When i called to have an appointment, they said i needed a referral from my general doctor. Then they asked me what is it about exactly, so i told them i just wanted to see a neurologist to ask several questions about my case. Then they said they will not accept new patients. So i asked her, even if i get a referral i won't get accepted? She said yes, "they are not accepting general neurology patients"... what the... !!?

Dr. Pittman is knowledgeable and very personable. Great bedside manner and genuinely kind to his patients. He answered all my questions and explained things very well. Most importantly he spent plenty of time with me so we might discuss all aspects of treatment. I highly recommend him for neurology needs! The only problem I had was with 1 or 2 of his staff. I felt they were condescending and dismissive over the phone when, in fact I am an RN myself and possess more medical knowledge than any of the office staffers. Not all the staff, but 1 or 2 employees were obtuse and unfriendly. However, i would not let a couple of minor staffers who are in reality glorified secretaries stop me from seeing this good doctor. He is worth putting up with a few overly self important staffers.

Cannot say enough good things about how kind, compassionate and informative Dr. Pitman and his staff are. Dr. Pitman took the time to go over everything with me and showed kindness and compassion, as well as an excellent bedside manner. Jennifer has been great and helpful when I have called for information about upcoming tests. She's very kind and polite and goes above and beyond to be helpful and courteous.

The doctor and his helpers are all rude and have no bedside manner! The only friendly person was the receptionist! I went there for nerve testing cause he was the fastest place I could get in to! I would never go back! I'll wait a year for another doctor before I would ever go back here! Truly a horrible experience!
