This man is kind and gentle and yet extremely professional. He has managed to hire a fantastic team to surround himself. Even super busy, they all manage a smile and have the ability to make you feel as though you are the only patient for the day. If you didn’t open the curtain around the bed and see all the movement, you would not believe how busy they are. His work is impeccable. The process at times seems unnecessary until you go thru it and realize how valuable and necessary it actually was. You are prepped with knowledge and can feel as though you can handle anything. OSI is also one of the best facilities we have experienced... and we have gone thru 9 surgeries as a family in 6 months at other facilities.

My new hip from 4 years ago has been a life saver. I quickly recovered from the surgery without any problems. I highly recommend Dr. Ballard and his assistant Mike who got me going after a hip injection (other hip) for bursitis recently.
