Friendly staff as always, love our nurse, and our doctor (Dr.Lau) is super friendly and informative! Receptionists always friendly and they always take us in even if we’re 10 mins late (of course we call ahead of time!) Recommend taking your little one here :)

Weather in person or on the phone, they'll nswer all or questions and make sure we have all the information we need. We love our Doc Lori Anderson and all the staff we have encountered in the office is always helpful.

Dr. Peter Gyerko has been the family pediatrician for all 3 of my sons, and my granddaughter, now for more years then either of us probably care to admit. From being a comfort to a scared pair of 18 year old new parents, to being there for shots and checkups, and counseling, and emergencies... Dr Gyerko has been family to us and we have followed the practice wherever they went. I'm only sorry it only took me 24 years to write a review highly recommending Metropolitan Pediatrics.

We met Dr Gyerko yesterday. He is my child's new pediatrician. I was so impressed with his down to earth communication, my child was very comfortable talking with this doctor. I work with Doctors every day, as I work on a large local hospital, and I am pleased and impressed by how thorough this Doctor was with my child. I am happy to have made this transition to Dr Gyerko's care.

The front desk staff contained at least one individual who liked to bark orders at patients and act impatient when patient responses weren't quick enough. The front desk team talked at length about their time off schedule, loud enough that the waiting room could clearly hear who would be off and when. Tacky, obviously inappropriate, and displaying a lack of employee awareness of why they're there and the job they're doing.

I was visiting home for the holidays with my 7 week old and she got sick and needed to be seen, I called here and was told to call the next morning and would be able to be seen that day. When I called I was then told they wouldn’t see my daughter because she wouldn’t be a patient there since we were just visiting... I couldn’t believe they wouldn’t see my sick newborn all because I wouldn’t be able to be a long term patient there.. especially being told the day before that she could be seen. The receptionist was very nice but this was super upsetting to me.

Best pediatric care ever! Not just our doctor but the entire staff. They are truly caring individuals. They listen to each issue and always have a plan of action. My feelings and beliefs matter to this office. All 6 of my children feel safe and respected.I feel truly blessed to have such an amazing pediatric staff to care for my children. 5 stars easy!

We have been taking our now 4 year old daughter here since she was born. While we liked her doctor a lot, this practice has cost us a lot of missed sleep, and extra money for ER visits by being unresponsive and unwilling to help us with urgent issues after hours/weekends. They collected on a bill for providing less than satisfactory service when my daughter's ear piercing became infected. After multiple calls, Melissa, the office manager promised it was being removed from our account, but not only was it not removed but they called me at home to collect. It's unbelievable. All they cared about was that I wrote a bad review, not that we had to pay for an unnecessary ER trip because we needed different antibiotics. Not great for customer satisfaction. In our experience, you cannot get a doctor to call you off hours/weekends from this practice. Just the advice nurse, who cannot prescribe medication etc. If you have an issue off hours, just go to urgent care or the ER.

Dr. Stephanie Sari is both of our girls' doctor and we absolutely love her and would highly recommend her to all of our family/friends! She always cares about our concerns and asks us what we had questions about our daughters health or whatever else we needed to talk about. She really takes time to get to know you as the parent, but the child(ren) as well and that really means something to both me and my husband. Even more of a plus that our oldest daughter just adores her too! We loved her so much that she is our youngest daughters doctor as well. It's nice that she can see the both of our girls from newborn, until now. The office staff is amazing as well. They all just care so much. Thank you for the wonderful work you all do at Gresham Metropolitan Pediatrics! My husband and myself plan on keeping Dr. Stephanie Sari as our daughters doctor until they are of age to move to another doctors office!

Nihilism Is the Only Way

went in for flu shot for the little guy and literally only took minutes! and that's waiting in the waiting room, getting the actual shot, and signing the consent all together! (then I got MY flu shot at a pharmacy... had to wait about 25 min and wasn't nearly as good experience as Metro Peds!) the speed and professionalism definitely made our visit much less unpleasant than i thought it would be! was very pleased!

I wrote a review on one of the doctors but it disappeared so I am going to repeat myself. Dr. Mary in particular uses fear technique in making you vaccinate your child. She seems very nice and understanding at first and then no matter what you say or what your reasons are she will fire you from the hospital and refuse care if you don’t follow at least partially the vaccine schedule. I am not sure it is legal to refuse a service if the parent chooses to not vaccinate. Maybe next time instead of using fear of my child’s death using some actual knowledge…would be helpful. Like how to activate immune response in a natural way or how to eat healthier, or how to do other things to help your child build an immune system that is not altered by a needle injection that bypasses a natural way the decease would develop. Anyhow, since now I know this hospital erases the reviews I will be checking it more frequently. And reposting if I have to

We absolutely love Metropolitan Pediatrics! My 4 children have been going there for almost 10 years. We see Dr. Mary Egsieker but over the years we have seen a few other doctor's there too. They are all amazing, including the nurses, Dr. Ryan their psychologist, CNA's & everyone else on their staff. I love that they are available for "urgent care" during the weekends so that we dont have to wait forever in an unfamiliar clinic or hospital ER. They are patient and respect me as a mother. I also love that I feel heard in my concerns and never feel rushed or stupid for asking a question. Thank You Metro Peds for taking such great care of my family!

I could not be more more thrilled with the great care my 3 kids get from Dr Stephanie and the staff at metropolitan Pediatrics. Dr Stephanie is so great with kids and empathetic to their needs and consents. She very kind and thorough with her exams and takes the time to address all concerns. At my daughters 2 week post birth appointment Dr. Stephanie noticed a small almost peach fuzz patch of hair at the base of her spine, she recommended we do some testing just to check for spinabifida or tethered cord, just to be on the safe side. It turned out she did have a tethered cord and had surgery to correct at 8 months old. When telling the surgeon and nurses the story of how it was found and so early they all responded with praise "Great Dr! For catching it so early!" I feel very blessed to have such a great pediatrician who seems to truly love what she does and her patients.

I really enjoy the staff here, they are very kind and friendly. Helpful on all things, and quick to get back to you on any questions or concerns. Our son's doctor is awesome, we took our son to a couple different places before picking Metro Pediatric, almost all of them had me worried about something or another, one went as far as telling us our jaundiced son, was having life threatening things happen to him, they didn't tell me it was perfectly natural for an infants jaundice to increase before declining, but our doctor at Metro Pediatric did, he explained it very well, and gave us details other places did not. I would HIGHLY recommend this clinic to people looking for kind, caring, and helpful doctors to look after their little ones.

The scheduling staff check the time understanding the urgency for why my newborn needed to see his doctor. This made me feel at ease because it felt as though they put my son as if it was their own and they were understanding the care that was needed. Dr. Nikki is amazing she's honest truthful and pretty much just straight forward and I can trust that even though I know a lot of people nowadays don't like hearing the truth. She always make sure to ask questions and make sure that you understand what she is trying to explain and puts your child's needs at the top of the list this is why they get a 5-star rating from me.

Not a fan of this place. Both of my kids have been going there since birth. All they do is push vaccines at every visit without getting to the bottom of the actual problem. My oldest has been having gastrointestinal problems for the last eight years (since birth) I have asked for allergy/intolerance testing and any other testing and nothing has been done. Every time my daughter complains of stomach pain I would bring her and would be told to “scare her so she would stop complaining” by doing blood draw. She has been absolutely traumatized since four years old. After 8 years of dealing with this ridiculous doctors office I switched to a naturapath Doctor who took the time to listed and learn about my daughters symptoms. They were quickly able to find out that she had dairy and gluten intolerance. We have since adjusted her diet and she has been feeling a lot better. I will never go back to this office again because other than pushing vaccines they are good for nothing.
