I have been going to the today clinic since I moved to the city from Enid. i first met Kathy Payne at the clinic on the Southside and now visit her at the clinic on the North side. The service is fantastic and she always makes sure i leave feeling like I had a thorough examination. She is open to discussion about ailments and never rushes me out of the room like most doctors do. I feel like it is personalized care form her and that is good to have. Would highly recommend!

Horrible with refills!!! Brett Cauthen Is probably one of the worst “medical professionals” I’ve come across to date. has zero answers whatsoever continues to ask if he can do anything for you but won’t do what you need which is to refill, a very standard medication but he says it should be about a week if you’re lucky. Why a week? To protect clinicians licenses and their leisure time.... for some allergy medication!! Really!? But if you want it today you can come give us $200 and will make time for that. Pffff I want a refill Brett I don’t need to spend $200 for you to tell me how much I weigh again.

I have visited the location at May and Lakeside in the Village twice. I must say, the staff members have always been delightfully friendly and tried to be helpful. All was well after my first visit, so I returned, as the location is very close to my home. I am a state employee and have medical insurance. I use urgent care clinics because I have no chronic health conditions so what drives me to the doctor is often a cold or something that requires care quickly and we all know that getting in to see a PCP quickly has become nearly impossible. In any case, the second time I visited, I was checked in and then called back to the reception desk at which point I was told the person who checked me in for the first visit had given me incorrect information and that Today did not take my health insurance. They went on to state that I owed the entire amount from my first visit. Their mistake but my responsibility. Erroneous information but again, MY responsibility. I needed to be seen, so I agreed to pay the full amount for my second visit, which I indeed did. The PA gave me information to use in calling the home office for billing questions. She also indicated she had talked with them and they had agreed to "settle" with me for half the price based on the error. Well, when I called, I spoke to Amber. She was immediately highly aggressive with me. When I asked her for the name of her supervisor, she said, "There is no one above me." She did release the name of the physician who owns the place but was positively THE MOST RUDE AND INAPPROPRIATE professional I have ever encountered in my life. She was openly hostile and postured about as though her intent from the beginning was not to resolve a problem but to create a bigger one. If she is responsible for managing the business, she is an epic failure. STAY AWAY. This operation is clearly a thinly veiled assembly line created for the sole purpose of profit margin. Amber is too silly to know that she is undermining her own kind with her attitude. She is probably making all of 50K a year to demean and bully people. Sad but true. I will never darken their door again and am telling all my friends about my experience. Please note: I paid the bill but still feel like their mistake should not have been mine to fix. Bad business.

I had gone here because my mom fell and they're suppose to send a referral to a orthopedic. It's been 4 days since they've seen her and haven't had a call from anyone about the referral. I even called their referral department and no one is ever available or there. I have to keep calling every day to make sure they send the referral. Worst urgent care!

The staff at the front desk was friendly but that didn’t make up for the fact that it was dirty in the room, like no one cares about picking up. I couldn’t drive so I had to get an Uber there assuming their hours online were correct and that they actually opened at 10. I waited outside until 10:30 while the doors were still locked. The chairs in the lobby were just fold out chairs so it didn’t exactly evoke a spirit of comfort. I felt the need to get a second opinion so I did. I paid the copay at both places but regret that I spent money here in the first place. I feel like all of these factors makes for a complete lack of professionalism.

Wow, how refreshing to meet with a Physician who actually LISTENS to the patient's issues and concerns. Coming from a new city where I had the same Pysician for over 4 years can be a big scare; will they listen to me? Will they respect my already established and proven medical regimen? These are all questions that cross your mind as soon as you walk into a new office. I can say without a doubt, that Rebecca gave me her undivided attention and genuinely cared about my concerns and previous treatment. I'm astonished, and delighted to receive this level of care. Great care given here. The staff was very friendly and pleasant and the nurse practitioner whos name i forget was very professional and helpful. I dont have insurance so to help me out with cost of prescriptions he gave me a couple coupons and it helped tremendously. The office visit was 75.00? which i think is reasonable so I will be returning for my next check up.

I'm new to Oklahoma and recently became sick. I didn't know where to go as I haven't established new insurance yet. I googled no insurance clinic and found Today Clinic. I pulled up and the building isn't the best looking by any means but once I walked in, I was greeted by the very friendly receptionist! She helped me with all the forms and took my vitals. She was great! Then I met with the Dr., Brad. He was super! Quick to business, answered all my questions and even helped me with coupons for my medicine! I would go here again!!! I've been to this clinic 3 times now and I love their practitioners. Not only are they knowledgeable and confident in their expertise, but they are kind, warm, courteous, friendly, quick, and concise. I love coming here because the wait is usually nonexistent, and they can get me in and out quickly, without me feeling rushed. I love their female P.A., because i went in with an embarrassing condition, and she did not make me feel ashamed or embarrassed. Furthermore, she noticed something else that may be of concern and treated that accordingly. The last two PA's I saw did a stand up job as well. Again, quick and courteous! I did have a customer care issue, but a representative reached out immediately and took the time to converse with me and resolve the issue. I love this place, will go again, and would recommend it to anyone that needs a quick in and out visit

I am an office manager for an ENT specialist and I do not understand how this clinic stays open. I went in for a broken finger and clearly stated that i was wanting an xray to see if its broken. The girl at the front desk didn't smile, barely looked at me, and handed me paperwork. Once finished, i sat there for over 30 minutes. Now this wouldn't be a big deal sometimes, but i was the only patient in the entire clinic. I was finally called back, i explained to the nurse that i had already been there 45 minutes and needed to get back to work shortly. She said they would get me in and out. I wasnt told they didn't have an x-ray machine until the doctor came in and said they were going to splint it. I asked about x-ray, and they said they send out to another location. I had to wait until after work to do the x-ray, it has been 24 + hours now and still no word. Im not sure what the time restraint is on a dislocation or broken bone needing to be reset, but i am sure i will soon find out. Hopefully its just a really bad sprain. Doctor there was friendly but seemed lost, no organization, and was unsure on orders and where i could go. This could be lack of staff. Steer clear.

They steal your credit card information don't send you a bill then randomly charge your bank account for any balance even if your were making payments on the balance. They overdrew my bank account. And forced me to get a loan. Without any notice of hey you have a bill with us wed like u to take care of it. Also the guy at 36th st refused to do a pap smear on me then charged me 140 for refuseing to do a pap then later I called to pay for the pap smear he didn't perform. and found out the charge was erased.. At the today clinic north may. My Asthma was ignored repeatedly.. Brad Peterson works here , his bedside manner is good. He does listen but, doesn't do as he should always. Brad is not a bad doctor at diagnosis and treatment. However, it took me a year of trying to get him to prescribe asthma medications. His first response was I didn't diagnose you with asthma. Then it was I would ask for my asthma Medications and I would be ignored, he would say oh yeah I'll give you the medications, but when I left the office there would be no prescriptions for asthma Medication. Then when he did finally prescribe asthma Medications they would be in such small quantities that it would only last a few weeks. I've been on asthma medications since 2001. I shouldn't have to come back every 30 days for asthma medications nor should I have been ignored for inhalers or medications. A couple of days ago I called for a refill of my asthma pills, and no refills were given or called in. Also I have arthritis , and facet joint pain. I take Tramdol and Mobic, I was actually doing very well on Tramdol and Mobic, I was staying pretty active. My pain was under control. I was functioning well basically doing good. I have severe allergies So medications can be an issue but i had been not having any issues with allergies with the tramdol and mobic and he suddenly decided that " because of the laws" that prescribeing Tramadol and Mobic wasn't a good idea and that I had to go to pain managment. So i came off of tramadol and mobic and have been in pain and taking ib profen. * which is not good for my stomach* I've had several allergic reactions because I took tylenol figured out im allergic to tylenol and took some ib profen dye free and figured out im also allergic to that. I do blame brad for taking me off of medicine that was working wonders for me basically now i'm in pain. why would you take someone off of medication that is working? that makes no sense at all also since coming off of my pain medications ive gained weight. I blame being in pain for contributeing to weight gain I hurt so i dont want to move as much . I feel like I've gotten worse under his care. he has done good about giving me other medications for depression however and sometimes the antifungals i requested but Pain is important So is my asthma .. Asthma is very important Breathing!!! He hasn't done good about referrals a referral to pain managment but NO doctors have appointments. Is go home and suffer which should be unacceptable to anyone.. I would say he's ok to see better then most , however he does what he wants to like most doctors , My main complaints would be being taken off medications when it was working. * I felt better*. * I'm suffering again* Failure to treat for asthma multiple times, Even tho I called wheezeing in the middle in winter. Lack of Any asthma Refills Period. Lack of any careing about my Asthma at all. I hope I don't get Dismissed for telling the truth either. I've been a pretty good patient. I quit smoking I work out I don't do drugs and I do my best to remain healthy and be honest about how I am. I may have to see brad again for whatever reason. healthcare is expensive he is cheap for me to see 20. dollars but not great. Not treating my Asthma and discontinuing my pain management Arthritis treatment*** is a inconsistent with the hippocractic oath. * first do no harm* In the long run leaving your patient untreated is not care. Inflammation and pain does cause harm untreated. Asthma does cause harm untreated

They steal your credit card information don't send you a bill then randomly charge your bank account for any balance even if your were making payments on the balance. They overdrew my bank account. And forced me to get a loan. Without any notice of hey you have a bill with us wed like u to take care of it. Also the guy at 36th st refused to do a pap smear on me then charged me 140 for refuseing to do a pap then later I called to pay for the pap smear he didn't perform. and found out the charge was erased.. At the today clinic north may. My Asthma was ignored repeatedly.. Brad Peterson works here , his bedside manner is good. He does listen but, doesn't do as he should always. Brad is not a bad doctor at diagnosis and treatment. However, it took me a year of trying to get him to prescribe asthma medications. His first response was I didn't diagnose you with asthma. Then it was I would ask for my asthma Medications and I would be ignored, he would say oh yeah I'll give you the medications, but when I left the office there would be no prescriptions for asthma Medication. Then when he did finally prescribe asthma Medications they would be in such small quantities that it would only last a few weeks. I've been on asthma medications since 2001. I shouldn't have to come back every 30 days for asthma medications nor should I have been ignored for inhalers or medications. A couple of days ago I called for a refill of my asthma pills, and no refills were given or called in. Also I have arthritis , and facet joint pain. I take Tramdol and Mobic, I was actually doing very well on Tramdol and Mobic, I was staying pretty active. My pain was under control. I was functioning well basically doing good. I have severe allergies So medications can be an issue but i had been not having any issues with allergies with the tramdol and mobic and he suddenly decided that " because of the laws" that prescribeing Tramadol and Mobic wasn't a good idea and that I had to go to pain managment. So i came off of tramadol and mobic and have been in pain and taking ib profen. * which is not good for my stomach* I've had several allergic reactions because I took tylenol figured out im allergic to tylenol and took some ib profen dye free and figured out im also allergic to that. I do blame brad for taking me off of medicine that was working wonders for me basically now i'm in pain. why would you take someone off of medication that is working? that makes no sense at all also since coming off of my pain medications ive gained weight. I blame being in pain for contributeing to weight gain I hurt so i dont want to move as much . I feel like I've gotten worse under his care. he has done good about giving me other medications for depression however and sometimes the antifungals i requested but Pain is important So is my asthma .. Asthma is very important Breathing!!! He hasn't done good about referrals a referral to pain managment but NO doctors have appointments. Is go home and suffer which should be unacceptable to anyone.. I would say he's ok to see better then most , however he does what he wants to like most doctors , My main complaints would be being taken off medications when it was working. * I felt better*. * I'm suffering again* Failure to treat for asthma multiple times, Even tho I called wheezeing in the middle in winter. Lack of Any asthma Refills Period. Lack of any careing about my Asthma at all. I hope I don't get Dismissed for telling the truth either. I've been a pretty good patient. I quit smoking I work out I don't do drugs and I do my best to remain healthy and be honest about how I am. I may have to see brad again for whatever reason. healthcare is expensive he is cheap for me to see 20. dollars but not great. Not treating my Asthma and discontinuing my pain management Arthritis treatment*** is a inconsistent with the hippocractic oath. * first do no harm* In the long run leaving your patient untreated is not care. Inflammation and pain does cause harm untreated. Asthma does cause harm untreated

I have never had a negative experience here. This has been an ideal supplement to my normal physician - who generally works the same hours that do. I don’t always see the same person in reception, but they have all been personable and pleasant to be around. Additionally, wait time is what you expect based on how many are waiting. I do try to make an appointment, but I have also been a walk-in - not once did I feel the wait was unjust.

I took my son there a little after 10 on a weekday and saw the nurse practitioner (Brad I think) within 30 minutes. He was great and the staff was friendly and efficient. We will return just hopefully not soon.

I am a relatively frequent patron as I am on immunosuppressant therapy for an autoimmune disease (ulcerative colitis) and am therefore susceptible to common infections that can hang on for extended periods. Kathy takes the time treat the specifics of the issues at hand in the context of my complex chronic immune disorder, insuring I get the appropriate testing and treatment every time. She has a consequence become the go to PA not only for me but my entire family, which spans 3 generations. She is a lifesaver.

These guys went above and beyond! I can't express how pleased I am with their services. I called before I went in to verify the cost of the office visit and to make sure that the services (I thought) that I needed were available. They were able to provide me with the cost over the phone. When I got there, pricing was exactly as I had been told. This clinic had the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I had to stand at the front desk for over 10 minutes before I had to interrupt the co-workers talking to themselves to get their attention. I had to wait over an hour and half for a physical with only ONE other customer present. The guy up front was talking so much to his co-worker that he ran the wrong card for the wrong customer. He was also openly discussing how he was taking supplies from the clinic to his house. I will NEVER go back to this clinic. Do not go here!!!!!!

Hmm I don't even know where to start. Well the NP was great!! Minus no name tags at the clinic..That was it!! So here I go.... How can you call a Rx in to a pharmacy knowing they are closed when you called it in because the automated system stated it was closed, and do not follow up with the patient parents to see what other pharmacy they want to use. Also why and the HECK when you call the clinic it goes to some person who obviously does not care and can not get through to that particular clinic. Why is it this way??? Horrible. So I take my 7 month old in to the clinic mind you the visit is paid for and now we have to wait till the following day to have antibiotic filled because the front desk clinician can not call the parents to ask to see what other pharmacy to use. Pathetic.... I am a nurse I would have done that then called It to the other pharmacy. Also if they did it by email i woukd doyble check to see uf tgey were ooen.. Also why do you tell a parent it is a 1 time deal so they can not call into another pharmacy when the parent has calles several times to have this fixed before office closed.. That is BS. Obviously my child is suffering because of lack of follow through and communication. I would caution anyone who goes to make sure all steps for a script or Rx call in or email is complete before you leave the clinic.. Not happy with how this worked out. Wasted time and most of all a child my infant suffered. . Thanks I will be going to ER just so she can have a script to have her antibiotics for her inner ear infection.. Thank you again... My first time going to the may location. I rate everything 5 stars excellent service and staff. But now on my second visit. The one star is appropriate. I was turned away because the doctor had a flight to catch. Then she gives me "you understand and leaves" Then the staff had no intention of offering any help or other alternatives for help. I already kniw they have at least three more locations in the city. They could at least refered me to one or alternitive sollutions. Nothing....Poor customer service. I was told you can come back Monday. After i told them it was for hypertension, my bp was 160/140 and was trying to get refill on my blood pressure medicine "that was prescribed at this location".

We went there with two kids sick with the flu. When we got there, there was only one patient in front of us, one receptionist, and one doctor. We waited an hour before ever being taken back. The waiting area was hot and the chairs hard plastic. By the time we finally went back, several people had come in and were waiting behind us. As the receptionist was doing weight/ height etc, the doctor came in and said "I'll be back" and grabbed her keys and left. The receptionist seemed very frustrated about it. Since the Dr. was gone, the receptionist sent us back to the waiting room to wait for her to get back. There were no longer any seats available, so we had to stand with our sick children for 45 more minutes. We were about to leave (everyone in the waiting room was very frustrated) when the doctor pulled up. The doctor was pleasant enough but very slow and that wait was absolutely ridiculous, especially since there was no reason for it! We will never ever go back!

I scheduled an appointment, which was the same day, so I was not expecting the appointment to do much good. But I scheduled it for 5:30 on a Thursday evening. I got to the clinic at 5:00 or so. No other patient was there. No patients in the waiting room or in the treatment rooms. I was the only one. All I came in for was poison ivy, I was hoping to get a cortisone shot to clear the rash. After nearly an hour of waiting, I finally got into the back to be seen. Once in the treatment room, I waited what was probably another 10 minutes before I saw the PA. He finally came in, prescribed me some topical ointment and shot and left. It was around 6:45 that I finally left. NO OTHER patient came in or left the whole time I was there. I do not have much free time. To spend over an hour and a half to get a steroid shot is ridiculous. I believe I would have received faster service in a packed emergency room. On the plus side, the staff was friendly. Just extremely slow.

Was needed a prescription waited 18 minutes and asked for it sent to store; arrived at store 20 minutes after office visit they did not have. We left detail location for prescription fulfillment. Slow service, reception person angry and short patience. Nurse practitioner took long time for only one patient in office..literally one patient. Was needed a prescription waited 18 minutes and asked for it sent to store; arrived at store 20 minutes after office visit they did not have. We left detail location for prescription fulfillment. Maybe they are not busy enough to take care of patients or they appear they are punching a clock.
