I had my initiation consultation appointment with Dr. Pedulla two months ago. He was very thorough describing the different treatment options and recovery time to help me make the best decision for me and my active lifestyle. He also contacted my insurance company directly to see what was covered. We all know what a nightmare it can be to call health insurance companies! Dr. Pedulla and his staff are quick to answer any of my questions in person or over the phone. During my first vein treatment, he explained the process before, during, and after the procedure. The treatment was not painful and lasted just under an hour. It's evident in his passion that he enjoys what he does while making us patients feel like "family".

He really needs to spend more time with his patients. I've been to some busy doctors offices, but this was about as impersonal as it gets. Needs to work on slowing it down a bit. I was more hesitant on having anything done after meeting with Pedula. DeSean in the office is great!

Paper-thin walls! The injections don't seem to work. Only one leg at a time is $250 and padula seems to be in it for the money, not the patient...doesn't want to be in the room long...always in a hurry and always running way behind. There's always a minimum 2 hour wait! Patients treated like herding cattle. Not enough chairs in the waiting room, nor time in the day.

AFTER WAITING A MONTH FOR MY FIRST APPOINTMENT AND THEN SIX MORE WEEKS FOR THE ULTRASOUND, I WAS CALLED (A WEEK PRIOR TO THE ULTRASOUND) AND TOLD THAT THEY WERE NO LONGER ACCEPTING MEDICARE. WHICH BY RULES MEANS NONE OF MY OTHER INSURANCES WOULD BE HONORED BECAUSE MEDICARE MUST BE APPLIED FIRST. WHEN I CALLED TO SEE IF SOMETHING COULD BE ARRANGED TO GET MY VEIN PROBLEMS SOLVED I GOT THE, "I GUESS YOU FELL THRU THE CRACK AND NOTHING CAN BE DONE." ANSWER. REALLY UN-PROFESSIONAL, NO HELP, NO REFERRALS, NOTHING!!!!! THEY ARE GOING TO STOP ACCEPTING ANY INSURANCE CLAIMS! SO IF YOU HAVE HEALTH CARE INSURANCE I SUGGEST YOU AVOID THIS DOCTOR AND THIS OFFICE!!!!!! TOO BAD YOU CAN'T GIVE THEM NO STARS ONE STAR IS THE LOWEST POSSIBLE. I've been so pleased with the exceptional care that I've received from Dr. Pedulla. Not only is excellent with vein care, but his experience as a Cardiologist has also proven to be very beneficial to me concerning my health concerns. He and his staff have are very attentive and eager to help in any way they can. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and I've never waited more than a few minutes to get in. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Dr. Pedulla.

I wanted to have veins reduced. First appointment, took 3 minutes, the nurse explained that for insurance to cover that they had to do ultrasound. 2nd appointment, had ultrasound, went fine, and booked next appointment. 3rd appointment also took 3 minutes, and it's the first time I see Dr. Padulla. He says lets book you an appointment for 3 months from now (because I have to wear compression hose for a length of time for insurance to cover costs). Doesn't explain a thing....so I ask, what does the ultrasound show you. He says it shows him it's fixable and easy, no problem. Hello, what does that mean, what are you going to do??? So now I'm up at the front desk making my 4th appointment, but I do not feel comfortable with what's going on because no one slows down to explain. I feel like a number, a cow being herded with all the other cows, and he didn't seem like a real doctor, they just want money.

I wouldn’t recommend him. Went in mid-2016 for spider veins and varicose veins. Received my free consultation where I felt rushed and not listened to. The doctor actually claimed not to see anything wrong with my legs. Received my ultrasound and told to reschedule in 3 months...so I could wear the compression hose and was told insurance would have “NO PRObLEM” covering the costs. Fast toward 3 months. Pedulla, rushed again, claimed he would only approve me for vena seal treatments. I was sat in another office with a member of the office staff where I was told the cost for this procedure was upwards of $5K. What happened to my insurance that I had waited the 3 months and worn compression hose for and was told would be covered “no problem”...? “Oh insurance doesn’t cover vena seal, it’s too new. But you really need vena seal or your veins will come back.” I was so desperate I went ahead with it. Four appointments (one I had to pay extra for so the price tag ended up being closer to $6K) where the treatments left me feeling like I was going to have a heart attack. Did see some results (after several months)...summer of 2017 was nice. Then in summer 2018, not even two years later, my varicose veins are back and spider veins are worse....after I was told they would not come back!! I would love to go back in to see what they have to say but I don’t want to hear the BS about what I supposedly did wrong or I am the 1% of people who have them return or whatever line of bull they’re going to feed me. Go elsewhere.

Everytime I see his commercial I wonder why he's still practicing. Whatever he did made my legs 10 times worse! Called them just months after his procedure's and said NOTHING IS GUARANTEED. I paid thousands out of pocket and this man's bedside manner me being and RN is atrocious!! It's like going through a cattle call. I've seen another professional and told I have NO SAFINOUS VEINS left after him, numbness in my feet and more pain than before whatever he did to me. He was rough and cold. I intend to continue trying to find out what this man did to me. He shouldn't be practicing!! The lady in commercial must be his mother. Probably only patient that would want to be on TV with him and he probably never tried out a procedure on her. He's rough and not NICE .....in it for $$. MY mother in law went to him also and would definitely tell u she's worse off now too and his bedside manner is scary!! Since I last posted I've seen some REPUTABLE doctors. From the ultrasound people to others they've seen people with lots of problems after seeing dr. Pedulla. Just beware! Go and see a reputable venous doctor at Oklahoma Heart Hospital. This doctor is very arrogant and bedside manner is applorable on top of the fact that I'm in worse shape than I was when I went to see him. Don't make the same mistake I did and many others did This edit is 7/9/2019 I continue to update my reviews to warn people about this Dr!! Everywhere I go for procedures and cat scans this Dr is known and IT'S NOT GOOD!! Go seek help from Dr at vein care clinic at heart hospital!! Don't go here.....no accountability after I was out of pocket over $3000 + ! Was left in worse shape than when I started after going here!! Heart hospital procedures covered by most insurance. I've had all procedures done to correct mess on right leg now and already better. Plus caring professional bedside manner to boot! See Dr Nael at Heart hospital!! Heart hospital is very familiar with fixing Dr Pedulla's messes!!

Absolutely fantastic experience! Dr. Pedulla is an extremely attentive and caring doctor. An absolute joy to work with! I'm currently going through vericose vein treatment at his facility...and I couldnt be more happy with him or his staff. His office is lovely (more doctors should contact his decorator!). Ive NEVER had to wait...its the quickest waiting room time I've ever experienced with a specialist. The procedure itself was quick & well explained. I absolutely recommend them for treatment.

I highly recommend this trustworthy doctor! Dr. Pedulla is professional, extremely thorough, caring, and a person of integrity. The care he delivers is the best anyone can ask for because of his earnest desire to help. He is fully present in conversation, patiently listening to every word you say, which is rare in a doctor! I went to many appointments expecting to see results .. results that I never saw .. my legs were worse .. the process of the injections caused my veins to remain dark brown horrible and the day of the leaks I was about to suffer for the heart that sent me to the hospital ... sincerely I tell them do not be fooled do not give your money to this kind of people ... first inform yourself ... PLASE RUN AWAY from this place. They will only take your money. They advise you that the insurance will take care of everything and this is not the first time they deal with your specific insurance etc...etc... THA IS NOT TRUE! next thing that you know your insurance is changing you for lots. they lie, don't take care of there patients.

Prior to appointment 1 - I was advised that I would receive an evaluation, ultrasound and breakdown of out of pocket cost during the first visit. Visit 1- visual review of problematic vein was completed. I was instructed to come back for ultrasound, breakdown of costs, and the consultation with the doctor. This conflicted with what I had been told over the phone. Paid co-pay and left, with lots of questions unanswered. Visit 2 - ultrasound was completed. I was instructed to come back again for consultation with doctor and would be provided a breakdown of the cost of the procedure. This conflicted with what I had been told at the end of the prior visit. I'm considered somewhat intelligent by peers and English is my first language. Ok. Paid co-pay and scheduled third visit. Lots of questions unanswered. Visit 3 - Listened to doctor move from one patient room to another. It appears maximum amount of "face time" with patients is limited to five minutes. No more. Zero patient privacy. Conversations are clearly heard through paper thin walls. Thirty five minutes after my scheduled appointment time, The doctor granted me my five minutes and I knew immediately time was ticking down fast. I was not provided the results of the ultrasound until I asked for them. I was not provided the breakdown of insurance coverage and out of pocket costs for the upcoming surgery. When I began asking questions, I was advised by the doctor that I am obviously one of those types of people who need very clear and detailed communication!!!!. I do agree that the out of pocket cost, the results of the ultrasound and the recommended procedures (2) are the kind of things that I want to know more about. Time ticking down and frustration setting in. The good doctor then advised me I need to "trust" him, "trust" his experience and if not, this doctor/patient relationship might not work for us. A total stranger sked me to trust him to perform two procedures but he can not respect his patient enough to provide a little detail. I was informed that the results of my ultrasound were printed and on the document in my hand. I looked at the document. It reads "Procedure Order." No ultrasound results on that document. Arrogant, insensitive, unprofessional, demeaning! Thanks. I'll pass on the service. My five minutes are up anyway.

Dr. Pedulla and his staff have all been great! He thoroughly explained the procedure and has answered any questions or concerns I had during the treatment and at follow up appointments. I had the VenaSeal procedure and my legs look great! I highly recommend.

I had two appointments and still hadn't met Dr. Pedulla (few years ago). After the second appointment, he had his receptionist call me to schedule a follow-up consultation that would have been BY PHONE regarding the ultrasound results of the previous appointment with the expectation that I'd schedule treatment before ever meeting the physician. Likewise, I was stuck with a large bill for which I had previously been told was covered by insurance. After being told I needed vericose vein treatment with a minimum of FOUR more visits, I later found out by a second physician that I do NOT have vericose veins and this treatment would have been completely unnecessary. I'm glad I trusted my instincts.... AVOID THIS PLACE!! There are other reputable vascular physicians with Google reviews to support the quality of their work.

I would recommend Dr.Pedulla to anyone who wanted their veins taken care of. I was amazed at the results. Dr.Pedulla and his staff were wonderful. Not only do my legs look better, I have so much more energy now than before I had this done. I only wish I had it done sooner. His new procedure is a lot faster, does not require insurance, and is more affordable.
