GREAT dental care! I was able to do a walk in and I didn't have to wait to long. I had to get a tooth extraction. Which is 40 dollars per tooth extraction and they can only extract one tooth per walk in. (luckily mine was just one molar) they go over everything you need to know about taking care and cleaning the area so you won't get a dry socket. They are all really nice doctors and nurses. :)

I called today to get information as a first time dental patient, and boy oh boy the girl that was on the phone was very short with me, rude, and very disrespectful. She started speaking Spanish to someone next to her while i was speaking to her in English! I couldn't believe it. She kept repeating herself and not listening to me and my question. It was very disappointing. I had to call the office at the osu-okc campus to get my questions answered and treated with respect. Ill be going to the south location in the morning and i pray to God that it all goes well because i really need some dental help. Im in pain and my gums are infected.

If I could give 0 stars I would... Parents with joint custody PLEASE be aware of the child therapist at this location. Gina Poison is very unethical and if you have joint custody of your children with the other parent she will counsel them without BOTH parents consent. Literally every other therapist I have spoken too has told me this is unethical! Parents should be warned about this woman!!!! Staff will give you a difficult time even after signing a release of information and they will literally NEVER get back to you... parents be cautious!

You can’t do ANYTHING without them bugging you for money, it’s ridiculous!!! Even when you have Insurance, they constantly ask you about your coverage when you first arrive for the appointment and again when you leave!! You can watch them write down the charges of every single thing they did to you on that visit, before asking you about your Insurance coverage, again! Worse than a Car Dealership, wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Not alot of the workers speak english which is bad for me cause thats what i speak. Providers not very professional dont seem real knowledgeable. Facilities can be cleaner ive visited 3. No matter what is said This has been my experience for years and I am now switching to a different provider!

I went in for something so simple. To get my birthcontrol refilled cause my prescription was expired and dr. Reyes was rude and judgemental on my lifestyle. And i needed a referral to get my pap swear done else where and they bs and took their time sending it when i told them i was at the doctor's office waiting to be seen and couldnt be seen till they did so i needed it done right then so because they cant do their jobs correctly i had to reschedule my appointment amd wasted my day. So irritated and annoyed right nowm Three hours later and they still haven't sent it....

My husband and I have been patients at this clinic for the last five years. I can't say enough good words about the quality care that we have received there. The staff and physicians have provided and continue to provide consistent professional, compassionate, and excellent care. The pharmacy at Variety Care is also staffed by an excellent team of pharmacists and techs who are both professional and courteous and never hesitate to answer any questions that I might have about prescriptions.

I can't express how much i love this place. They take care of everything. They are so sweet to me and listen to everything I'm concerned about and they take it seriously. I have Dr Amy for my pcp and Dr Natalie formy nutritionist and both ladies are the best so far. They actually care. I'm always in before my appt and i never wait long to see Amy. The longest i waited was maybe 10 minutes and she apologized for that which wasn't a big deal to me but that shows that they understand you have a life to get back to. The place is humongous and always clean. They hired a really good cleaning contract lol. I like that i can go in with no appt to get my lab done for my thyroid and within 24 hours I'm already getting my results. Same with my asthma, i can go up there with no appt to get a nebulizer when I'm having a hard time breathing on certain days. I have insurance but if you don't then they will work with you and set up a payment plan. All around this is the best place to go. I love it.

If you want to experience post emergency treatment financial hassle then go to this branch. They almost screwed my credit just because they are lazy on their job. All they had to do is send my payment receipt to the DLO that I already made the payment on time. I knew they do such lazy job on bills thats why i asked them three times when i made payment that ill never get a letter from their third party but i did get after 20 days. I called them three times so that they make their third party (DLO) aware of the situation but they didn't. I again talked to their Manager Maria about this today and i hope that she notifies DLO. Please don't put yourself into this just drive to somewhere else to avoid such months long harassment.

If you can wait a month for med refills, then go here. They are overbooked always even for established patients. I couldn't get in when I had bronchitis. Had to pay 4x what I would have had if they had gotten me a appointment. This sucks!

I have been waiting over a year for records to be sent, as I have moved out of state and my daughter needs to see a orthodontist , several orthodontists and secretaries have called for my daughters records as well! I have signed and emailed numerous of consent forms and requested for records over and over and over!!!!!! Over a year later and I am still contacting them and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE DOCUMENTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The gynecologist either lied or gave wrong information to me. Either way the last thing you want from your doctors is lies or wrong information. When I called to find out what happened they had attitude and took forever to answer their phone and another 3 in a half hrs to get a call back from the nurse. I would not trust this place. Especially Dr. Jamilet Gonzales. Dec 2012 I went to my appt. She basically called me a liar, gave me some pills, and said I was not pregnant because she could not find a heartbeat on her doppler. The next week, Dec 22, 2012 I went to OU ER and miscarried at 14 weeks. May 2013 I went for another appt for a proof of pregnancy as I was pregnant again. 2 weeks later she sent me for an ultrasound, when the results xame back, she told me I was carrying a sac and there was no baby. She then scheduled me for a D&C the next day... Instead I went to see another doctor in another clinic and guess what, theres a baby and it has a heartbeat!!!

Dr. Walker in dental department is awesome.She is very gentle ,I usually freak when they put the needle in my mouth .She numbed it great, I hardly felt the needle. I’ve used their dentist, and I really like it. I’m someone who dislikes going to the dentist because of the pain but I still go and the Doctors I have here are really nice in working with me on what I need and in providing comfort. Also, When I went in to do an extraction I was hesitant because I was scared it would hurt a lot, but the doctor and the student who was performing the extraction did a great job, didn’t feel a thing.

I had made an appointment nearly a month in advance, but his clerk called me literally five days before the appointment and told me he had cancelled it and the next available appointment would be... drum roll... another full month. Pitiful.

I’m not one to usually write reviews but I will for this one because they are unfair. I’ve tried calling their WIC office many many times and they never answer and today that they did answer, they left me on hold for a bit over 10 min. They should at least take 3 sec to say “give me just a few more minutes” or at least say something instead of leaving someone on hold for that long. This isn’t the first time they do this & they count it against you when you miss an appointment, when I had tried calling weeks before.

Did not even make it to my first appointment because they cancelled and did not even tell me. I only found out because I called the day before to confirm the time and the information I should bring and they had told me they cancelled. The receptionist was so kind to book me with another provider. However, it left a poor taste in my mouth and a bad feeling. I ended up finding a different provider and cancelling my appointment (because I communicate and just not show up without any prior communication) because I can't really trust this one. I am going to go with my instincts on this one. If you can't even communicate with your patients then I can't trust you.

I advised the lady who pulled my tooth on Monday that the last time I got a tooth pulled (@Dental Depo) did not numb my mouth properally. So she made sure that my mouth was fully numb before starting the procedure. She told me to raise my left arm if I felt anything during the procedure, I did, and she numbed again. 3 times total through the procedure. She was patient and kind. My extraction was very complicated because I have very little teeth. Part of the root of my tooth broke off inside my gums. She made sure she got the entire tooth out. She was very careful to ensure the procedure was completed properally. I had a very good experience here. And they are the cheapest I could find for an extraction.

STAY AWAY from this place especially the urgent care I went in with complaints of coughing for two weeks blood pressure was high sweating just not feeling well I was seen by a nurse practiner by the name of Jean Coyer she basically told me I had a cold and sent me home with steriods I had all the signs and symptoms of pneumonia and wasnt treated for it. I called back the next day and told them i wasnt feeling better I was told to follow up with my pcp to make a long story short I went to Mercy hospital a few days later and I had pneumonia.......I should have been treat for it at my visit with variety care...

I give this location a one. Why you may ask....my son had a boil and the nurses were discussing how gross lansing a boil is and how they didn't want to do it. He overheard this talk. Then instead of taking care of it in office they sent him pacing with a needle syringe to do it himself! Bad facility. They do work on a sliding scale which he appreciated but come on folks, he is 19......

I have been going to the dental facility for a few years now. My whole family did. Just a few comments about the front office.... the girls in the front office are more concerned with what the other girls in the office did this weekend, than they are with the patient care. I recently got a call (three days before my cleaning appointment) letting me know that the facility no longer takes my insurance. I understand that this will happen, but the office knew this for months and didn’t bother telling me until a few days before my appointment! I now have to find a new dentist and will probably have to wait a few weeks to a month to get in to a new dentist. This office is so disorganized and have extremely poor customer service! Every time I came for an appointment it would take several minutes for anyone to acknowledge my presence and no apology is afforded for the delay. I hope the new Dr. recognizes this and corrects the staffs poor professional behavior. The technicians are wonderful and the facility is clean and modern. It’s disfunction is all on the front end!
