Tried to take my daughter there on Sunday October 16th at 5 pm they were closed. Website says they are open till 7pm and the clinic front window says they are open till 7pm. Therefore they are false advertising their days and hours of operation.

I had had a very sore throat with big red & white bumps & I had been very congested & I was pretty sure it was strep but I wanted to be sure. Went here because I did not want to wait at the ER. Greeted in the front by a woman who was very nice the entire time I was there. Filled out paperwork, got in the back & the doctor swabbed me for strep. She then proceeded to ask the woman in the front if she was doing it right... Did the same thing with the flu test.. said both came out negative but was acting as if she wasn’t sure if she did it correctly. She then told me that sometimes the tests come out negative if they don’t swab in the correct areas & said she would prescribe me some antibiotics but my insurance would not cover it but it should help & sent me on my way NEVER finding out what was wrong with me. Very nice lady but I just feel as if she handled my care as if she was inexperienced. Won’t be going back.

Took an hour to do a physical but there was a couple people ahead of us. The nurse practitioner was nice and thorough. The front desk lady was getting very irritated with the NP cause you could tell she was ready to go home. It didnt bother me or my daughter but it was still unprofessional. Overall it was a good experience.

When you feel horrible, the first point of contact is important. Front desk at Today Urgent Care is a GEM, funny, charming and lovely. Made you feel at ease at a new place! When i was seen, I was listened to like I was an actual person and not just another wallet walking in the door. It was cheaper to be seen here than so many other locations. I will be going back next time I am feeling unwell and couldnt recommend this place more!!!

Had to go back but they were closed at this location. Went to another location and they charged me AGAIN for a visit to get it correct.

I have been doing business with these people for 4 years and never had a problem. I just left the meridian location after waiting for two hours of waiting just for them to tell me they were refusing to honor the price I had always paid. They pulled up my account and could see I was telling the truth then Anita the pa told me I needed to leave and go to another company to be seen. I called the managers office and spoke to a scott and he told me that valued their pa more than their customers . He said they would always have sick people. So after 4 years I will be taking my business elsewhere. They have undergone a lot of changes the past year it has become a horrible company with nasty offices not worth doing business with!

We are very grateful for and thrilled with the Today Clinic, their staff and their services. My husband had much difficulty finding any place he could easily and quickly get in to see a doctor or RN to get his blood pressure checked and meds filled. This was quite frustrating and a little scary. The Today Clinic, after speaking with us on the phone, saw him the same day. They were very professional, kind, and accepting of his challenges. We plan to use them for all our medical services. By the way, we are one of the millions of families that currently can not afford health insurance. But we could afford this clinic. We highly recommend the Today Clinic!

What a nice doctor office. They don't charge you a patient or record fee, just for the visit. And I do not think I have every spent as much time with a doctor on a visit. Very thorough yet efficient. I went in for what I thought was a few cracked ribs that weren't healing and found out that because of the cracked ribs, the pain caused by coughing had prevented me from coughing like I should have and started an infection in the lower respiratory tract. Good doctor, good lady up front.

I made the mistake of going here. Unfortunately I was feeling quite under the weather this afternoon so I made a stop in after I got off of work. I have zero complaints about the woman who was at the front desk, she actually helped/listened to me more than the doctor I saw, had. The doctor couldn’t even act like she cared a little bit, she was on her phone/laptop the whole time, not even making eye contact with me until she was done and showed me out of her office. I told her my symptoms at least three different times and still, she only listened to what she wanted to hear so I was prescribed some ibuprofen for the headache and sent on my way. I will not be coming back here. Extremely unprofessional.

I didn’t expect much from this place based on the location and appearance, but it was actually a great experience. The staff was very nice and the nurse practitioner on duty was the most thorough medical provider I have ever been to. He spoke with me in length and even called me the next day to speak with me about concerns with my prescription. I would definitely recommend this clinic. The only negative thing I have to say about it is that the place needs a good scrub down and touch up. It’s not filthy, but the windows are dirty, the carpet needs shampooed and the paint needs touched up on the walls. But that’s it! Still a wonderful experience!

The five stars are essentially for the quick and friendly service. I was in OKC on business but had been exposed to poison ivy and was breaking out. I actually made two visits as I needed stronger meds. The only issue I had was that the steroid regimen I was prescribed was not aggressive enough, a situation I remedied once I returned home.

I can't get the office manager to contact me. Money was withdrawn from my bank account for something i was told i wouldn't get charged extra for. I've never recived a bill for no one ever contacted me telling me i owed said money. A B12 shot that i get at work for 15 dollars they charge 102.99. Absolutely fraud.***** Update I spoke with a gentleman that was very professional and helpful. He helped me understand what the problem was and got it resolved. Thanks again today clinic.

It was the best experience have had in a long time , beautiful smile when you come in and the provider Becky had a great attitude and very smart also, Both friendly and professional like it should be , I will come back for another shot , david gave me the flu shot and all shots in years past would stay hurting for a week and with him no pain at all not even sore next day , I was so happy to make it in

I can't get the office manager to contact me. Money was withdrawn from my bank account for something i was told i wouldn't get charged extra for. I've never recived a bill for no one ever contacted me telling me i owed said money. A B12 shot that i get at work for 15 dollars they charge 102.99. Absolutely fraud.***** Update I spoke with a gentleman that was very professional and helpful. He helped me understand what the problem was and got it resolved. Thanks again today clinic.
