Great clinic. All 3 of my kids see Dr. Edward Hammel and he’s the best!!

I've been going to this clinic with my kids for 15 years. Dr. Barsotti has seen all five of my kids and he has always been caring and compassionate and straight forward. I only give one less star because there have been times where the wait is way too long but it is a popular clinic. I have even met people that new our Dr. And took their kids to him as well. I also know that they do good things for the community.

Everyone here is always so friendly and happy. Our pediatrician is Dr. Lincoln and I could not be more happy with someone like him. He's great with kids very experienced and has great connections with a lot of the other hospitals and doctors in the area when needing referrals for other practices.

Dr Mooney is all three of my kids is pediatrician she's absolutely amazing we switched from another pediatric clinic that was just not a good place I am completely thrilled to have Dr Mooney as there pediatrician she is always kind respectful and smiling my kids love her I love her and what makes it even better is that they actually know my kids not just a chart can't say enough good things about this place

I love this pediatrician office. My kids are always seen quickly and they do a great job of checking out my kids completely and follow up care. I highly recommend Dr. Mooney. She's so warm and compassionate. She also is a great doctor. One of my kids was having signs of appendicitis but the ER said she was fine. I took her to Dr Mooney who agreed with me that something wasn't right. She sent us to Randalls childrens hospital and within 8 hours of her original appointment with dr Mooney my daughter was having her appendix removed. Luckily it had not errupted as dr Mooney caught it in time. 24 hours later we were home and my child feels fine. Not even a scar! This is the kind of care every mother needs for her child.

I love my kids doctor at metro. She is absolutely amazing. She actually listens to what I say and what my children say about what is going on with them. Most of my childrens past drs just ignored me and my concerns. My son has breathing issues she is the first dr he has ever had that listened and did testing to ensure he was receiving the right treatment. Asked for feed back during the time we were trying meds. If I ever have to take them in to urgent care or the hospital I always receive a follow up call from them. When my daughter had suffered a severe concussion they created an emergency walk in appointment for her to be seen right away. I love metropolitan pediatrics

I had a top-notch experience with. Dr Collins. I've never met a doctor quite like her. The appointment felt like I went into a time machine, back to a day when doctors had the luxury of spending time with their patients and caring for them holistically. She seems to have a true passion for her job as well as genuine compassion for her patients and their families. She has a very warm demeanor and is quite knowledgeable from her many years of experience and her drive to keep up on the cutting edge of medicine. Dr Collins is very generous with the time that she spends to take care of her patient's needs, answer any questions, and quell any concerns. I would recommend her to anybody without hesitation.

We recently changed insurance providers and I mainly chose Metropolitan Pediatrics because of the amazing reviews from other parents, it is close to home and had a 5-star rating in terms of coordinated care. On our visit, we met Dr. Collins, who was down to earth, very deliberate in her care and asked my budding preteen questions that seemed silly, but it made me aware of where my daughter "stands" in terms of her overall mental health. We left feeling great; all of our questions were answered. Everyone from reception, to the techs to Dr. Collins were really nice and I'm very happy to have established care with Metropolitan Pediatrics.

Once my daughter was born I set up her first appointment and I’m so happy with my decision. We have been visiting Meteopolitan Pediatrics for almost 2 years now, and everyone is professional and very accommodating to schedule an appointment. I really appreciate that they have a staff of Pediatricians so if your Dr. is not available, someone else can typically see your child the same day as requested. They also offer weekend hours because we all know when having a child, that is a must. Dr. Katherine Hyde (previously Katherine Cotterell) is fantastic! She is pleasant, professional, and takes the time to get to know them. Both of my kids enjoy their visits with her. We appreciate her caring nature, and she is by far the best Pediatrician we have experienced so far. I highly recommend Dr. Hyde and we are so glad to have her assistance with our kids.

It was amazing that we were able to come in on a Sunday! The advice nurse made it sound like didn’t need to come in but I could if I wanted to get my son looked at (that’s the minus one star because of the advice nurse). It almost made me unsure about bringing him in but my mom instinct was correct and I am glad I brought him in! After a few test he was diagnosed with pneumonia and treatment is already working! Plus Dr. Hyde followed up personally the next day to check on my son! Amazing care!

I brought my very nervous 4 year old in for a flu shot. The front desk staff greeted me the minute I walked in the door. Teresa helped check me in and reviewed the form with me. I had a less than 5 minute wait in the waiting room before Hayley called us back. This was the first time my son received a vaccination in his arm so I was a little nervous of how he would react but Hayley was so quick and smooth he didn't even notice the poke! We were in and out in just a couple minutes and with zero tears. It makes me so happy knowing that even after vaccinations my son leaves with a smile on his face! Thank you so much :)

Finally, a professional clean caring doctor right next to our home on Mount Scott. You Rock! Metropolitan Pediatrics in Happy Valley ! From the minute my son and I walked through those doors we felt like we had found that small town doctors office that we were looking for. We are from Santa Barbara County and lived 6 years in Sisters Oregon, a very warm small community and we were looking for You! In this big city area it’s difficult to find a place that will slow down and talk to you like you are family. The 24 year old or so secretary that was seated up front was so warm and friendly from the moment we came in, as well as another woman who was multitasking with a headpiece, very impressive. I couldn’t help but to drop all my worries and just let the visit ride . We saw Dr. Lincoln quickly and he really helped my shy 13 year old son feel like he wanted to ask questions about his body, losing the look of worry. He has survived bullying and I watch closely how people treat him of course and Dr. Lincoln was a good doctor . You now have a new patient! Thank you Metropolitan Pediatrics

AWFUL experience! Sadly the doctor that I saw was very nice but the medical assistant who gave my child his vaccine was the most unprofessional, rude person I have ever met. I have no idea why she is working with children as she clearly was annoyed and did not even try to interact with my child. Vaccines are already traumatic enough the last thing you need is a horrific person giving your child a shot to make the visit even more traumatic for your child. I will never return to this location or let that person near my child ever again.

My wife was the one set us up for this clinic for our 4 year old son. See our original pediatrician moved out of town, and we had to find a new one. I've met two of the Doctors practicing there, and very pleasantly impressed by both of them, and not only them but the staff. Great pediatric care! I love that the office is close to my home. Dr. Lincoln is my son’s pediatrician and he is awesome! Him and his staff are always there to address any issues/concerns We may have. I’m usually able to get quick answers through the messaging portal. I love that there is weekend care as I have had to take my son in on a Sunday. The nurse advice line is also helpful. Whenever I’m in the office we never have to wait long.

Called and let the staff know we were going to be late to our appointment. The person on the phone said they understand that and to still come in . The lady at the front desk was not the same lady on the phone and let me know I was late. It felt great. Also they could not see us or my son. This was a huge miss communication and wouldn't have drove in I could've rescheduled. Anyway your attitude needs adjustment. And didn't need to make me drive in and make me feel like a moron.

Dr. Lincoln and the staffs are very helpful and caring. As a new mom, being new in this area as well, it’s such a great comfort to have a place I can trust when my daughter is sick. They have an operator for 24 hours to talk to a nurse, so you will never feel left alone when you need help in caring your child. I highly recommend them to anyone.

We love Dr Barsotti he's magic. Super experienced (knows what's going on from his brain memory), kind, gentle, he remembers us every time, super thorough. The assistants are also thorough, super sweet demeanor and knowledgeable with good sanitary practices. They take blood and give shots with ease and minimal pain. The reception is always friendly and knowledgeable at all times, no matter what. The clinic overall is a super clean and well maintained location with a welcoming waiting area that caters to everyone. I have never been disappointed here and super highly recommend. My daughter had her by annual checkup with Dr. Collins at Metropolitan Pediatrics in Happy Valley yesterday. As with any pediatric clinic situations can arise that are out of the staff and doctors control with the many children and parents that they see each day which can lengthen the time of appointment you have there. Although they were running behind with their scheduled appointments due to unforeseen circumstances Dr. Collins never made us feel rushed through our appointment with her. She spent quality time with my daughter asking questions, listening, and offering advice for her new adventure in high school as a freshman. We've been going to this clinic since my daughter was 4 and she's now 15. ALL STAFF there are professional and excellent with the kiddos! I HIGHLY recommend this clinic!

I called over the weekend with concerns about my LO. The advice nurse called me back almost immediately and recommended I come in the next day. She was able to get me an appointment with my pediatrician because of their flexible schedule and later hours. They took some labs and my physician was off the following day and took the time to follow up with me regarding labs. I was amazed at how much she cared. She walked me through everything, gave us a gameplan based on different scenarios and showed me how much she truly cared about my LO. Best pediatrician ever! Dr. Cotterell I appreciate you!

Dr Cotterell/Hyde is seriously amazing. Our two sons have seen her since birth and we couldn't be happier. To say our oldest hates going to the dr is an understatement, yet she makes the visit easy for us. She is wonderful with kids and can easily manage completing a thorough visit even when our kids are out of control and screaming. Dr. Lincoln, amazing, so supportive, I always leave feeling like super mom. He genuinely cares about my kids, listens to all my paranoid mom questions, speaks in a way I can fully understand and shows empathy when we’re facing obstacles. Staff is super friendly, often my older boy has to attend appointments with my newborn and they always pepper him with attention so not to feel left out or ignored. With all the shots for babies in the first couple years, we’ve been grateful too for the nurses who are super fast with the unfun parts of the visits. Online MyChart works great and we’ve gotten responses quickly for questions outside of appointments.
