No appointment, walked in at 6:30pm they close at 7pm. Front desk didn’t want to see my daughter, all that was needed was antibiotic. They physician came outside to apologize and accepted to see her. The physician explained everything very well. -2 was for the front desk, she was on her phone the whole time with nothing but negative comments about she had to check in one last patient etc.

The staff was friendly and so was the doctor. I like that the hours are until 7pm, this made it easier for me to get the kiddos seen.

The wait here is ridiculous and front staff does not greet you in any way. I have been to plenty of other clinics before and even with it being this busy the wait has never been as bad.

Was in Oklahoma City for a training when I felt horrible. Went to Today Clinic Urgent Care, South OKC, and was seen promptly. Great bedside manner by the physician. I would definitely go back to this location for future treatment.

I have been to this clinic a few times. I've always had a positive experience. The staff is courteous and when I called to get my test results the nurse there went above and beyond going over them with me. Thank you for helping me get better.

Wait time was a little long but once your seen it doesn't take long and Dr swicord seems to know his business well .

Have been to this clinic several times, walked in tonight after calling before I came to make sure they could see me... I came from Midwest city the lady’s at the front desk was rude and said they were not seeing anymore patients it was only 6:15 when I arrived. I’m very disappointed.

These ppl did not take the time and study when they went to school for there license to practice medicine. All they care about is therre money frm ur co pays. I went there for chest pain n they said its the flu no meds cuz it viral not bacterial. Nxt day I go to er and I hve walkn phenomia I gt meds. My hoole house ggot it now. I got pink eye n they said same thing not bacterial viral no meds. Went to er 45mins later I get eye droops. This clinc is bad and I dnt recommend them to anyone

I was seen promptly, the staff was exceptionally cheery and professional, which is difficult to find in clinics a lot of the time. The doctor who saw me, Michael, was awesome, informative, and actually did a quick magic trick before sending me on my way with my prescriptions. That made my day. Amazing clinic!

Every time I've gone to the South clinic I've had a very pleasant experience. While the staff is over-worked, they are very nice. Johnny Ng is awesome. He takes the time and really listens to what is going on. He really cares! I moved here a year and a half ago and was looking for a new doctor....I've finally found him!!!

Best clinic I've ever been to no judgements just honest down to earth wanting to help you get better help you get back to work asap and earn a paycheck. I will always go back here walkins welcome seen me a day before appointment for bad rash rash is healing thanks to kind employees there got blood pressure meds steroids for rash and allergy pills for what ever I was allergic to. Only 40. Co pay 3 different pills only 18 and change like I said I'll be back 5 stars.........

I’ve used this clinic a total of 3 times but I love it. Fast pace they get you taken care of. It’s not outrageously expensive like hospital visits. It’s affordable and if I need to I would go again.

The Today is really convenient and quick. They get you in and out without an appointment. The staff is extremely nice and friendly and the doctors are passionate about your wellbeing.

I have been going there for a little over a year. The staff is amazing and so helpful. Sometimes there is a wait but that’s any medical facility. I trust the person in charge of my care to help me make the best decision for me. I have been using them as my primary care for the last eight months due to the one on one care given.

The Nurse and office staff were very good. I recommended the clinic to several people I know. Then they took two months to file a December claim and filed it to the 2018 ins instead of the 2017. Scott Mayer promised to put my money back in the bank and refile the claim. He did not. A month later the billing company confirmed he never called or refiled the claim. I will not use a clinic whose Mgr doesn't follow through. He does not answer calls, so I will actively warn against this place on all social media.

Absolute worst place ever been sighn and website says 15-45 min wait been here and hour and half and still nothing. Obviously no one works here i would not suggest this place at all. Honestly it would have took less time to just go to hospital

The Dr hardly even looked at me and told me I was just congested. I went to my primary care physician and was told I had an upper respiratory infection. They don't act like they care here.

I tried to get in on a Saturday to renew my DOT Medical Card, but the location open couldn't accommodate a tractor-trailer, but Amber was very nice and extremely helpful in giving info on other clinics in the area that would work better for me. She really showed she cares about people and not about making a fast buck or taking advantage of my situation (DOT Medical Cards are required by law to operate the tractor). Although I work out of California on long hauls, I will definitely make it a point to get future my DOT physicals at Today's Clinic on my way through OKC! Thanks, Amber...people like you are very rare!

Website says they are open 10-7 everyday. I called and no one would pick up, it just kept sending my call the the recorded operator. I went to the clinic at 12:30 and doors are locked, open sign not on. Maybe post somewhere saying you are closed.

After discovering my primary care provider had moved out of the office where she was located, and there was no information available about where she moved to. I decided to try out the today clinic. I have seen 2 different Nurse Practitioners who were both awesome! I do not remember either of the provider's names, but both were professional, kind, and compassionate during my visits there. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. In a time where customer service is no longer the norm, it is so nice to be treated like a valued customer/patient. I plan to return to this clinic in the future.

I went here after having intense nose bleeds due to sinusitis. Staff was friendly. I appreciated them being honest when recommending meds. I was able to get over the counter stuff aside from antibiotics. I think the nurse that helped me was nice Will be back. EDIT- it was Amber! Thanks.

The WORSE clinic you can go to. I never ever give reviews, however for this one I had to go out of my way to do it. Staff has no answers for you ever, its the most ridiculous unbelievable "clinic" I've ever been to. Is there negative stars??

Worst place Ive ever been too. They never give you a medicene or do anything to help you its always " you got to wait it out, if it continues you could schedule a appt with your doctor. Like I come here its after hours. I expect my kids to get something for what is wrong with them. Never the same doctor. Waste of time.

Today was my third visit at Today Clinic and it was a really nice experience. The staff is kind, compassionate and friendly which takes the angst out of a visit to the doctor.
