We had a phone conference with Dr. Rader and really liked him. He was warm and caring and wanted to get started on our problem ASAP. Unfortunately, when I called his office to set up our appointment they put us off for 2 months. Would be a great doctor if he had better staff.

The last few times I have called the number for his office there has been no answer so I leave a msg for his staff with my name, phone, and DOB and nobody ever calls back. Nobody has called me back from the call I made in september and nobody has called me back from a call I made 2 weeks ago. Its for his specific staff not another Dr and not the ER ... I dont even know where to leave this review because I havent used him in so long due to this issue I cant even tell you if he is still at this location. I finally gave up and found another Physician whose staff calls back in a reasonable time, is great at their job, has wonderful nurses, and can sometimes see me the same day.
