This woman is a FILTHY Rat for CPS. She purposely TRIED to keep my Grand daughter UNJUSTLY in a hospital for CPS to CORNER my daughter for an UNJUST cause. This is True and when the CPS showed at my daughter's home, he called the Police to "Back him up". Well, it did NOT work in his favor. The police investigated the child and spoke with parents. The Police MADE CPS Leave telling him "There was NOTHING to see." This Doctor is a PIECE of FILTH For CPS.

I have taken my sons girlfriend to this office a couple times now and honestly do not appreciate the attitude she is given by the ladies at the counter. I am an office manager for a large firm and every one of my staff greets any and every person that walks through our doors regardless of our jobs. She is a teen mother and has been left standing idle at the counter while the lady at the desks finishes her work. There is no "good morning be right with you" or "hello" No acknowledgment what so ever. Also upon leaving we were asked to schedule and upon preparing to do so made to wait again while two women finished up a conversation. This is highly rude and should NOT be how patients/clients are treated. Not to mention we had already been waiting for our appointment that was running 30 min. or so behind (which wasn't even a problem, things happen) I really do hope some upper management reviews other patients and handles this situation accordingly. There are plenty of good people looking for work. My recommendation is if they have other complaints and do not like doing their job properly then find another one where you can ignore people or start treating with the same respect you would like to be given!

We LOVE the doctors here. We have not had to go to the urgent care once! They have always made same day apt’s when needed and upon a allergic reaction to a medication saw is as a walk in! I have never been happier. Thank you Eugene Pediatrics

I am very happy with my experience at this clinic. Dr. Bradshaw is awesome, and really makes you feel comfortable, and confident in her care. She’s an exceptional pediatrician, who knows how to interact with children (and their parents). I would most definitely recommend.

I have been taking my daughter here since I moved to eugene in 2010. We have had amazing treatment from both of her doctors here . They are always able to get her same day appointments when its emergent. My daughter has a few big health issues and they are great at getting her the referrals to the specialist that she needs. Dr. Bradshaw also does some Q&A live videos on Facebook which are very helpful . I would definitely reccomend this office for your littles in your life !

After my preferred pediatrician left the office (Dr. WhitneyBenz, an angel among doctors), I’ve had nothing but issues with this ‘doctors’ office. I put ‘doctor’ in quotations because apparently your child has to be DYING to be seen. Not to mention the double insurance EOB’s I’ve been receiving for the same visit (billed out as two separate exams for one date of service). Yesterday I tried to get my sick infant and 3 year old in at the same time (we drive approx 45 mins) and was informed only the Dr can authorize double bookings and the office was unwilling to call and ask. It’s asinine to tell a sleep deprived Mother to choose between her sick children to see who gets well (& reinfected) faster. I asked if they could please call the Dr to confirm and was met with a tart ‘sounds like you need urgent care then’. And my issues were dismissed on the spot. Silly me, I thought that’s why I had a pediatrician for my kids
