Did excellent surgery on me in 2002. I paid up front, in full, with cash, and I raved about my great results. Three years later, I had another consultation with him regarding wanting my lip augmentation corrected. I'd had it done 12 years earlier by a doctor in Texas and the results were very bad. I was looking for a doctor who could fix them. Dr. Brou took a look at my lips and said he preferred not to attempt to correct them for fear they might turn out looking even worse. I thanked him for his time and left. Another 3 years later, I tried to schedule a procedure with his medical spa (skin resurfacing) but Dr Brou refused to schedule me. When I asked why, they refused to give me a reason. To this day I don't know what happened or why he refused to see me again. I hadn't called his office in years, I had never said anything negative, I had never acted badly or done anything stupid like asking for medication, NOTHING. I was thrilled with my first surgery results and had attempted to return to him again - twice. When I called for the skin procedure, I was told I would get a call back regarding scheduling an appointment, and 3 days later when I still hadn't heard from them, I called them back. His front office staff was suddenly and SHOCKINGLY rude to me, and they literally slammed down the phone on me after telling me "You have been dismissed from this practice and we are not authorized to give you a reason beyond telling you that you are no longer welcome at this office." My jaw was on the floor! It was the most baffling, upsetting, and crazy experience I have ever had with a physician's office. (The only thing I can think of is that he MUST have confused me with another patient. Still, I can't imagine ever letting that man touch my body again after knowing he treats patients that way.)

Love everything about this place! It’s clean, staff is friendly, decor is so cute, and everyone seems very knowledgable. I saw Stacy when I came in and she is literally the best injector I’ve ever had. She was gentle, and I had very minimal discomfort. But what impressed me most was her ability to evaluate what I needed to do to fix my issue (asymmetry). Not only did she fix it, she surpassed my expectations completely. I LOVE what she did and I will continue to go back for more. What I’ve learned from visiting this med spa vs others I’ve been to is that Not all injectors are created equal and just because some of them can do the procedures, that doesn’t mean they should. Stacy and the rest of these ladies know their stuff! So look no further! You won’t be disappointed

Okay prior to coming to Premier for laser hair removal I was just at another consult that was 3 min away from this location and left disappointed because the girl was so unsure if the laser was going to work. She basically talked me out of doing it so I called Premier on a whim and they had me in within 20 minutes and I meet with Kaitlyn. Kaitlyn sat and spoke with me with the laser they use, why its better for dark skin and promised me I will see results. Kaitlyn knew what she as talking about and gave me the confidence to go through with the procedure, so I made an appt the following Monday on July 15th. It has ben two weeks and I can see a huge difference in the hair growth. My skin feels smoother and the hairs are falling off like they are supposed to do. I am so happy I came here and cant wait to see the final results!

I never write reviews but I realized how long I have been going to Dr. Brou! I met him in I believe 2006 when I had my breast augmentation done. I asked a few friends who were pharmaceutical reps who was the best and they all said Dr. Brou. The augmentation was beautiful (still is) and I continue to go to Premier Plastic Surgery for my Botox.Staff is incredibly friendly and talented and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This is my first time having anything done. I went in to have fillers injected. Briana and Stacy were so professional and helpful. They put me right at ease with the entire process. They took the time to explain exactly what they were doing. It has only been a week but I can see such a big difference. I would definitely return. This place has the WOW factor!! I personally have not met Dr. Brou, as all of my procedures have been in the Medical Spa, but he must be great judging by how spectacular the staff in the office is! First, I will say they are a very GENEROUS office, always having giveaways and sales and such. Second, the location is very easily accessible off of Hefner Parkway (exit 50th st and stay on frontage). Third, the office is very nice! They have a coffee maker and snacks...let's not forget the massage pad in the lobby. The restrooms are clean and have nice little "extras". Now the staff....Hadley (sp?) was very thorough in explaining the skin care products introduced to me. Her microdermabrasion has to be one of the best "facials" I've ever had (hello! NO breakouts!?!?!). I highly recommend you schedule one with her TODAY! Ashley was my nurse esthetist. She explains everything very well and has a calming demeanor (very important when you're about to get needles stuck in your face and lips for the first time!) Conversation with her is easy, maintainable, and pleasant. She puts you at ease. She also checks on your well-being consistently throughout each procedure, offering breaks, snacks, beverages, etc. You leave feeling very well taken care of and with the assurance they are available to you ANY time you need them. BEWARE though!! You may get hooked ;-)

RUN! RUN! RUN from Dr. Juan Brou. Terrible experience. Had to have redo surgery on eye job. Then had to have a number of follow up surgeries from an eye specialist. Injured my cornea on top of everything else and had to go to a different doctor for that. Still have problems after over five years. It will never go away. DON’T let this man touch your face!!!!

I do not take time out of my busy day to write reviews often, however I must make an exception for Premier plastic surgery, Dr Brou and his amazing staff. I have "been around the block" so to speak with different plastic surgeons and their staff in my time. I had a few cosmetic procedures done in my lifetime and hands down, this is the best team of staff and surgeons I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with (there is one other office and surgeon in OKC that I believe is also on par with premier, however that's another review entirely). I currently believe that their medical aesthetician Vanessa and her colleagues are the best Oklahoma City has to offer. She has taken a lot of time with me as I can sometimes be a difficult person to please and never has she given up on me. Never has she gotten frustrated with me, and never has she recommended something for me that did not meet my expectations and beyond. The whole team truly needs to be congratulated on their office candor, intellect, and acumen. I thoroughly recommend Premier for any concern or need you might have involving plastic surgery, reconstruction, and/or for aesthetician services etc.. I surely hope this review helps someone choose their doctor and/or aesthetician more wisely. Do your research well on a doctor beforehand or you could end up like me, needing to spend $ to fix another doctors mistake. Thank you Premier!

First off, when picking a place to choose for my breast augmentation, I had called right around 5:00 when they were getting ready to close. One of the nurses, Yvonne spent over 20 minutes talking with me over the phone about my expectations. Right away I felt very comfortable and confident in the decision to schedule a consult with them. I didn't have to look any further either. My consult went very smoothly, Dr. Brou was very easy to talk to and knew exactly what I was looking for. When I called to discuss the package, the ladies were very professional and informative. I visited the office where the girls discussed the products that I had won and how to use them. I have since began using the Obagi and Turo line for Men along with a new clarisonic cleanser. My skin looks great and I can tell a big different in the texture of my skin. I definitely recommend Dr. Brou and his staff to help anyone look their best.
