Olsen Orthopedics is the ABSOLUTE Best!!! I've been receiving care from Dr. Olsen and PA Travis for several years. Had knee replacement late last year and the care has been incredible. The Staff is friendly and Travis is Always available if needed. Thanks Olsen Orthopedics for everything.

I went to Olsen for lower back and hip pain. I saw Travis; and explained I had been in bad accident years ago; and things did not heal correct; and now I am having a lot of pain when I walk. He talked me into going to PT. So I went for 2 weeks; and the same thing; I told the techs that I had a lot of old injuries that were causing me pain; and my feet; knees; hips and back and shoulders; did not all work and I had a lot of pain and because of the accident; that my knees and ankles and legs and back did not move the way they should; because I had almost lost my 1 leg; and back years ago; they were concentrating on saving my leg; and all my other broken bones I had in the accident; just healed they way they were broken and now I have poor movement and a lot of pain. I went back to see Travis; and told him that PT was making things worse; by the way they had me trying to move. He didn't seem to even listen to what I told him; and told me and my wife several times; he didn't really care what I did; and then would ask me what I wanted to do. He was very rude and it has been two weeks ago; and I still hurt so bad I can hardly walk. I have seen medical people since and they have all told me I should not been doing any PT. So Mr. Travis W. in our opinion; does not know or care about patients. I will never go back; and also I am telling everyone I know. Olsen's is not the place to go.

I was in and automobile accident and I was hurt more then I knew. I got references to Dr. Olsen from my lawyer's. Dr. Olsen got my MRI results got me in to his office right way talked to me gave me all the options that I could have decided to go with.... When I asked him to be completely honest with me on the best way to go he didn't just say go for surgery because it's the last and only way or just the only answer he gave me all the facts all the risks I could have been facing if I made a different choice. Dr. Olsen & Dr. Travis and the whole team at Olsen orthopedics, are 100% truly caring and REAL when it comes to the care and support of their patients........ I would recommend Dr. Olsen to my family & friend's if EVER needed....... Thank you Dr. Olsen & Dr Travis...... Rebecca Whibbey

Dr. Olsen has decent online reviews so I made an appointment for my daughter, but we ended up with his assistant, Travis. He answered a couple of questions for us, but in a very condescending manner. I wouldn't recommend this office based on our experience.

This office has done nothing but exceed my expectations! The staff is great and Dr. Olsen and his PA Travis are wonderful & know what they are doing.. What I like about them is they never tried to push pain meds on me. Most other Doctors do that before trying to get to the route of the problem. This office did everything that was possible to fix my knee and make me comfortable. They listened to me I didn't feel rushed or judged and their bedside manner was amazing. Dr. Olsen is highly recommended by me and my husband as we were both surprised and satisfied by the care I got from this office and staff. I truly don't understand the bad reviews about this Practice. They are excellent and Everyone in this office has been friendly.

I normally don't rate and review a full 5 stars, but Olsen Orthopedics deserves a full 10 stars! I have been coming for the past 2 months and all the staff have been so chipper and personable every time! They are very spot on to appointment times so you never really have to wait extra. Dr. Travis knows his stuff and has such a great bedside manner! If you need fixed, this is the place to go.

Dr. Olsen the PA. Travis are friendly compassionate. They really care about your well being and getting you back to normal. They do not rush the healing process and they want to make 100% sure you are well. The entire staff is great!

I just had arthroscopic knee surgery yesterday morning for arthritis and torn cartilage. I'm feeling better than I thought I would! No crutches, minimum pain, and barely any discomfort. The care I received from Dr. Olsen and his PA Travis is above and beyond. Highly recommend them and their team for all your Ortho needs.

Dr. Olsen super nice down to earth man. He looks you in your eyes when he talks to you and his down to earth manners made me feel like I had known him Forever. Travis and Daniel WOW two super friendly men also very down to earth. Even at 7am Travis and Daniel are happy. Their smiles will make a non morning person smile. Seriously they make you feel like a friends instead of patient's. But it's all in a professional manner. In February 2018 I broke my left ankle and the first person that assisted me was Christine she took the x-ray super nice lady. When Travis came in he was kind and in no way did I feel silly when I told him how I broke my ankle. As a matter of fact. His response made me feel confident that I wasn't a basket case. These four individuals have make my office visits less stressful to the point my blood pressure doesn't sky rocket. This is my second time going to Oslen Orthopedics. And I can't be happier with the treatment Iam receiving. The laser treatments and two shots I've been given. Has helped my left arm so much. I was in an auto accident in December 2018. But raising my left and just using it to do house work would result to swelling and serious pain. But thanks to the topical cream laser treatments and as stated above two shots. I can raise my left arm without the popping and no major pain. Thanks to Dr. Olsen and his main staff I am on the road to recovery. I wish I had gone to them first but I've learned my lessen. I would send anyone and everyone I know to see this Fabulous Doctor and his Great Staff. FYI from check in to exit you will feel welcome and it's all because of Dr. Olsen and his Wonderful staff.In all Honesty 10 stars would be my rating.

I first started going to dr.Todd Olsen 10 years ago when i could hardley walk. Dr Olsen checked my knees out on both legs and sent me to get mri"s on both of them. After reviewing the data received from the test he made surgical repair to both left and right knees. the procedure was very painfull the first few weeks but after that it was like NEW KNEES!!!! this man and his office staff Travis and all the ladies were great. I personally reccomend this doctor for my own family as well as others which i have sent many people to him and they have all said nothing but great things about him. Dont let these other reviews form other people turn you away from this man and his office team. He is a true proffessional and a great doctor.

Patsy Frahm did a total hip replacement on both hips. Dr Olsen told me about a new technique that worked great and facilitated a fast recovery. Normal activity within a week. After one year the hips are still pain pain free. At 86 I’m doing more than I could at age 75. Thank You Dr Olsen

Dr. Olsen and his staff are friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable, and professional. I suffered from severe arthritis in my right hip. I had tried everything to avoid surgery, but couldn't stand the pain any longer. I was referred to Dr. Olsen. He explain my options, telling me what to expect as a result of each. Im so glad I chose surgery. He uses the best methods to give his patients the best results. He and Travis both take patient after care seriously. I can honestly say that Dr. Olsen gave my life back to me. I highly recommend Olsen Orthopedics.

I had ankle reconstruction in April 2017. Dr Olsen, his amazing PA Travis, and all the staff have been professional, helpful, and thorough. After surgery, I developed a pressure ulcer on my heel, and Travis immediately ordered antibiotics and started me on 3 times a week Cold Laser Therapy, there in his office. My ulcer healed within weeks and I was thrilled to not need to go to Wound Therapy. My ankle is better than before my injury. I refer everyone to their office. I have nothing but positive things to say about their office and my experience.

I love Dr. Olsen , Travis and all the staff there! I have been going there myself and all of my family for about over 10 years now. I have had surgery and my daughter a couple as well. I have no complaints about any of the treatment from start to finish with them. Everyone is always professional, kind, and very attentive to all your needs. Not to mention the level of skill in their field they all have. I have horrible knees and have no doubt I will continue to need them for years to come and am so thankful that I found them all those years ago!

My leg was 1/2 inch shorter after surgery. Seen his pa for all follow up visits. Now I have to wear a heel lift to keep my hip from pain. My balance was so high, I could not see the doctor to ask why my leg was cut shorter. Very unhappy.

Dr. Olsen has been treating my leg after a car accident...he has been an awesome doctor. He has always taken the time to make sure to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable but today really exceeded expectations. I brought my two youngest boys with me and Dr. Olsen shook both their hands and explained my condition to them as well. When my four year old son had a million questions about the informational images on the walls, Dr. Olsen took the time to answer each of his questions above and beyond what he needed to do to be polite. He explained the muscles, ligaments and every part of the picture to the inquisitive children. I've never been so impressed with a doctor in my entire life.

Cracks me up how people write bad reviews because they didn't get their butt kissed when they were patients here. Upset because they saw the PA and not the doctor. Why waste the doctor's time (when he could be doing surgeries and taking care of those with confirmed injuries) because of insurance companies making everyone jump through hoops, when there is a fully capable PA there to send you to get a MRI? Travis is quite competent to do an initial examination and get the ball rolling. If you can find another doctor's office that can get you examined and diagnosed and cured within one visit, I suggest you go there! This is a very busy office, sorry if Travis and Dr. Olsen don't have time to coddle you. This is a very professional office and the staff is great. I've never had an issue with anyone here. Dr. Olsen takes care of business. P.S. If your leg is actually shorter because of a bad surgery maybe you should be seeing a lawyer instead of writing poor reviews!

They were great about getting me in quickly for an assessment from Dr. Olsen, but that was about it. My prescription for an anti-inflammatory cream was never sent to the compounding pharmacy and nine days later I still have not received it. The doctor is great, but if you're in considerable pain I would recommend going elsewhere.
