I absolutely love this doctors office! The staff are always helpful and nice. All my children see Dr. Kittams, he's great. I've never had any problems with scheduling appointments, and the fact they are open on the weekends is a huge plus. I'd highly recommend this clinic.

Dr. Sniffen thoroughly humiliated my 15-year-old son.

When questioning about vaccine safety they will extremely hot tempered. They kicked out our family from their clinic when asking about the safety in their MMR vaccine. Straight from the CDC lists: Formaldehyde, Benzethonium Chloride, Glutaraldehyde, Mercury, 2-Phenoxyethanol, aluminum. I didn't know that asking about safety of their vaccine would prompt them to take us out of their system. We simply found these ingredients on the CDC website and just called to ask about it, boy did they get mad. Our kids have been going there for years. Since Dr Palmer has left they have not been so great-- Question this clinic before you bring your children there.

Doctors are great but the nurses and receptionists are extremely rude

Our family has been going to Dr. Pai at Olson Pediactric for almost 4 years. We have always felt listened to and cared about by both Dr. Pai and her nurse Megan. Our first child hasn’t been easy (anxiety) and they are always so kind and thoughtful helping him. We are beyond thankful for Olson.

This is The best pediatric clinic I’ve ever experienced, all of the staff is very helpful and professional. Each time I’ve brought my newborn there I feel like every single staff member does their best to make our experience Pleasant and efficient. I don’t want to take my baby anywhere else, it’s so wonderful I’m even switching my older two children to this clinic. Thanks Olsen pediatrics !

I have 2.5 yr old twins and I am glad that I chose Olson pediatrics. Doctors are very caring and staffs are very responsive and helpful. When we were new to town and my daughter got sick, they immediately gave me an appointment to see a doctor. My daughter was a new patient and the doctor saw her on Saturday. I appreciate all the effort that the doctors and staffs put on my kids.

Their service looks like highway robbery. Doctor looked at child’s would, said “ well done “. I took care of his wound. Vaccinations were done to prevent infections, and I have to pay $676 bill.

Dr.Elizabeth Graff is absolutely the most wonderful pediatrician! Our children have seen her since birth and they look forward to every appointment. She is thoughtful and insightful and takes time to consider each of their specific personalities and needs- we really appreciate how thorough and attentive she is.

Wonderful clinic with caring doctors and a great support staff. The nurses are always kind and informed, the doctors do a wonderful job of informing you, listening to you, and making sure your children are cared for. In over ten years of bringing my children here, I've been extremely happy.

We have been going to see Dr. Pai since the birth of my daughter, who is now 3. My 6 month old son sees her as well. She is a wonderful, caring individual, while I sincerely enjoy seeing. I feel she takes the time to educate us when needed, and has my kids best interests at heart. The staff is always friendly, and go above and beyond to make sure we have a good experience. They are available through extended hours if we have something urgent come up, and are quick to get back to us if we need to call after hours. I've always been pleased with the care my children have received, and I expect to continue going to them for a long time to come.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. The staff is friendly, and they promptly return phone calls and follow up with me. Dr. Harper is fabulous, and we have been impressed with the other doctors we have seen when she wasn’t available.

We stopped going here because I was given a vaccine list with the same last name as my child's but a different first name. I nearly had a heart attack. They tried to double vaccinate my daughter. If you have low expectations then you'll like this place but for me, I want a trustworthy Dr and this place is slacking big time. Big disappointment

I've been taking my kids here for a few years now and I've had some mixed experiences. First the good - all the nurses we've seen are super nice, gentle, and caring. They have weekend hours which is nice when one of the kids comes down with something Friday night. We usually see Dr. Graff and she's nice. Also a nice parking lot with lots of spaces, and good overall location. Now the bad - once they assign you to a doctor, they don't let you see anybody else, and I mean they WILL NOT let you. Obviously, this poses a lot of problems with scheduling if your doctor is booked up. And if you don't like the doctor they assign you to, I guess you're sort of stuck. If you go in for an emergency appointment on the weekend, you'll see whoever is on call but that's the only time. Overall, this rule irks me to no end. As a side note, we once saw Dr. Hoffman on the weekend, and I don't recommend him. My son was in pain and suffering from something mysterious and he thought it was anemia - my son ate a lot of pumpkin at the time so he was a little orange so I told him this and said with my own medical background, and knowing what my son was eating, I really didn't think it was anemia. But he said he'd been practicing a long time and he'd bet his career on it, and got very patronizing, and then made my toddler go through a blood draw, struggling and screaming. His nurse called me later to tell me it was NOT anemia. I asked well then what is it? What do we do next to figure this out? And she said she didn't know, and didn't have any ideas, so that was all very unsettling. Mostly I was upset that he wouldn't listen to me, had no alternate ideas or plans, and then my son had to continue suffering until whatever it was passed. The other main unfortunate thing is the front office. They tend to not return phone calls about scheduling, and if you need a different prescription sent to a pharmacy, that can be an issue too. If you're a model patient and have zero questions or needs, they're great. But they don't seem to know much about the rules of your insurance plan, so don't rely on them to know that. Example: They told me for years that my kids needed to have their well checks spaced at least 365 days apart, and since their birthdays are early Nov, this eventually means Xmas break has posed scheduling issues, forcing us to look into January. I've been trying to make their joint appts for a month now, and the office has told me they'll check on dates and call me back. They never did. They called yesterday to *remind me to schedule,* so I explained the whole thing, and the lady told ME to call my insurance and see if the appts have to be every 365 days or once per calendar year. I called insurance this morning and it's once per calendar year, so now I'm panicking, trying to get them in before the end of the year so they get a well check this year! I called back to see if I could move it up before the 365-day mark and the lady was very rude, and told me "the kids who booked months in advance have those appointments" - well I've been trying to book for a month but you never called me back, AND I've been trusting you that I couldn't have booked sooner!!! I think maybe the front office stuff might be due to poor software and messages maybe get lost, or calls never get made. They seem like good people, and I don't think they choose not to call people back or pass on prescription-related messages. Whatever the reason though, I'm getting to where I've had enough with scheduling issues and people being snippy over the phone. :(

We have been taking our kids to see Dr. Hoffman for almost 24 years now. He is always kind, listens to what we say and gives thoughtful answers. We have always been able to get in quickly when our kids are sick and they don’t make you wait a long time in the waiting room.

I have been taking my son to See Dr. Hoffman for almost 8 years. This last year we was put on medication for his adhd. He was given a new prescription that the insurance would not cover. I contacted Dr. Hoffman's nurse to inform them of the issue. They told me they would prescribe him a different strand of medication that would be accepted on the insurance. I told them it needed to be fast because it was affecting his school work and I been keeping him home. Unfortunately, I never got a call back. Nothing was ever handled and I had to keep my son out if school for the entire last week. When it really mattered they didn't care. I called several times and voiced how important it wad and they completely dropped the ball. My son did not matter to them in the least. I will not be finding a new doctor who cares about my son's well being. Very disappointing.

Just called to see if they had a last minute appointment for this evening - they do, great! But after a brief hold, can't give it to me because we aren't current patients (we are new in town and looking for a pediatrician, which I explained). I shared that my daughter is in pain and I'm worried she has an infection in an open wound. They said they could see her on Monday. Makes no sense.

We love Dr. Kittams and they have always taken as much time answering our questions as we need. The nurses are great with the kids too. The fact they are open on the weekend is a huge plus. Has saved us a bunch of trips to urgent care or the ER.

Erin Montgomery

We adore Dr. Graff and all of her partners at this clinic. My children receive excellent care and we look forward to all of our visits.

Miriam Thomas

They discriminate children who's parents will not vaccinate for religious reason; they refuse to see them.
