Dr Quy has been my family physician for the last four years and have received exceptional care, concern and treatment. Dr Quy is Asian which means he paid attention in School and not only absorbed the information he was taught in School, but also has retained his training and applies the training to his most excellent practice. I'd give Dr Quy more than five stars, but five stars are all I can give.

My family and myself have been visiting Dr. Quy for SEVERAL years. Since approximately early 2012. The nurses are very kind, but my mother had frequent visits where I felt like something was very off. She said so as well, but continued visiting Mr. Quy since his office was close, quick, and accepted Medicare. Her most recent visit was today around 4pm. She called me after the "visit" blown away by Dr. Quys actions and how he treated my family. She stated he wasn't acting like himself at all, being very unprofessional, rude, loud, argumentative and ORDERING my mother around stating what she was going to do in his office, yelling at my mother and causing my sister to become so uncomfortable she was actually scared of this man (she's 16). My mother immediately told my sister to get up, they're leaving and never coming back. Dr. Quy basically said "no you're not!" I WILL be calling the proper medical bored and reporting Dr. Quy. He is the only object of my concern, his nurses and staff are perfect and kind.

This place has gone down hill. Especially when the wife of the doctor, who has no medical experience or medical background, is as rude as can be. I came in to get a physical before I can start my RAD Tech program. I handed them my insurance and they politely said we don't accept insurance for physical and my exam will be $30. I said ok and paid my $30. The next day, I get a call from their office saying my insurance denied their claim and that I owe them $55. I asked then why did you guys say no when I asked if insurance is accepted and they denied ever saying that. Front desk girl handed the phone to the wife and she began to threaten me by saying she'll send me to collection agency if I don't pay. I told her she's very rude and if I would've known a 5 minute physical exam would cost $100 for new patient and $85 for returning patient, I wound've gone else where and that's when she hung up on me. The next day, I get a letter in the mail from a collection agency with a bill of $185. Don't waste your time and money here because they'll bill you for services you didn't receive. Plus, the wife has no medical background yet she'll discuss your medical results as if she knows them. Also, she has no sense of manners.

In response to Misty West: First, when I drew your blood the doctor's wife never got in your face as I drew your blood. Second, on your first visit you needed medication, you were prescribed it then on the next day you came in with a police report stating your car had been broken into and you needed your medications again. Third, you were back in the following Wednesday needing to see the doctor because you stated you had been in the hospital ER and they wanted to keep you but you refused to be admitted. Yes, the Dr was not seeing anymore patients for the day. That is his prerogative, considering he is still healing from a major back surgery. Fourth, Mrs. Quy did not make fun of your brother. She is not like that. Fifth, it is true your Mom started yelling. You, the patients that were there and I all know what she was yelling at Mrs. Quy, those words were uncalled for and very inappropriate in a doctor's office. Sixth and foremost, it is true that Mrs. Quy is an accountant, she is the medical billing specialist for the practice. She only asked you why you were here to bill the visit appropriately. Which is not a HIPPA violation. Posting negative reviews on google with out all facts included and trying to smear this practice to the public is just wrong.

Dr. Quy's office staff is rude and extremely unprofessional. Dr. Quy is a very nice man, unfortunately, he is so nice that his office staff run him and he allows them to disrespect his patients and refuses to hold them accountable; he will defend them regardless how they speak to or treat his patients. I will NEVER return to this doctor's office again. I have never been treated so poorly at a doctor's office.

Let's start with my first visit. The nurse Lisa was amazing. But when she took me out to get my blood drawn the Dr wife got into my face yelling you needed to tell me everything before I checked you in. Lisa comforted me and told me not to listen to her that she was like that with all patients. While I was there my blood pressure was through the roof high. I was told to come back this week for a pap . well in between going back I got really sick. I went into the office and was told he couldn't see anyone else for the day. So I asked to have my bp checked. Lisa said yes, but the wife refused. So I ended up in the hospital for 2 days trying to get it under control. I returned today to have him check the safety of the meds the hospital gave me. And the wife had an automatic attitude. And again wanted to know everything I wanted to talk to the Dr about. I told her no I would talk to him privately because there was a room full of people waiting. She automatically got pissed and told me if I didn't tell her she wouldn't allow me to see him. My mom was also there to have my down syndrome brother seen. Who she was making fun of. My mom started yelling its against hippa law for us to tell you everything in front of all of these people and we would only talk to the dr or nurse. Mind you the wife has no medical training. She is just an accountant. She called 911 because we refused to leave until the Dr talked to us. He finally came out and kicked us out and told us he wasn't our Dr anymore and forget about getting any referrals. So we left. But before leaving the parking lot we had sooner care and the medical board on the phone making complaints. Hippa is in place for a reason.

5 Stars for this dedicated, no non-sense professional! 7 years with Dr. Quy through all kinds of issues but especially successful knee shots, management of my meds, and great referrals to specialists. Warning! Don't try to drug shop him, he sees right through it and you'll be out the door faster than when you entered.

I used to really like a respect Dr. Quy .... today he showed his true colors. I have been going to him for about a year. The entire year I have had insurance. Today I went in to be treated for upper respiratory infection , and double ear infection . His wife who can hardly speak English and treats his office staff like complete crap, handed me a bill for $300. I asked how this is possible and she said your insurance dropped you ... I called my insurance company and had them on speaker phone to confirm I still had insurance. She then said this bill was for 3 months ago when I didn't pay my copay. Well I knew I had paid my copay and asked my insurance about it. They then informed me that I didn't have a copay. So what ever I had paid to the doctor needed to be credited back. Dr. Quys wife then started yelling "I don't steal money from you ! I don't need your money" there were a lot of people in the waiting room who witnessed this behavior. Dr. Quy brought me into a room and started saying the same thing over and over "we do not steal from you" the MA THAT WITNESSED EVERYTHING informed the doctor that those words never came out of my mouth, I simply wanted to figure out the Insurance. i asked him if it was possible that the staff he had before the staff he currently has could have failed to file the insurance correctly? He then SLAMMED HIS LAP TOP SHUT YELLED VERY LOUDLY " don't YOU EVER MENTION THOSE GIRLS AGIAN IN THIS OFFICE THOSE GIRLS WERE FIRED FOR SELLING DRUGS IN MY BATHROOM!!!!" And then he stormed out. I think it's pretty safe to assume that if they were selling drugs in the bathroom they were not doing their front desk job correctly. And now months later the patients have to pay for drug dealers he hired mistakes! Not fair not right and I will not pay for a drug dealers mistake. My insurance wasn't filed for several visits even tho I was told by the drug dealer staff it was.

I have been seeing Do. Quy for about 7 years I think. It started out just cause he was close to my house and I was so sick with some weird funk I could hardly drive. I totally respect Do. Quy for owning and managing his own practice. I am a small business owner and I pay thousands of dollars toward health insurance for me and my son. I am considering dropping that policy to only catastrophic as my faith in the government and medical doctors is dwindling. (I do have a Dr. I have seen in Edmond since I was a child, but he is retiring.) Do. Quy can have more of a relationship with the patient where large corporations and networks like OU, Integris, Mercy etc, have to follow corporate policy even when they know better. I wish Do. Quy was open on Friday's, but he probably works 12 hour days and does billing/research when he is "off".

This was one of the worst visits to the doctor that I have ever had. When I walked into the clinic there was only one other person in the lobby. They didn't take my insurance plan any longer so I opted to self-pay. I was escorted to the back within 30 minutes, but then I ended up waiting 2 hours to be seen as other patients started filling the rooms around me and they were seen FIRST! The nurses were very unprofessional as they all kept complaining about what a long day it had been and one even asked me why I came to the doctor so late (I showed up at 3:30pm and they weren't suppose to close until 6pm), because she just wanted to go home. After the doctor finally made his way to see me, all the other patients had left. The nurses had left, too. No one even bothered to put my information into the computer so the doctor sat there typing in my information and saying out loud how angry he was that it was 5:30 already and he was still sitting at the office having to do the work his nurses should have done. I was charged $100 for my visit and all I was told was that nothing could be done for my condition and that I needed to see a specialist. I asked for a referral to said specialist, but the doctor couldn't recommend anyone and just kept telling me to look it up as anyone would be just fine. I felt like I could have received better care by using WEBMD! I lost 2 + hours of my time and $100 was robbed from me for what I consider to be the worst service. I will never return to this clinic! I've had better treatment at First Med Urgent Care with highly skilled nurses and doctors that cost me less time and money!!
