanity is what he is. His medical assistant Jess is wonderful and makes scheduling and picking up prescriptions or medications very easy and stress free. Direct Primary Care is changing the lives of patients, allowing them to receive true health care, and is helping to create a much better chance at building true, trustworthy and meaningful relationships with our doctors. This is exactly what every patient needs.
