Although Dr.Jackson is a great physician, I've only seen him once in past 16 months. The rest of his staff is BEYOND RUDE & not an ounce of compassion. C'mon-- this is a PAIN MGMT Clinic. Only those of us who are in unspeakable chronic pain go there only to be treated horribly by entire staff! It usually takes over an hour to get a SCHEDULED RX REFILL (simply picking up 1 piece of paper). I lost my insurance for a few months. A simple routine RX refill appt was an astounding $350! Do yourself a favor & go somewhere like I just did!

Terrible attention to time; leaving suffering patients in pain....what is the point of making an appointment if it doesn't exist on any dr's watch?

Dr jackson himself is sweet. His staff not so much. When he first took over the leaving physcian i had been seeing i wasnt pleased. But still the wait time was so short and he seemed genuine. Well people get greedy. And he did just that. I wad told by one of the nurses that the staff had almost tripled. So you see the dr. But mostly one of his pa. Or the other dr there now. Why he does procedures. Only works clinic once a week. Smh. Plus Now the wait time is on average 1.5 hours . And if you call same thing 30 minutes on the phone i spent 6 months trying to get my medical records. And still had no luck until my lawyer sent a request. And after reviewing them. I realized that things were altered and duplicated and moved around like they tried creatong 5 or six different verses and spread the dates out. No to mention the font does add up. Plus my certain complaints for the date i really need is in. Here but of course it is the wrong date and year. To top it off they used this years version of the way there paper work looks now to make photocopies of records from 4. Years ago why i know are differnent. None of the formats are same except 3. And in those three they contain the info that is photo copied into the other sheets. I feel like they thpughg i would just look at one or two. And not be able to tell. Sucks for them i have a pretty close photographic mind. Smh. I

As the previous one star reviews suggest, Dr. Jackson is that bad and when it becomes your story it's worse. His front office did not return my call and sent me into opiod withdrawals for 5 days. On the 6th day everything was sorted out but upon my appointment I actually saw Dr. Jackson (which never happens) and all his staff said was I called too much. Without investigation or questions he griped at me because after 6 days my total number of calls and begging over voicemail for help on what to do with prescriptions he prescribed me with no guidance was more than they wanted to deal with. What happened is his employee Ashley messed up and wanted to cover her tracks so she lied and twisted the story. Please if you are trying to taper off medication or want a doctor to actually manage your pain AVOID THIS DOCTOR! If you just want to sit in an office and get a script then he is the doctor for you. There is a reason he only accepts referrals; he can't even take the time to evaluate his patients. I struggled with having concerns about my daughters health and this situation made my stress level even worse. Literally every complaint below mine I experienced in this office. His low rating is absolutely adequate for his lack of bedside manners and patient care.

Dr Jackson and his staff are always friendly and I really never wait long, if I even wait at all. Maybe, before I was a patient it was different. Not anymore. If you get referred you know your in good hands!!

Absolutely terrible experience. You get to see the physician one time, at the initial appointment, unless you have a procedure done. Even simple medication refill appointments, took a minimum of 1.5 hours. And twice I needed refills for a C-V medication, I gave up after waiting 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone. This is even after I had my pharmacy send a fax over for the prescription the day before. The first time I also filled out the patient form online, which is purported to be an alternative for waiting on hold, and that was never answered. They didn't even mention anything regarding it during my next appointment. As a pharmacist, I know it is challenging to keep up with the workload required of a healthcare provider, but this was the hands down worst experience I have ever had with any provider.

I saw Dr Jackson today for the first time. My case is unique and I've had over 35 procedures in my short mid 40's years. He was kind, compassionate, listened, and cared. I'm grateful I get to work with him to manage daily pain that I struggle with at this point and hope we'll figure out ways to manage it without a medication. Kylene was great and her smile lit up the room, she was direct and caring. I'd recommend Dr Jackson to anyone. I’m updating this so you have a good picture. The second time I went in, I got an overweight, unhealthy, uncaring PA. Kylene was gone and a new lady filled her role. It was a completely different experience after my first one. Dr Jackson wouldn’t talk with me at all, only Matthew. By the time I left there, I fired Dr Jackson and his unhealthy young “wanna be” doc. That was last year and I’ve found Dr Andrea Fraley and have been with her a year. She’s awesome and has an incredible staff!

I went to my first visit so Dr Lynch who he was I know right guy. But all you wanted to do was stick utensils and in my body like a permanent tens unit. Do injections. Waiting time when you call us 20 minutes plus then you get somebody and they hang up on you. Then they prescribe a medication that you have severe actions to and they don't give a crap! They did a UA on me and they said that something came up which should not have and I asked them to retest me and they deny that. Instead they chose to say well your only choice is stay on the medication that's giving you all these severe reactions it almost cost me my marriage and my place of living. So I terminated myself I would not recommend these people of the staff are I don't know where they went School but it was a waste of time and now I'm in search for a new doctor

I've been seeing Dr. Lynch and Dr. Jackson for about 6 months for my chronic back pain. Before I found them I had two back surgeries that didn't fix my pain. Feeling defeated and seeing several Doctors I came to the conclusion that I had to live the rest of my life hurting and severily limited on how much I could do with my family. Now thanks to Dr. Lynch and Dr. Jackson, I have another chance at regaining some of my manhood and fatherhood back by getting this spinal stimulator placed throughout my spine. Which I'm increasingly enthusiastic about. Once it's in place and the back stimulator representative and I figure out the right frequency that reduces my pain enough. I should be a new man. I'll update my post after its in place and used for a few months. God Bless!

After driving to Tulsa for headache and sinus pain with a rude doctor, I found this great Doctor Jason Jackson who changed my life!

I’ve known Dr Jackson for years, but over the past two years he has treated my mom for back pain. Dr Jackson takes the time to get to know his patients and treats them as the individuals with unique needs. His staff is friendly, professional and works quickly to minimize patient wait times.

Brenda Myers

Dr is wonderful but all the staff very stuffy, no idea how to treat the patients, who are PEOPLE. No smiles, no “hello”; very stiff like if they act friendly the patients might try to take advantage of them. shame

I really like Dr. Jackson, even though you do hardly ever see him, but the rest of the staff are HORRIBLE!!! I am 79 yrs old, hard of hearing and all they wanted to do is interventions, which I did not understand. I told them I would schedule them if they would explain what these were to my daughter, who is a nurse. They NEVER called to explain anything, but did call her to schedule more procedures, while never calling me. I was sitting right next to my daughter at the time, and my phone never rang. I did not know what they were doing, and the woman did not explain anything to anyone. I just cancelled ALL of the procedures scheduled, 2 weeks before they were scheduled. But, they never cancelled anything, then started harassing me constantly for missing an appt. I told them repeatedly that it had been cancelled and why, but the office manager kept on and on wanting to charge me $100. I told her I would not pay for it since it was cancelled in plenty of time, and they had never called to advise I had an appt. They ALWAYS call to advise of ANY appt even if it is just an RX pickup. This woman accosted my daughter when she went to her appt and discussed my case in front of a whole waiting room of patients, as well as staff, instead of calling her back to a private room. She had NOTHING to do with my care, nor my cancellation, she was just the one THIS office called for some reason. They have NO respect for the HIPPA regulations at all, so don't expect ANY privacy for your procedures. I will never go back!!!

Worst doctor I have ever seen with an even worse staff. They sent my wife into opiate withdrawals because they couldn’t get their act together.

Dr Jackson is the first doctor we’ve been toonthat seems to want to find the cause of my pain and fix it instead of “treat the pain”. He has listened intently to my concerns and has we, as a team, have decided a course of action. His staff is always friendly and professional. We have never had a long wait time. I would highly recxonmebd Dr Jackson.

bryce kephart

never see the actuall doctors.. amd do not care about patient or there well being.. same also my medication was not working for me and they basically couldn't do nothing they said... i do not recommend this doc office to any one..

I seen Dr Jackson over 5 years and stopped over almost 2 yrs. He was great but on that 5th year,,I had enough !!and I never seen him unless it was for my injections. Now I’m fighting for my medical records just so I can go back to my original Surgeon/Pain Mang.. so I can receive the care for my disc degenerative disease l. I have only seen 2 pain management Dr. in the past 20 yrs of issues and Dr Jackson office has proven to be the worst when it come to the personal CARE.. The Worst in all Dr in my 50 years. Again, Sr . Jackson is great but his lead office manager horrible.

Dr Jackson and his staff are amazing ! He has a gentle manner with true concerns.

Shayne Rowell-ramsay

Never called to set up an appointment even after receiving all of my paperwork along with 2 referrals & multiple calls from my pcp.

I think Dr. Jackson is a great doctor who has help me find relief for my back where other doctors have failed. He also has a great staff that cares about the well being of the patients that come. The only thing that is a slight down fall is sometimes it takes awhile to get seen from time to time. Others that he is great and so is his staff. I'd give him 5 stars if it wasnt for how long it takes to get seen from time to time. Keep up the great work guys.

The absolute worst care from any physician I have ever seen! The staff is apparently too busy to do all that is required to help their patients get relief from excruciating pain! Twice I have had to call my insurance company to get numbers for the office to call for pre-authorization for cat scans and nerve block because they can’t seem to do their job! It took them 2 ½ months to get anywhere and now when I’m to the point of screaming due to the unbelievable pain they tell me someone didn’t get the pre-authorization taken care of and I will have to pay cash out of my pocket for a nerve block because they didn’t do their job again????? The day before I’m supposed to get some kind of nerve block that I desperately need, they call me after business hours to tell me I will have to pay for this procedure out of my pocket because they messed up and didn’t get the pre-authorization taken care of. Isn’t there someone in their office that is supposed to do these things?????????? Just for a cat scan that they scheduled, wrongly I might add, that was supposed to be for lumbar spine and they scheduled for thoracic, the radiology business calls me to schedule three times, all with the wrong information just to tell me, oh I’m sorry, it hasn’t be pre-authorized. Why even call me to schedule when it hasn’t been pre-authorized???????? I had to call the insurance company myself to get them the number for pre-authorization so they could get pre-authorization. All after 2 ½ months!!! I told them at the first appointment back in June that we needed to get something done before it gets cold again because with the severe arthritis, when it gets cold I can barely stand up straight and am in excruciating pain so whatever they do it would have to be before fall. They told me they wanted to install some kind of tense unit in my back and that would help and I had to jump through enormous hoops just to get to the point where they would try and get pre-authorization for the tense unit. Again, this has been the worse experience with any doctor I have ever seen! Now I have to find another doctor and prolong this horrific pain even longer because they will not do their job!!!! If you want to be cared for I recommend you seek medical assistance somewhere else, this is the worst doctor’s office in Oklahoma City!!!!!!!!!!!!!
