Very disappointing. Worst referral ever, uncaring & understaffed clinic. I have terrible pain after my first visit and first injection in my elbow. I called an hour after my appointment yesterday because I was concerned something had gone wrong (since Dr. Cappelle said nothing about the possibility of severe pain and non-use of my arm!) I explained that I now have very bad and constant pain (I didn't before I went) and cannot use my arm or even extend it straight. I was told a nurse would have to call back. At 4:00 I had not yet received a call, so I called again and asked to please speak to the nurse before they closed. I was told "she is very busy and will get to me in order of her calls". It is now after 10am (next day) and I still have not received a call. More than 24 hours. This is absolutely not acceptable for a doctors office.

I have been a patient for about 1 1/2 years now, and have had good experiences every time. I absolutely adore Sarah Perry and love the staff. When I call to get shots in my knees, I am scheduled an appointment within a couple of days. They let my know every time what I need to do to get the best possible relief for the longest possible length of time. they treat me with respect and understanding, of which I am very grateful for. The time has come for me to have a total knee replacement, and I have all the faith in the world in Dr. Capelle.

Terrible customer service. Tried calling to schedule an appointment because my foot has been broken for over 3 weeks. I went in to a Mercy clinic 6 days ago and was suppose to get a call from an orthopedic surgeon, they never called. The was clinic refusing to give me their number and finally gave it to me. I called and the phone rang for 3 minutes and then it was hung up.

called up there about 10 times and get hung up on after waiting 10 minutes every single time. had surgery a week ago and needed a prescription refill so my grandma went up here and they told her they couldnt on a surgery day. wouldnt have wasted time getting her to go up there only to get told no if they answer their phones....

I will start off saying that I saw Dr Stout and he was great. I have no problems with him. But the other staff not so much. When I call up there(to make an appt and to ask questions) I literally have to call at least 3 times and let it ring about 10-12 times. Sometimes there is never an answer and sometimes I get hung up on. That is a huge problem. Second... after I saw the Dr and he recommended some injections in my shoulder i called back on my way home to see what this would cost me. The financial lady Karen told me to call her back in a few days as his notes weren't in yet. So I called her back and left a message the following week . No return call. I called at least 4 more times and left messages over the next few weeks. Finally got a call back(couldn't answer as I was at work) and all it said was to call her back. So after at least 5 more calls and messages to her over the next few weeks(she never picked up the phone since the first call) I get another message to call her back . I next called and left a detailed message about when I would be available to talk in person as obviously nothing was going to get done over messages. No call back at all. I called one more time at like 7am and mentioned I still had not gotten a bill for exam and that I would be home all day if she would call me back. No call back. But I did get a bill in the mail 2 days later. Whole thing was a waste of time. I'm like 7 weeks out from my visit and still don't know what the injections would cost!! Sorry but your not that busy that u can't make time to call me in 7+ weeks. At this point i really think my calls were being avoided. Thru all of this I was nice, polite and never got mad leaving messages. until the last one anyway by then I was super itritated. I'm so done and will tell my referring Dr how horrible it is!!!

Uncaring staff. Extremely long waiting time for appointments. Only care about performing surgeries without any other options. Not concerned about the patients needs. Definitely do not recommend!!
