Dr Ponder is an amazing surgeon. He cares deeply for his patients. He has come to my hospital room to check on me late at night and has returned phone calls on weekends. Both of my knee replacements have gone perfectly in spite of my many health concerns and problems.

My husband went to Dr Geib in August 2017 for a shoulder consultation. Dr. Geib is a good doctor but office staff does not do their job. Took the office staff over 10 weeks to request an authorization for an MRI. Went back and saw Dr. Geib after the MRI and surgery was decided to be done. The office staff WILL not return calls. The first time he called it took three times leaving a voice mail before a return call was received. He is still waiting on a return call after leaving voice mail. This time it has been over a week and still no call. Would love to leave my feedback but if you can’t contact them, it is impossible.

I am young but needed a total replacement. Dr Ponder and Mark did an amazing job. 2 years later and I can work out, ride a bike... generally pain free til I sprained it :) I am so glad I had it done and most important I was lucky to have the most amazing people to do It

Why do you give customers appointment times and ask them to show up 10 minutes prior when you cannot honor the appointment times? This has happened twice now and wait time was one hour plus.

I did a lot of personal research on OSOI and the orthopedists here. The bonus was the two Physicians Assistants who also monitored by two knee replacements. The follow up by phone the same day I call and get me scheduled to come in at my convenience. Total knee replacement is no picnic, but having Mark and the staff available has been great. I would recommend Dr. Ponder, Mark, and Sharon. You'll get the best care from these medical professionals!

I am really giving 5 stars and hands down to Dr. Knutson and his PA Beau Burton. Fantastic medical professionals, very compassionate, knowledgeable and treat patients with the highest level of respect. The work comp. coordinator on the other hand (Brooke Rich) is extremely disorganized. It takes multiple phone calls to schedule a visit or obtain a referral to a physical therapist. Each time I talked to her she seemed to be running from one office to another, promising to call back or even send a txt message with needed information and never follows through. After my initial visit I waited almost 5 weeks for a referral to a physical therapist, turned out that she never sent out my papers to the insurance company for approval. Finally I had my surgery that went great, and I couldn't be more thankful for skilled Dr Knutson and his PA Beau, a week after i called Brooke to schedule post-op follow up visit (I thought that's actually her job to do that) and again she was in between offices, promised to call back with an appointment info and again did not follow through. I did give her my feedback regarding poor communication, unfortunately that wasn't taken very well and she was very short with me afterwards. For someone who represents the clinic on daily basis I would expect to be more professional and definitely way more organized.
