They will tell you your insurance covers the testing. Then send you a $800 bill. I almost passed out after a shot that was supposed to suppress allergy symptoms. I decided to suspend that treatment, and cancelled all future appointments. I still receive automated phone calls and text messages months later indicating I have upcoming appointments. When I call the woman that answers tells me I'm mistaken or misunderstood the calls. Guess we are all idiots but them.

The visit was great! You are at the reception area as soon as you exit the elevator on the 3rd floor. Checking in was a breeze. We used the online check in that they sent us and it made life so much better. We didn't have to fill out any paperwork at all. Just let them make a copy of your insurance and everything else is done. The receptionist was very nice as well. Then you go up one floor to the waiting room and chill for a minute before the nurse comes to get you. It's not long but we used the time to appreciate the old architecture and feeling of being back in the 90s. We were then helped by Claret who was gvery nice and got straight to business. The doc came in, asked questions, did the test, and we'll go from there. Good experience overall

Dr Gregory was so very kind. I wish there wasnt such a long wait tiime. I really need to be seen sooner than December. We did some basic testing and im partnering with Rheumatology. Not sure if my issue is allergy or immune. Since my visit i have had anaphylaxsis or anaphylaxsis like symptoms twice. The first time (ever) my throat swelled shut i couldnt get any breath i luckily followed the advice of the front desk and got some epi pens from my pcp. Luckily that worked and i thought that would be my first and only experience. 2 weeks later my tongue was swollen and kept on for 12 hrs i had to administer another epi pen. Ive had reocurring hives for 6 months. My symptoms have worsened. Not to make my problems more important than anyone elses because they arent. I called in Sept and my appt isnt until early Dec. I guess i just have to ride it out. I think there should be more availability or a wait list if there is a cancellation or something. Overall Dr Gregory was awesome & i was impressed with her care. Thanks

I told them over a year ago I didn’t want to use their services due to the inconvenience , but they still chose to mail me their things. Now they sent me a bill for $400 even though I haven’t been there in over a year. WTH?!?!

LOVE LOVE LOVE! Everyone here is so nice! They go above and beyond any medical place we have EVER been to. The nurse and doctor always treat my son like he is royalty. They are fast and effective, on top of his medications and always give him a prize at the end. I look forward to seeing them for years to come.

Dr. Stutes, his nurse practitioner Chelsea, and his nurse staff have been wonderful over the past year and a half. The 1 Star is for the receptionists. They decided to wait until I drove 45 minutes to my child’s appointment to let me know they didn’t have a new copy of the referral; of which they were trying to hurry and get that morning. They said they had been trying to get a hold of our PCP for a week and hadn’t been able to. She asked what his number was, I told her, and she confirmed they had been calling the right number. So I stood in front of them, called the PCP on speaker phone, and got the referral faxed to the receptionists. The PCP’s receptionist stated that the allergy receptionists definitely should’ve called me before the morning of the appointment to let me know about the referral (she was on speaker phone). The allergy receptionists we’re not happy to hear that! We are a diversified family through adoption (meaning we welcome and love all races). BUT, when you have 3 Hispanic decent receptionists and they are talking about you, in front of you, in their native language... it’s extremely disrespectful!! (P.S. White people can speak/understand Spanish too.

I called to set up an appointment and was greeted with the most condescending and rude nurse/receptionist I've ever had to deal with in a Drs office. She didnt even bother to ask what I have tried in regards to getting treated to fix the problem or who I've seen, just automatically assumed I was stupid and have not done anything to try and help myself. This lady tried to tell me that my eyes swelling shut, my lips and tongue swell up and hives the size of baseball's are possibly dermatological issue and wouldn't even test me without a referral.

I love the Oklahoma allergy and asthma clinic. Dr Hatch is the most knowledgeable and I have been seeing him since I was a child! He is such a great doctor and I absolutely love this facility. They have helped so much in my asthma control!
