My sister (attempted 2014) and I (attempted 2016) never got an appt to see the Dr. Because his nurse would only have us email pics :-/ I wouldve liked to have had a more personal approach to such a personal decision.

Zero stars would be more like it. The office staff at Dr. Gonce's are very unprofessional. We tried to get surgery done there but we were given the runaround on payment. They won't file insurance so everything there is paid out of pocket. That should have set off alarms first thing. They refuse to take card payments and want you to get a cashier's check for the amount and mail it like we are back in 1990. I was told by the secretary what amount I owed, I got the check, sent it in. It was sent back because it was not the right amount. A letter was with it saying my daughter was off their surgery schedule. ???They don't want to work with people at all and have such strange office practices. I would take my money elsewhere if I were you.

Not extremely happy considering the fact he is probably the most expensive around. However, because I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for, I chose him. I felt like he blew off my concerns after the fact and that any touch ups would come out of pocket, completely. I honestly expected him to be more of a perfectionist and to provide quality after care for satisfaction. Lastly, I paid my quote included lipo, which was never used or refunded.

Debbie answered my emails at night and on the weekends. She was super helpful and friendly and I was very impressed by her communication and accessibility. I've referred a couple of friends to him, and I will always recommend him to others! Definitely worth the drive from Dallas!

I have a lot of wonderful things to say; let me start off by talking about the staff. Wow! They treated me like family. Deborah and I had done a lot of emailing back and forth before coming out here for surgery. She's a true gem! The rest of the staff was amazing as well, they made me feel at home and calmed my nerves tremendously. Dr. Gonce himself was a truly caring doctor with great bedside manner. He joked around and you could tell he loved what he does. He let me pick out my size during the consultation and then gave me his input which was awesome. My consult was a day before surgery day i arrived early and my husband ate all their cookies they had out lol. I only had to take half a valium surgery morning because I wasn't too nervous because I was reassured I'd be taken care of. On surgery day i was able to retry on my size with a tank top to make sure I liked the look which I did and the anesthesiologist came in to meet with me, shook my hand and asked me some questions to make sure I'd be as safe as possible. After surgery I was sore and still am today but it's well worth it. I highly recommend Dr. Gonce and his amazing staff! Thank you Dr Gonce for giving me confidence and a pair of beautiful new boobies!

He will sit and answer every question you have and take as much time as you need to decide. He will not try to influence your decision unless he thinks you're making a mistake. Follow his instructions and you'll be happy. Don't believe all the myths until you've talked to a doctor for yourself.

The best staff ever. Dr. Gonce is easy to get along with. I was a patient of Dr. Galoob. His staff is very unprofessional and have to wait hours on him. I had Dr. Gonce redo my breat augmentation. And he gave me a breast lift. They were very nice. The front desk, nurses, Dr. Gonce, and his anstegelosgist were amazing. Would recommend to everyone. We drove all the way from Healdton and I'd rather drive there than use another plastic surgeon ever.

Doing the Best I Can .

I'm not sure why anyone had negative things to say. I had my surgery about 12 years ago and am still just as satisfied as the day I left his office. He was professional and courteous and his staff was a reflection of the standards he had put in place. Never once did I feel uncomfortable, especially with such a personal procedure. I was in and out and recovered in an limited time. I later found out that several of my friends had been his patients as well and had just as good, if not better experiences.
