My experience was different than the lady below and people can have good and bad days, even though that shouldn't be carried over into the workplace and when dealing with the public, for me it was a good day. The lady at the desk tried to get me in that day on short notice knowing my situation, so I felt she was very helpful. The doctor is fantastic! I saw no ego, and an honest man that just wanted to help me and listened to what bothered me, no belittling. Since he listened to my concerns it worked out well. Soooo important and so lacking in the industry. Thank you Dr Benien!

Dr Benien is simply great. He listens to you and works with you to achieve the best results possible. His entire staff is outstanding, caring, and professional. My nerves were put at ease as soon as I came into the office. Everyone introduced themselves, what they were there to do, and what was happening. I was treated in the best manner possible as a patient. I am only two days post op but am already very happy with my procedure. I couldn't have asked for better care and results. I would recommend Dr. Benien to any of my friends or family.

The nurses are very hateful especially the receptionist at the front. They are not personable people at all. They lied about the cost of my procedure and twisted the story and their words. I was in tears and they showed no sympathy whatsoever. The decor is more like a funeral home. Its a shame Dr. Benien has to lose customers because of his staff's behavior because he's a decent guy. I will never ever ever go back!!!!
